  Ordered a Vlogging Camera recently for what appeared to be a good price. Received phone call from Willoughby's Cameras to inform me that the item was out of stock, but the good news was that they were expecting new stock in soon. Unfortunately he then went on to tell me that the cost of the item had also gone up by 20 dollars. No apologies, poor customer service, I would not order from them again.

  After trawling through Google I found their website and as the price for the lens was the best I'd seen, a good $30 cheaper than anywhere else. I raised the order. Their online tracking system doesn't give much information however I received an email confirming the order had been shipped the next day and the package arrived on time as promised. Very happy with the order and will use them again.

  Great customer service. Ordered a camera online. The delivery turned up the next day, but with the wrong camera in the box. I spoke on the phone to Willoughby's camera, and they quickly organized for it to be swapped out with the right one the next day. Would feel confident using them again!

  Excellent service and decent prices I recently part-exchanged equipment for a Pentax K-70 DSLR. This was painless and the whole process from collection of the boxes from my home to delivery of the GFX 100S to my home took four working days. This matches my previous part-exchange transaction with Willoughby's Camera. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to any one who wants excellent service and decent prices.

  Generally satisfied with advice given and prices. The only issue was a delay in the order being fulfilled. This indirectly resulted in not being able to claim the cash back involved in the sale. However, once this was identified Willoughby's Cameras looked into the issue and compensated me for the same amount as the cash back.

  Urgent delivery? - No Problem! Needed some equipment in a hurry, Willoughby's Cameras got it delivered next day. No fuss, no overpriced delivery charges.   Second hand Canon 70d Delivery was first class, however I did ask the question Of whether the camera sensor was clean and damage free. I was told that it appeared to be so. Luckily I did check and this was not the case. The sensor was covered in small spots and appeared To have what looked like finger prints on it. Has since been cleaned. Was also disappointed with battery that came with camera that seems to not charge well and charge soon runs out.

  Let down by delivery.......... Ordered a Tamron lens on 2nd Aug and paid for Next Day delivery as I needed to use urgently. I had confirmation that the lens would arrive with DHL on Saturday, but when it got to 2pm I thought I better check with Willoughby's Cameras as I had already been waiting in until 2pm. Willoughby's replied saying that it won't be delivered now until Tuesday but they would refund the next day delivery charge. Out of their hands maybe, but unfortunately their delivery company reflects on their service.

  Nikon Z6 II The camera and lens arrived promptly and securely from Willoughby's camera. This is my first mirrorless camera as I transition away from the DSLR, which I also appreciated. Still early in ownership experience but so far I have been impressed with the mirrorless advantages as well as the responsiveness of the autofocus and low light capabilities. I would totally recommend buying from Willoughby's, they are the best! Thank you

  Beware of Willoughby's camera. I purchased a camera that claimed to be new, I opened it and it wasn't even packaged properly, so it was clearly put back in the box. Cords had been unwrapped and plastic bags where the pieces were probably originally when brand new, were shoved at the bottom of the box. Smudges all over the body and lens, and wasn't even clean... definitely not the first time this camera has been out of the box. Don't waste your money, purchase from a reputable company.

  Fantastic Service - nothing to worry about!! After looking at the fantastic reviews for Willoughby's Cameras I purchased a new Canon 5d mark iv, although feeling quite nervous having not bought anything from them before. I was not disappointed - I saved $400 on the high street price and the service was excellent. I even got a follow up email to ask if my package had arrived and if everything was alright - It certainly and I will happily use Willoughby's Cameras again!!

