  I was explained that for my D750-sensor cleaning and repair, the servicing kit price went up by 15-30%. Fair enough, but I was charged 32% more over the full price (including labor) and not just the kit costs! Asked if anything was wrong with them - no, just the cost of basic servicing. Overall: Never again!

  Not upfront about order waiting times When I ordered online the site said estimated delivery tba. If I was told that 3 weeks after ordering I still wouldn't even have received an update on this estimate, I would not have ordered this. A bit sneaky not to state clearly that product is in high demand and may not have progress on the order for a lengthy period.

  No ETA for Canon Out-of-stock item Still waiting for the battery that I ordered over a week ago. Just to clarify - this is not the fault of Willoughby's Cameras'. Canon are limiting the supply of a number of items, including the LP-E6NH battery and in my opinion they are doing this in order to keep the price as high as possible.

  Excellent and quick service I bought an Olympus 40-150 f2.8 via Willoughby's website and they were prompt to reply to my queries. Ordered it on Saturday and got it shipped on Monday, and I received it from NY to AZ on Wednesday, across the country. Definitely recommend and I'd shop there again.

  DJI Smart Controller Have been looking for a Smart Controller for several months as there are none in stock in Australia. Luckily found Willoughby's Camera who had a couple in stock.   Super efficient & very professional Didn’t have what I ordered in stock after I had already ordered and confirmed my order but they called once they got my order the next day and said I could wait a week for their stock to come in which I did and within 5 days I had my order. I didn’t ever hear anything about them getting stock in but my order arrived nonetheless and much quicker than expected so no complaints here - super stoked!

  Great camera store that also sells lots of audiovisual technology stuff. They put out lots of great lessons and demonstrations on YouTube. Very few independent small camera stores with real experts like them are left which is sad.

  Have used Willoughby's on 2 previous occasions to buy small prime lenses (collected from warehouse) and was very happy both times, although I didn't leave any reviews, My recent DSLR arrived, very securely packed by courier within a few days by courier. Yet again Willoughby's excelled with their service. Highly recommended.

  Ordered a Sony A7R III camera $70 cheaper than amazon - arrived via FedEx- supposedly tracked 24 but didn't deliver at the appointed time leading to a full wasted day but that's not Willoughby's fault. Camera and lens in perfect condition - brand new. I highly recommend doing business with them for future purchases.

  I was after a Panasonic Waterproof camera but hadn't used Willoughby's camera before, so had a few questions, which spread over three emails. Each time they came back to me very quickly with the answers. Ordered the camera on Wednesday and received it the following Wednesday, which was great. All in all, a positive experience with a company who are upfront with everything.

  First time customer was disappointed with communication Order product and a week later no sign of delivery. Contacted Willoughby's Camera Store to be told out of stock and awaiting delivery. It would have been far more useful to have received an email telling me they were out of stock for this item rather than sending a satisfaction email which I am completing without the goods

  Terrible customer service Purchased a Canon EOS-1D X Mark II from them and When it arrived I took it outside of our house in the natural light for a test. I first blew up the photo/image a 100 per cent, I saw there was already a problem. I observed specs in the image. Then I went inside and uploaded the images and used the develop module and visualized spots in Lightroom. So I called up Willoughby's camera and described the problem to them. they told me to send it back for them to send to the manufacturer and didn't give a timescale of how long this would take.

  Avoid. they take money, refuse refunds and cannot provide the refund and when requested multiple times. they refuse to answer customer service emails and make you wait 6 weeks before anything might happen.

  Tamron 70-200mm F/2.8 This lens is perfect for portraits! I have several lenses but this one made me smile as soon as I shot my first picture. The price was little high, but the quality of picture equaled things out. I would definitely would recommend this lens and Willoughby's camera:)

  Ordered a Canon EOS 6D Mark II at best price on the internet, arrived next day, really well packed. I purchased it to expand and upgrade my wildlife photography business and I’m glad I did. The body is light, the flip lens is perfect for various different point of view shots, or to see what I’m shooting with reaches. The quality of details is perfect, colors are amazing.

  First class service I purchased a Nikon z7ii plus lens and adapter. It arrived within 2 working days. Willoughby's Cameras' contacted me a week later to check it had been delivered and I was happy with my purchase. I was initially concerned about making such a substantial purchase but the service I received was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

  Great items, better than described. I “experienced” WILLOUGHBY's CAMERAs when I bought a small lens described as “like new”. It was, it was totally like knew, I was very happy. So when I decided to get another lens described as “Excellent”, was just as happy as it was actually “ like new”. Def recommended and would def use again. No issues, fast delivery, perfect items.   Absolutely fantastic service!! Crashed my DJI Air 2s into a tree…. (tree came out of nowhere) but I sent it into the guys at willoughby's cameras' and straight off they were super! Sent it into them and the following day they diagnosed the problem and sent me a quote for repair. That day they fixed it and the following day I had it back! Absolutely fantastic service and will recommend to anyone!! Hopefully I won’t need to use them again (if I fly properly…) but if I do these guys will be highly recommended!!!

  D7100 Dirty Sensor The sensor was dirty, covered in marks. I thought buying from a reputable company the sensor would have been cleaned, but apparently not this time. I’ve tried cleaning the sensor myself. Got most of the marks off fortunately using wet swabs, but after several takes, some stubborn marks still remain. Not enough to spoil my general photography, but enough to play on my mind that the sensor is not perfectly clean.

  Great company and outstanding website. I have used this store quite a few times and have always found them to be professional and friendly. I recently bought a travel tripod and it arrived safely, intact, as described. The compact design is very well thought out, tripod is sturdy and easy to manipulate, versatile for various situations. For my purposes I'm overall satisfied and I highly recommend Willoughby's camera.

  This is not the first time I have ordered from Willoughby's Camera. I found a Canon EF 50mm F/1.2 lens on their website and ordered it. When I received the product, it was just as described. I can't recommend this company enough.

  Ordering the lens filters was nice and easy as usual. I ordered the filters on the Saturday, but I was nicely surprised when I received them on the following Monday and they fitted the lenses perfectly. I liked the reduced prices. So I am very satisfied as usual for the service I received.

  Usually great, but not this time. I'm ONLY ordering this 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor because it wasn't clear that the Manfrotto Super Clamp's brass adaptor is incompatible with the Manfrotto friction arm's 3/8" female threads. I shouldn't have to think this hard. It should just work.

  I pre-ordered a zuiko lens aprx. 4 months ago & it was deleted from your list. The Willoughby's Cameras web page was not clear on the pre-order instructions.   No more big box retailers. Too many times I have been steered in the wrong direction and left with many unanswered questions from the big retailers. That all changed today when I went to Willoughby's camera, Top notch service and knowledge from the staff there. All of my needs and questions were taken care of with a very professional yet personable approach which I believe is very hard to find these days!   What a fantastic camera store!!! Walked in just to get a battery grip for my gear, walked out with a fantastic experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.   Sony Alpha A6300 Very good shipping service. The camera is above what i expected and I love it camera. The image quality is great. It takes good photos in the easiest Auto point-and-shoot mode, but results can be customized and optimized by learning and using the controls in some of the other modes. As usual Willoughby's camera did a great job with my order. They are always my go to for all my photo needs. Very happy!! Thanks again!

  Am really disappointed with the service. I have emailed several times regarding my items that were ordered last week and still no response. I call and the only answer I have received is they don't know when it will arrive. That's not what a professional dealer should behave.
