  HP DeskJet 2700e series No other retailer had stock so I went right to the source and I'm glad I did.I bought mine on 11/03/2022. Once i got it figured out, the set up was pretty easy. I'm 80 yrs. old and if I can get this printer set-up anyone can. So far So good!! The tech was great, knowledgeable and patient. Great product and price. Very pleased.

  Nikon lens 16-35mm. This item was delivered to the wrong address several weeks ago. Despite several calls and emails, the item has still not been delivered to the correct address. They are not responding to calls or emails; meanwhile payment has been taken. Very disappointing.

  Olympus MX1 Outstanding Quality, easy to use, light weight. Quick Shipment. I have used Olympus equipment from 1980 to present. This camera along with all the Olympus PRO Lenses makes one GREAT KIT On top of all that, Willoughby's Camera has the Best Deals On-Line and their 5 Star Customer Service can not be beat, Bar-None!!   Item ordered was as advertised unfortunately let down by FedEx who failed to deliver the product. I tried to contact both seller and FedEx neither of which responded. Eventually I had no choice and had to retrieve the item myself

  Such a great service from camera world. I was able to get 2 Nikon Z6ii batteries when they did not seem to be available anywhere else. From ordering to the receipt of the batteries 2 days later the service was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone hoping to purchase a camera or camera equipment

  Make it easier The overall experience was good. However, you do not make it easy to buy any product. I started by telephoning your Willoughby's Camera 📸📷 where the assistant was very helpful and gave me the product code. He did however explain that the shop could not sell me anything on line. I went to your website which did not offer me a chance to make a purchase. A chat with your system produced an address which did allow me to buy What I wanted. The rest was easy and the item was delivered in line with your promise.

  Magnus DLX-M1 4-Section Aluminum Monopod I'd rate this monopod as good value for money. The ballhead is a little notchy, but the clamp is positive. The locking leg collars seem to be very good as well. The tri-feet mechanism seems positive but don't leave it unguarded - it's not a tripod. Fast and efficient delivery - now looking at other Willoughby's products

  Bought a canon 90d for a great price. Shipped to my door just over 5 days. They even threw in a free Sd card, Very happy with the camera and their service. It's well beyond my expectations. Paired with a Tamron 150-600mm lens, I'm getting some unbelievable shots. Highly recommend for birding and wildlife, as well as the moon and the stars. I will definitely buy more tech from Willoughby's in future and recommend others to give them a go.

  Purchased a spotting scope from Willoughby's camera, unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, was sorted very early the next day, and the correct scope sent by next day delivery, also arranged for DHL to collect the wrongly delivered one.   Brilliant service. My son needed replacement foam for a camera and accessories case, at short notice. I 'phoned and spoke with Rachel at Willoughby's Camera, who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She said that she would endeavour to expedite the package, so that it would hopefully arrive next day. The next day - the package arrived at 8am! Brilliant service.

  I purchased a Nikon D610 with kit lens from Willoughby's camera emporium. Having found them on the internet by Google search, I then had some questions, so I phoned them up.   Nikon 810 on the 24-70 mm lens Fast, on-time deliveries; Items in great shape. Would use again! Items arrived promptly, well packaged and aside from a few understandable cosmetic scuffs were in perfect shape. Returning the items was simple as well. The only thing that knocks a star off for me was how there was over a weeks delay between the items arriving at their building and the deposit refund being started. I was about to email them to ask where my deposit went as it took so long.

  Refuse to inform shutter count I'm looking to buy a Sony A1-body and had found an interesting one from Willoughby's Cameras. Despite writing to their support, they refuse to inform me of the shutter count. In the end I ended up not buying the camera body from Willoughby's Cameras because of this.

  Willoughby's camera emporium provided excellent service when I purchased a used Nikon D3500 camera and I appreciated of all their help in obtaining a camera shoulder strap which was unfortunately missing.   It's not all bad! Not great though! Part exchanged my Nikon gear for a Sony A7RIV. Got my quote and sent my gear off. Finally I got my camera, boxed in a A7RIII box with the wrong manual to boot!! Almost gave me a heart attack!! However, the camera was in excellent condition as described. The shutter count was a little over by approx. 1500 but I wasn't bothered with that. They took delivery of my Nikon equipment on the 27/9/2022 and I got my camera on the 24/10/2022 to give you the time scale. Not the smoothest of transactions, there staff were always polite and I even took calls out of hours which is to a credit to them. Would a buy from them again? Honestly don't know?

  Canon EOS 90D The camera was exactly as described and was amazing value. The ordering process was painless and delivery was much quicker than expected. I was happy with the with the customer service. All my questions were answered. The tech helped me get the right accessories and the warranty for it. I got every thing when they said I would. Great place to get your photography equipment. I wont shop any place else!

