  Very happy with the service and the product :) Shopping on their website was easy and their customer service is great! Answered all my questions multiple times before my purchase. Shipping was fast and easy, My new DSLR camera came brand new out the package in pristine condition. Very happy with this product. Although the camera is a bit more complex then average, it's amazing features and extra functions make up for it. Definitely worth taking the time to really learning how to use it. I will definitely order from this store again in the future and would recommend it to any photographer.

  Couldn't ask for better service. My Sony a6400 came with a brand new battery and seems to be in perfect condition. No scratches or anything. it's really good quality, easy to use overall a good item for it's price. All in all an excellent experience, and I look forward to doing business with Willoughby's again.

  I normally always buy used camera gear, but when I saw the great price for a new Canon 90D at Willoughby's camera. it was a no brainer. I got a brand new camera for what other shops are asking for used gear. I highly recommend them & will be utilizing their services again in the future.

  Great little store. Once again the entire order process from ordering to the delivery was great: Excellent in every way. Quick response and shipment with speedy delivery has made this yet another very pleasant experience.   My first time using Willoughby's Cameras; I placed an enquiry on the website and Jonathan responded to me very quickly the next morning. Once I made the payment, Jonathan advised as to when the item would be delivered and the time frame. I am pleased to say the item arrived today to door (Wednesday) having been ordered the previous Thursday. Excellent response time and will definitely purchase again with absolute peace of mind.

  I bought the Canon Eos M50 and it was send quickly and safely packed. Really a safe business to buy good cameras and other products. I had the best experience and they have amazing customer service! Even in difficult times of supply chains, they still work hard, make you as a customer feel safe and has a fast delivery system.   Extremely helpful and their service is quick and efficient. After having encountered some issues at another shop, the staff at this store was able to quickly rectify and smooth over the problem. I already paid for a product for which the order was never placed and the suppliers were out of stock. The employee that helped me at this store easily came up with a solution to help me get the camera that I requested (Canon M50 with a 15-45mm lense in black) within the following two days. Problem solving to the max! Won't hesitate to buy equipment from this store again in the future.

  I am satisfied, and will use this company in the future. The lens I had been looking for was always out of stock and while on Willoughby's camera website I noticed they had one in stock. So I jumped on it. Check out was smooth and easy. They were in constant communication with me about my order and shipping status and I was able to track the package. It arrived quickly and a day early and in a well protected box. No issues with the delivery.

  Over the years I have used Willoughby's Cameras many times. Always with high satisfaction. The assistant was very understanding when I needed advice on choosing a smaller camera as my Canon EOS700 SLR & zoom lens became too heavy for me. He knew just what I needed. Also very helpful today when I had to return a faulty battery charger.

  Staff were very reluctant to actually move from where they were positioned and actually help in a different area of the store. However there is free parking as well as places to pull up close to the entrance for loading. Relatively easily accessible by public transport but probably best to drive if you're buying. The actual items vary in quality it depends what you buy but the displays are well set out and the descriptions are clear. When you find them and ask them questions staff are knowledgeable. I got a fantastic deal so I'm very happy.

  An average experience Be careful when part exchanging as they tend to drop the value of your quote when they receive your equipment. Their sale prices do seem to be on the high side compared to some other major dealers. I part exchanged mainly for the convenience of not having to sell my equipment on eBay. You decided to knock off $8 I think even though I had also given you UV and polarizing filters free of charge as they were no longer of any use to me.

  Secondhand Benro Ball Head After searching for a replacement for my Manfrotto ball head, I settled on a Benro, several searches later I discovered on in the secondhand section of Willoughby's Cameras. I placed my order on the Monday morning and it was delivered the next day by FedEx.On opening the package, I was surprised to see how much care had taken to ensure that the item was exactly as described and look forward to many years using it. Well done Willoughby's Cameras, excellent service and I would definitely use them again.

  This purchase was my first experience with Willoughby's camera and they have been superb. The camera was amazing. It developed some issue in the screen though. I sent it back and it was fixed within an hour and shipped out. The guy called my phone and was very pleasant to speak to. Grateful, I would highly recommend ordering from this company.

  The camera was absolutely excellent and exactly what I imagined. The reason for 4 stars is because my order was shipped and delivered originally to a different address than what was on my order confirmation in a whole different state but Willoughby's was able to get the camera back and ship it to the correct address.

  Having had a problem with another supplier, I found the same camera at Willoughby's camera. I phoned to make sure that the one I wanted was available, then ordered, asking them not to accept the order if they did not have the stock. The order was confirmed and duly dispatched, the camera was packaged perfect and arrived as advertised. no issues thus far.

  Excellent service I Pre-ordered my Canon 5D Mark IV, received a phone call when it first came into stock and it was delivered the next working day with all of the pre-order goodies!! Cannot rate these guys too highly - excellent service all round, The camera is as good as I expected it to be from canon. I have not yet had all the time I need to set up the custom features I want on it , but it’s still a learning curve for me ,but I am still very impressed with the picture sharpness & the touch screen is better than through it would be.

  Amazing service and company Bought my first camera from them, was quite nervous as I didn't want to get it wrong but Willoughby's camera were great. Got the lens I ordered delivered at 8:30 the morning after I placed the order and It really changed my photography & helped my improve. The bokeh is beautiful, it's incredibly sharp, and the images are beautiful. I also felt like it helped improve my skills as a photographer. very happy with the overall experience.

  Easy to order, excellent pricing, glad to make a purchase with ease. I don’t have anything bad to say. The website is easy to use and the team are happy to answer any questions over the phone. The camera was shipped in its box inside a shipping box without any packing material. The shipping box is dented but fortunately the camera still works. Image quality so far is amazing although haven't really tested fully yet.
