  Sigma 50-500 for canon Been searching for a used lens for some time found Willoughby's using google search. They had so many used lenses to choose from was very exciting just looking at all of them , found a great deal. Lens was wonderful condition for the price and shipping was fast.   Quick shipment, Product as Described Was a bit hesitant about purchasing used camera gear, but Willoughby's Cameras' had very detailed information on their website about the product I was ordering. The Fujifilm camera body that I received in the mail was exactly as described as in the listing. Very happy with my purchase. The transaction was easy and the camera arrived in a timely manner via shipping. Would definitely recommend Willoughby's Cameras' again to anyone looking for used camera gear. Thanks!

  Great experience from start to finish. Sold a DJI battery and it was very. The process took a little longer than I expected it would, but I understand that they are pretty busy during these crazy times. The price they paid seemed fair and I would highly recommend their service!

  Venus Optics Laowa 85mm f/5.6 Lens It was a pleasure searching for a new lens for my DSLR and viewing the abundance of gear on the website in general.   AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Incredibly disorganized , indifferent to emails and customer concerns. Received an email that they received my gear and with no communication I received another email a month later that they received my gear. They acknowledged they received, but haven’t paid me or returned my gear. And there is no phone number to speak to a real person about this. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST.

  Honest and Reliable I'd been looking for a good, used 200mm f/2.8 lens that was optically sound for astrophotography.   Delivered as expected except item was dirty Delivered quickly and packaged with care however the camera was somewhat dirty. Dust on the top, viewfinder and lens were smudged and dusty, residue or dirt on lcd and lens cap. I'm less confident of the actual condition listed and longevity of the camera. Or if it was ever tested.

  I bought my first mirrorless camera online. The customer service representative was very helpful in answering my questions. I was hesitant at first ordering a 1,500 expensive camera online but when I received my order, it was packaged well and arrived within 3 days. Camera is brand new, no scratches or damages. I am very impressed with Willoughby's Camera and as well as the quality of my new camera.

  After years of using a point and shoot camera, I decided it was time to move up to DSLR & after careful research, I decided on the Canon EOS 70D with the 18-135mm lens. So far it's been pretty easy to learn; the articulating touch screen is terrific & I have used it exclusively to change my settings. Admittedly I'm on the lower leg of the learning curve, but I've been able to capture some great landscape pictures. Stopping at Willoughby's camera was a smart move on my part because I received a lot of helpful information. And you just cannot beat their customer service. All in all I'm very happy with my new camera.

  Willoughby's camera was always great. This time was no different. The equipment arrived on the promised day, wrapped tightly in a dense protective material. No damage, no bumps. The underwater housing that I ordered was in original, unmarked packaging and is brilliant to use. I can recommend Willoughby's as my favorite photographic retailer.

  They sent the wrong item. I would expect them to pull out all the stops to get the correct item to me but no, there going to take up to 5 working days to check there item, before sorting anything out. The mistake is mildly annoying, but these things happen. But then to process my return like I've sent an item to sell, Sat in the queue with everyone else. No not good enough.

  Bought a Canon camera and then a lens separately. Both arrived within a couple of days, and as described (condition wise). Sold my old camera and kit lens, money was in my account the day after they emailed my offer. Brilliant service (was recommended by Silvio Cruz on his YouTube channel) will definitely look here when I need more equipment. 100% recommend

  Filter is fine, worth the money, case broken as usual ! The cheap plastic that they use doesn't match at all the filter quality; cases are not broken in shipping as Willoughby's Cameras' takes a good care for wrapping. I bet that they come already broken from the manufacturer.

  Today I went to ask for advise about my camera as I had focus issue with it. The person who approached me tried too help me, but then the owner appeared and asked me to leave if I'm not planning to purchase anything from their store. This is very rude way to approach the customer. I will definitely won't buy anything from Willoughby's Cameras in New York. Not with this attitude.

  New customer experience I had my reservations ordering an expensive Canon R5 body from a website instead of my normal high street BnH but since they didn't have stock and the reviews for next day were brilliant I made an order. The service was brilliant. The order only took a day to arrive and you can also track the order. Will have no reservation in ordering a lens shortly.

  Willoughby's Camera Emporium said sorry, we’re good! Willoughby's Camera Emporium said I hadn’t included lens hood with lens I sent them. After several emails and frustration I left a low score review for them. The same day that I left poor review I got an email saying they had found the missing lens hood! They offered me a discount on future purchase by way of an apology. I appreciate things can go wrong in any transaction, but it’s how issues are dealt with that makes for good service. A learning curve for them and me maybe!

  Exceeded My Expectations Purchased a second-hand Olympus Zuiko 25mm 1.2 PRO lens. The price was very competitive, even with the postage cost it was much less than Amazon were selling it for. The description was very accurate. Six months warranty was very reassuring. Would recommend this shop.