  I bought what I thought and what was, advertised as, a a brand new camera and lens from them via Amazon, it arrived on time, well packaged. But it was used, I could tell by the settings, they were obviously set to someone wi-fi, and other settings that person desired, so I contacted them, they denied this and said 'send it back and we will have a look'! Obviously I had no way of proving to these rip off merchants if it was like that when bought or not. I asked for a partial refund at least (the camera worked which is obviously good), They are happy to take your money, but if you have an issue that is obviously entirely down to them they don't want to know! I never use NY companies just for this reason! I have never had these issues with other American companies and certainly never with local camera shops in Texas, they know how to look after customers. Never, ever use this company! You have been warned.

  Tamron Lens My husband an myself had done a lot of research into getting my lens and looked into a number of companies/sites. Coming across Willoughby's site we looking into them and decided to place an order. So happy we did as within one week my purchase was with me.   Sold me an item that was mis-description as a totally different item. Their mistake meant due to them not having a suitable alternative, having to buy an expensive replacement elsewhere for a photographic expedition. Customer service ignored my request to resolve it properly and left me wishing to avoid Willoughby's in future. A real shame.

  CANON R7 I placed my order and it couldn’t have been handled better. It was acknowledged promptly, the camera was sent quickly, I was informed of DHL dispatch and kept informed every step of the way until the lens arrived quickly, nicely packaged, in pristine condition.   Great service! Ordered a Lexar Professional 1066x UHS-I microSDXC 256GB card, and immediately realized I made a mistake. Immediately cancelled the order, and opened a chat call to verify my mistake. Within minutes the question was answered and the correct card was ordered. Checked my email when i got off the chat call and the mistake had been cancelled by Willoughby's Camera. GREAT service!

  Had to wait several weeks for delivery emails to Willoughby Camera. Though to be fair a National/Public holiday came just after my ordering the item, and also the DHL wasn't really "on the ball" Willoughby Camera was quick to reply to my queries and did offer a full refund if my item was not delivered within three days. The item arrived next day and I am very satisfied.

  Used Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 lens for Sony E Ordered online on a Saturday in anticipation of it arriving within 5 days. After having some delivery issues, it eventually arrived 2 weeks later. However, the customer service was great, was kept informed where my order was. My calls were answered promptly or missed calls were returned quickly. The lens is in great condition and produces stunning results. Fortunately, it arrived with a couple of days to spare for a job I had booked in!

  Sensor cleaning Just had the sensor of my Sony A7iii cleaned after making a mess of doing it myself. As well as leaving cleaning fluid marks I’d also somehow managed to get dust into the shutter mechanism. I have nothing but praise for the end result of the cleaning and the manner in which the process was carried out by Greg, including excellent communication, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing similar work doing.

  Very friendly, efficient service and nice kit. They bailed me out when a client asked for something at the last minute. The only downsides were I would have liked a printed delivery note to remind me what should have been in the bags (which they probably would have given if asked in fairness) and the account set-up is a bit long winded but I guess it has to be.

  Willoughby's Cameras were superb. The live chat with Rachel Goodwin was professional and delivered with expertise. My purchase of my Nikon P1000 cost only two thirds of the price on other sites, and the delivery was fully 4 days ahead of schedule. Brilliant experience and I will certainly be back to them and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

  Brilliant camera service. Sent these guys my Sigma 150-600mm lens last year to be calibrated, the results were amazing has made such a difference. I sent them my camera to be cleaned as I noticed dust spots on my photos I sent this on the Tuesday comes back today (Friday) great turn around. They have already sent me proof of the difference and it looks great. I highly recommend these guys really professional keep you fully updated a great service.

  Ordered a canon 90d used. It came in new condition with a free sd card and all the accompanying parts from the box. I was worried it wouldn't turn up as there was miscommunication on the arrival time and dispatch time, but i was easily able to get in touch anytime, it did end up arriving in time for my holiday and I so far i have had no issues with the camera.

  Nice firm but needs to be clearer Willoughby' Cameras jumped in when I was chatting about the Tamron SP 150-600mm new lens at a very good price. We did a part exchange, paid them through PayPal, and they said it was with a delivery firm weeks ago, the following day 6/10/2022. Let me be clear, they seem a friendly ethical firm. The lens did not come however and i wish their communications were clearer. Probably their remarkably low prices mean supply did not exceed huge demand! Refund has come however but please improve your communications!

  Good communications and helpful staff.I enquired as to how long the waiting time was for a Nikon camera and was told they could not give a definitive answer because they did not know when their next shipment would be. I received an email later that day to tell me they had one in stock due to a cancelled order. The camera arrived the following day.   WILLOUGHBY'S CAMERAS is the best! "Ordered a Fuji X-T30 II on a Monday and it arrived well packaged a few days later. Best prices I've seen on camera gear out of all the places I looked (Adorama and B&H). The grading system was easy to understand as well. Everything worked as expected and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!
