  First class service from Willoughby's Cameras I ordered a Olympus BLH-1 Lithium-Ion battery pack on line yesterday (Sunday), I received news of its dispatch details today (Monday). I'm very impressed with the prompt service provided, despite some less than complimentary reviews I'd read. I would not hesitate to use Willoughby's Cameras again.

  Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R Lens This is an excellent lens at an excellent price. It is sharp, and the colors are correct and bright. I pair it with an OM-D E-10 mk iii, a great, lightweight walkabout set up. Absolutely awesome. Just what I needed. And Willoughby's Cameras' didn't play around getting it to me either. Arrived on time and I am very happy about this!. I will be buying more from them.

  The service I received was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday. Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel.

  There is no where to put tax exempt. We are a local government and tax exempt. We always get charged tax. This should be automatic because I have sent in our tax exempt certificate several times. I should not have to do it for every purchase.

  Nikon Camera Great product and service. Only downside all paperwork in French and no camera company guarantee, but no matter with a little homework on the internet soon got everything sorted. With a great price it don't matter if you a little extra work if you end up with a great product. If in need of another camera I would not hesitate in buying from this company again.

  Great deal on a great camera Willoughby's Camera and Canon provide an amazing value for the money with this package. I love this package.   I bought elinchrome D-LITE RX 4 european version 220 V, but in the box there was E27 100 W / 90 V ( american version ) , after first use it stoped working .... it's burned... now i'm gona use without modeling lamp, that a big problem for me ....

  Lowepro Pro Trekker BP 550 AW II I ordered a camera bag on a Monday evening when I noticed the great price being offered. The bag arrived on the Wednesday and was just as advertised.   I could not get an answer from the chat line and I wanted to pay with a purchase order which is not an option to pay. There is no easy way to order if you are state government. Also we are tax exempt and there is no quick way to get that accomplished.

  Not what they portray themselves as I've spent thousands with Willoughby's. However I have had bad experiences. Two previous ones. Recently I had my third which is the last straw. This shop portrays itself as the premier Canon USA dealer above all others. And they charge prices to justify that. But in reality they're no better than other camera dealers. I'll never spend money there again and my recommendation is that you go elsewhere unless you really need a gold plated range finder.

  Not a great service - their teams provide no information on how the process works and are slow to help. The order was also processed wrong (some of my pictures were printed, others were only on portable flash). Good value but wouldn't recommend.

  Willoughby's Camera continues to be my favorite photography shop. It's easy to assemble and re-assemble a cart multiple times before checking out, and last minute changes are easily accommodated by moving items between the cart and wish lists. Pre-paid customs and duty for shipments to Canada are very convenient.

  Great price, great service! Ordered a Canon RF 70-200mm lens at a great price which came very promptly and well packaged. Received a phone call very kindly informing me that they were about to dispatch which enabled me to delay the delivery by a day as I was out at work. By creating an account you are able to carefully monitor your order. This is the second time I have purchased something over this very difficult year, and would not hesitate to do so again. Thanks to all the staff for such a great service.

  Excellent Camera! 100% Satisfied! This company was exceptional in its service in handling my order. The camera arrived on schedule along with the accessories I placed with the Nikon D5600. I couldn't be happier with the camera, still getting used to it since it's my first DSLR but I love the fact It is versatile, easy to use and produces high quality pictures and videos. I have no doubts that it will significantly improve my keeper rate for the types of photography I intend to use it for. I couldn’t find the Canon EOS R anywhere, but when I called Willoughby's camera, the gentleman tried his best to help check the store and warehouse availability, and eventually found the last one. I placed my order online and expected 7 days shipping but it came after 2 days! Can’t express how happy and excited I am. Best shopping ever!

  Tamron 70-300mm. The price was the best I could find anywhere, Shipping was quick, the lens arrived within 3 days of placing my order and the best part, on time for my trip.   The camera that arrived wasn't the exact one that I ordered, It wasn't even of the same level. It was of lesser quality, the wrong color and didn't have the right features. I've have tried for three days to get hold of someone at customer services - the email team say they will respond within 24 hours and 3 working days later i am still waiting. I will never order from this company again because of these problems.