  Great order site - but... I had a small problem in that when I was marking things for the order, and then checking my "Cart" I found that my last order was still in the cart and was counting toward my new order. I had to figure out how to remove the two items from the previous order before placing this last order. After a bit I figured it out, but should not have had to contend with it.

  What is very clear is that the package didn’t arrive the next day after ordering and the waybill to send the package hadn’t been created until early morning on the 4th of October. Willoughby's are saying it was and DHL are saying it wasn’t While my experience wasn’t great, I will say that NDD’s response time was very quick. I will also say that I don’t believe this company to be more than 1 person running a business out of a house or flat. But like I said, if you order from them, based on good and bad reviews, you will receive your order...eventually Good luck

  Great experience on web chat I reached out to Willoughby's Camera on their web chat and was quickly greeted by Greg who after my initial questions promptly transferred me to Silvio who not only answered my product questions but also reached out to their price match team and got me a great price. He gave a link to the product and a code to get a one time discount. Overall an awesome experience.

  This is my second significant purchase from Willoughby's Camera-- overall I am very happy to have saved a couple of thousand pounds over the standard American prices. The only issue I have, is that their choice of courier company with my latest purchase (UPS) proved to be less reliable than their previous courier (FedEx), and -- after a three day delay -- I was led on a wild goose chase trying to find out where my lenses had got to. It seems they went to a local delivery shop rather than my home, but they sent me a misleading email telling me they had 'attempted delivery'. Odd, but ho hum. Anyway, back to Willoughby's Camera-- the gear was well packaged, the customer services are very very good, the prices are also very good, and while slightly more expensive than a rival company beginning in 'A', they do offer a three year warranty that kind of makes up for it. I'll be sure to use them again the next time I want to upgrade or buy some gear.

  Ordered new 90d on Saturday. Due to high level of orders I did not receive until Tuesday. I was kept fully informed by email. Delay was not a problem to me. Item was well packed and arrived via DHL at time slot predicted. Price was very competitive.

  Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN lens for my Sony A6000 I have always liked Sigma lenses and this is my first Micro FT one. As always, prompt shipment by Willoughby's Camera (thanks!) and a great price. Lense, although light in weight, feels solid to the touch and is easy to operate. Produced great bokeh, and even suitable for Macro shots. Very little distortion. Happy with the purchase.   First class service from Willoughby's Cameras I ordered a Olympus BLH-1 Lithium-Ion battery pack on line yesterday (Sunday), I received news of its dispatch details today (Monday).   Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R Lens This is an excellent lens at an excellent price. It is sharp, and the colors are correct and bright. I pair it with an OM-D E-10 mk iii, a great, lightweight walkabout set up. Absolutely awesome. Just what I needed. And Willoughby's Cameras' didn't play around getting it to me either. Arrived on time and I am very happy about this!. I will be buying more from them.

  The service I received was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday. Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel.

  There is no where to put tax exempt. We are a local government and tax exempt. We always get charged tax. This should be automatic because I have sent in our tax exempt certificate several times. I should not have to do it for every purchase.

  Nikon Camera Great product and service. Only downside all paperwork in French and no camera company guarantee, but no matter with a little homework on the internet soon got everything sorted. With a great price it don't matter if you a little extra work if you end up with a great product. If in need of another camera I would not hesitate in buying from this company again.

  I bought elinchrome D-LITE RX 4 european version 220 V, but in the box there was E27 100 W / 90 V ( american version ) , after first use it stoped working .... it's burned... now i'm gona use without modeling lamp, that a big problem for me ....

  I could not get an answer from the chat line and I wanted to pay with a purchase order which is not an option to pay. There is no easy way to order if you are state government. Also we are tax exempt and there is no quick way to get that accomplished.

  Not what they portray themselves as I've spent thousands with Willoughby's. However I have had bad experiences. Two previous ones. Recently I had my third which is the last straw. This shop portrays itself as the premier Canon USA dealer above all others. And they charge prices to justify that. But in reality they're no better than other camera dealers. I'll never spend money there again and my recommendation is that you go elsewhere unless you really need a gold plated range finder.

  Willoughby's Camera continues to be my favorite photography shop. It's easy to assemble and re-assemble a cart multiple times before checking out, and last minute changes are easily accommodated by moving items between the cart and wish lists. Pre-paid customs and duty for shipments to Canada are very convenient.

  Great price, great service! Ordered a Canon RF 70-200mm lens at a great price which came very promptly and well packaged. Received a phone call very kindly informing me that they were about to dispatch which enabled me to delay the delivery by a day as I was out at work. By creating an account you are able to carefully monitor your order. This is the second time I have purchased something over this very difficult year, and would not hesitate to do so again.
