  Friendly and helpful but if you're thinking of selling your equipment you will get better prices elsewhere. It's a pity the low buying prices don't reflect in the selling prices.

  I am 80yr amateur photographer and have dealt with Willoughby' for a number of years. I find them incredibly prompt and polite. I don’t do so much photography now as I can’t handle scrunching in or out the lenses. So it was suggested I use a compact Sony camera which does what I want.Absolutely insanely low prices across their product range. Ideal website for new photographers like myself.

  Purchased a Tamron 16-300mm. I recommend Willoughby's Cameras having purchased from them previously and will no doubt be doing so in the future. Items are described honestly and accurately. Prices in most instances are lower than private sellers on Ebay, and come with a warranty. Not sure about an item, then just chat with them via their online chat service. Enjoy 😉

  Bad overseas experience. Was shipped wrong item, then was not just charged but overcharged for it. Follow-up inquiries went ignored for weeks. Finally their manager offered to return overpayment, but never followed through. Discouraging, disappointing, and disreputable.

  Very helpful customer service. When I bought my Canon Eos camera. I was advised that the battery that comes with it drains quickly and recommended a longer battery life. That battery can actually last a whole day of action and the battery that came with the camera became my back up one. Worked very well for me,. Thanks Willoughby's Cameras.

  Purchased Nikon Z9 as advertised brand new for set price, when I completed transaction I get an email asking to call Willoughby's Cameras. When talking to sales I was told the item was x display if I wanted new camera I will have to pay an extra $100. You are not on Willoughby's , the item was advertised as new at set price and should have Been sold as . Poor show Willoughby's

  My go-to darkroom equipment supply store went out of business. It was an amazing store but could not compete with online sales. Willoughby's camera was the only site I could find a darkroom dial thermometer. My order arrived in a very timely manner and was in great condition. I can count on them having the darkroom supplies I want.

  I buy all my camera gear from Willoughby's camera. I recently purchased my Panasonic LUMIX G9. The images are great. It works wonderful for sports action photography too. Overall, it's the best-designed camera I've ever owned, and I've owned and used a ton of cameras over the years as both a pro-level photographer and YouTuber with many years of experience. I would buy from Willoughby's camera again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

  What fantastic service. I spoke to a young lady explaining what I required and in a flash she had located what I required. I was told it would take 4 days to get a courier to deliver to me, It was on my doorstep the following morning. Watch out, I will be back again and again. Fantastic.

  Great prices, fast shipping and stellar customer service. My Canon EOS M50 Mark II arrived fast and efficiently within a couple of days. I really enjoy ordering from you guys, I love the camera!! It is easy to use and produces nice, sharp photos. It is a little hard to get use to it being kind of small, but it was worth the money. A little pricey for an older camera, but I love that I can take the photos and the images are automatically transferred to my computer!! Make life soooo much easier. I'm looking forward on filming my next YOUTUBE video for my channel.

  The order arrived late and only after they were chased for it. I wasn't happy with the overall quality of the item. I have reported one small fault with the item but they seem unwilling to entertain the fact that it could be genuine, despite the fact that it could be very easily and cheaply rectified.

  My order was taken but I did have to call back after receiving an email of the invoice. I had ordered 2 telephoto lenses but only 1 was on the order, which had already been shipped. The matter was handled promptly and the product was shipped separately. The invoice was also changed and all is fine.

Very happy with my purchase of a Canon 7D in excellent condition.   Very quick shipping! Our church had a very positive experience with Willoughby's camera. Our Sony camcorder arrived in a timely manner in fact ahead of schedule. The process could not have been easier. The camcorder seems to fit the bill. I haven't been able to use it too much but so far I am pleased with it, as it seems to have good picture quality and is easy to set up and use.

  Excellence service. My Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 lens was delivered well ahead of time, quite a pleasant surprise. I am absolutely in love with it. I have been wanting a super telephoto lens for some time, but they're so expensive!   Pretty decent options for cameras and film. Red Dragon Film drop off here and they're the cheapest option I've seen in Manhattan for film! Pretty good stop to pop in and look at some gear and drop film off. Wish it was a bigger location... hopefully they will be able to expand one day as I do really enjoy this shop and would love to see more from them.

  Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Biotar 58mm f/1.5 II Lens I was have a hard time deciding on this lens. But after talking to the folks at Willoughby's they helped me make the right decision. I love just walking around town and taking photos. I can do close up or scenery photos it does a awesome job on both.   During a trip to New York I realized my sensor really needed a clean and Yes Adorama were the closest, Approached willoughby's based in Manhattan. The product had a factory issue, I contacted Willoughby's Camera by email and they gave me a solution immediately, next day I had a new protector at home and everything was perfect.   Missing Essentials in my Package and Zero Communication I checked the shipment notification of items that had been dispatched, the total number of parcels, but still not stands or spreaders for the heads. I have since sent in 5 emails, and via the contact us page, but as yet no one has responded. No one has been able to answer the phone and the live chat is down, I can only hope the remaining items arrive that were over $1,200.00 worth... It seems in my case that customer service is lacking, and my trust in them... Sorry Willoughby's but my experience with order issues has not been great at all...

  I bought some used equipment in Willoughby's Camera, I buy better than rated Condition 9 items, compared to original price there is a 10-20% discount, the condition assessment is fair. Missing some parts have occurred a couple of times in recent order, very disappointed.

  Excellent service Z9 is here! Just received my Nikon Z9 with FTZ11 adapter and free CFExpress card This is an extremely popular camera and hard to get but Willoughby's Cameras were excellent, kept me informed of delivery, answering any questions I had quickly.   Selling a used camera Willoughby's Cameras offer a very efficient service for buying used cameras. They provide an initial quote and a pre-paid label, making it easy to to send the camera to them. In my case,they quickly assessed the camera, confirmed the original quote and promptly arranged payment. I'm very pleased with this service,which is much easier than selling on Craiglist or BH PHOTO!

  Purchased the Lexar 1066x for the quality of product. Fast cards and comes with a lifetime guarantee, been using Lexar for years. I use these cards in my 7D Mark II and 6D Mark II, Fast, Dependable and they were on sale for a great price, Thanks to Willoughby's Cameras for getting the cards out to me within a couple of days

  Want you to buy, not good in giving credit. I was trying not to order from Willoughby's Cameras. I asked for credit card and you gave an in store credit card. Which means that I would have to travel from N. Dakota to New York to purchase cameras product for my Sony FX9. If I close it, that would be bad on me. Affirm gave the credit I need, second time. No problem pay on time.

  Vanguard QS-39 Quick Release Plate I purchased this for a good and strong, but aging Bogen metal tripod that will probably outlast me. BUT the QR plate is PLASTIC, and does not seem very strong. It wiggles on the tripod, yet Willoughby's Cameras' support people say it is the correct one for this tripod, and a metal QR plate is not available.