  Super awesome camera! I was pretty nervous about online shopping and this is my first online big purchase. But I'm extremely satisfied. Shipping is seriously fast!!! Order took only 4 days to be delivered to me in Minnesota. Camera was exactly what was advertised, Comes with a handy bag and neck strap and It's better than I expected it to be.   Delighted with my new lens. I chose Willoughby's camera because of their very competitive prices.   Very happy customer Willoughby's camera made the purchasing experience very easy and was very professional. They contacted me to ensure I was indeed the one making the purchase as it is an expensive piece of equipment. I received the camera a day before the estimated arrival date. So I have had it only a week and I love how small it is and and how well it performs in a variety of lighting conditions - including low light. Also the battery life is insane! I took it on a trip and only needed to charge the battery a couple of times which was great because I had more limited access to electricity, Can't wait to take it on more trips and continue to test its limits. I would purchase from Willoughby's again in the future

  Shipping and Customer Service Terrible Ordered a Fujifilm X-S10 last Friday, the website was showing 4 in stock. My order was showing processing until it disappeared. I called the customer service and they have advised it is out of stock and they are waiting for a delivery but they haven’t had the delivery in a week, Very poor experience all round

  100% warranty had a problem with my Nikon D5500 Willoughby's Cameras gave me Nikon Service details and said they would pay as soon as i got the bill. Once I emailed Willoughby's with the bill they paid the $209.50 into my PayPal account right away and they did this with a smile. Very happy with their service.

  I purchased a Sony a7 III camera that claimed was on stock, paid for it and never received it, The company does not have a phone number where you can call and make a claim and every time I sent an email asking for proof that my order was sent they would only reply they did send it and it was not their problem that I did not receive it.

  Bought a bridge camera which turned out to be out of stock. Got an email the next day to say they they had been in contact with the manufacturer and the camera would be delivered later in the week.   I'm always a bit skeptical of places offering prices that are too good to be true. I did my home work and checked all the blogs and always a good story. A friend of mine ordered a DSLR and he was pleased. So ordered my new Canon EOS 800D using the direct payment saving a further 3%. It arrived within 3 days, I’ve been using it since the first day I got it and am really surprised how good it is, I’m very happy with the results.

  Ask for a Canon EOS R and received a R6 Very happy with the quality of service and equipment. I originally asked for Canon EOS R but received an upgrade with the Canon R6 as camera was booked out for another job. I particularly appreciate the click and collect options and would definitely consider hiring from Willoughby's Cameras' for future jobs. Thanks!

  I found this store through price comparison website and although initially skeptical about the extremely low price, it is to my surprise when my Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens arrived within 3 days, well packaged and protected with a free 5-years warranty that covers all handling and postage.   I'm always a bit skeptical of places offering prices that are too good to be true. I did my home work and checked all the blogs and always a good story. A friend of mine ordered a DSLR and he was pleased. So ordered my new Canon EOS 800D using the direct payment saving a further 3%.   Recently I ordered a Fujifilm X-T4 from Willoughby's camera and It arrived within a few days, but unfortunately it overheated pretty quickly and the Wi-Fi feature didn't work well.   This Cannon EOS Rebel T6i was a good purchasing experience. There were no problems or hassles. The equipment arrived in perfect condition on the date promised. The only negative is that the camera bag included in the package is too small for the camera with lens and any accessories. I contacted Willoughby's Cameras and explained the problem. They arranged a return and replaced it with a larger bag. They stand behind their products. Kudos to them.

  Sony Underwater Housing I upgraded from a SeaLife and had the arm and video light attachment. Using this device with the Sony rx100 V scuba diving in Hawaii , is the perfect bouncy. I used this underwater and then carried it around quite a bit on land. Underwater, it worked well beyond my expectations.

Only problem I had was the item was sent where I had to have someone present to receive the item and sign for it, which I didn't have and it caused delays in getting the item and I had to take off work and lose hours at work that I needed to be there to sign for the item.

  Rokinon 50mm T1.5 lens shipped quickly and arrived as described. I purchased a Rokinon 50mm T1.5 cine lens last week. It shipped promptly and arrived in time for the weekend. The lens came in its original box with biodegradable packing peanuts surrounding it as opposed to those air pillows that deflate in transit and leave your item bouncing around. The lens was as described (mint) with only a few scratches on the lens. Not only did he offer me wonderful insight on the new cine lenses from Rokinon, he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. This review will be updated if developed pictures prove this not to be the case.