  Sony ZV-E10 Bought it as a birthday present for my girlfriend. Excellent package, it has everything she needs as an amateur. I was very impressed with the packaging and shipping Willoughby's provided, also they had the best price out there. I could have purchased my Canon EOS R7 from another online retailer; however, I chose Willoughby's camera due to their customer service and the fact they specialize in photography instead of retailing a lot of items from different retailers.   Always Great service and shipping to Texas is super fast. I have purchased from Willoughby's camera many times and have never had an issue with service or a return. I just purchased a Sony a6400 and I am simply blown away by the features and the simplicity of the menu system. Couldn't be happier. I will not purchase photography equipment anywhere else other than Willoughby's camera.

  Great price for a decent tripod. I couldn't be happier with Willoughby's camera and my order from them. The tripod was described perfectly. From the minute I placed the order, I was kept up-to-date on the order status until my package arrived.   I really love and value this camera shop- I’ve been coming for years. However, the staff member that I met in store today was rather patronizing - I know I’m no camera expert but that’s why I’m in your shop!   Looking for advice on buying a lens for my daughter who recently got a camera, I was 100% satisfied! It was our first time to this store. We were warmly received and very well advised by a salesperson who took the time to have us test the equipment and who gave my daughter lots of advice.   This is an extremely good shop. I bought a pair of Leica Ultravid binoculars, they were $200 below some of the other sites I looked on, top price of $700, and next day DHL delivery was included by Willoughby's Cameras. They arrived and were extremely well packaged. This firm is hard to find, but well worth it. The Ultravids are absolutely stunning.

  I booked a disposable camera for $90 the day before. When I went to the store the next day, I was told that my device had been sold. I was then very kindly offered to go to another shop 800m away. The disposable device is sold there for $24. Waste of time and money… bad experience despite the kindness of the sellers of the first store

  Bought an expensive secondhand camera with a Tamron lens. Advertised as in working order. Lens didn’t work, would not charge, so not as advertised. This should have been checked before dispatch. Willoughby's Cameras have not responded to my complaint. It was a real hassle and I had to foot the bill of a replacement lens myself. I had to send back a faulty document camera previously too. I do not recommend Willoughby's Camera’s as they send out faulty products and do not respond to complaints. There are more reliable places to buy kit.

  The price and delivery was very good, I was able to get the item cheaper than other places, although the lens was purchased in NY and delivered from NY it arrived very fast.I was also assured that should I be charged for delivery and import taxes this would be refunded, which is also a good think to know. On the whole I was very happy.

  Extremely Rude staff, came today exactly at 10:30 am according opening time. Store was not completely open yet. At there entrance I asked a first store crew about one product, he was completely out of mind. He had probably bad night. Never visit them again.

  what a nice man and.lady in this shop....best selection of Billingham, Manfrotto bags and photographer nick nacks...as well as film, selection of used cameras, books, hard to find batteries, etc. I will definitely be back!

  Took my camera for sensor cleaning, it was done in an hour but when I got home I checked it only to find it was no better, I called the shop and they agreed to do it again, it is a bit better now but with the hassle of traveling 2times not a great experience, also gave me what I thought was a very low valuation for the camera

  Great camera for high school broadcasts Greg at Willoughby's Cameras' professional video camera department helped me out and he was excellent in helping me choose the RIGHT camera-Sony PXW-Z150 camcorder. Could have saved with Amazon but trusted Willoughby's Cameras' with real Sony in original packaging and love the Willoughby's Private Financing to save a couple hundred. Been buying from these guys for 25 years, no need to change now. Thank you Greg and the Willoughby's team for your continued excellence in customer service and product availability.

  The Atomos Ninja V 5 4K HDMI Recording Monitor probably the best external recorder and monitor on the market. Very, very happy with the service provided, which almost seems rare to find these days but highly recommend!!

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of Leica cameras. I was greeted and helped immediately. I'm taking private photography lessons so kinda knew what I wanted. I was looking for a D-LUX 7 but purchased a sony rx100 vii after discussing the differences and handling both cameras. So glad a friend told me about this shop. So much better than B&H Photo or ADORAMA. The prices of Leica and Sony was competitive. I will definitely be back and recommend!
