  Reliable Company but Grey Imports I ordered a Canon 5D Mark IV from Willoughby's Camera having been assured of the following over email: "I can confirm that we are based in the US, and our stock of Canon products are all USA stock with US Spec" Unfortunately when the item arrived I checked the serial number on the Canon website and it returned a result that the camera was not approved for sale within the North American market, i.e. it was a grey import.

  I placed an order for a Nikon D780 that said it was in stock. I followed up on my order status and it said processing after 3 days. I sent an email to customer service and received an email back saying they cancelled my order because the product is out of stock. I will never order anything from them and will not recommend it to anyone.

  I bought a Sigma 50mm f/1.4 lens after considerable research on the Internet, and it deserves every word written in its praise. The sharpness, color rendition and bokeh are excellent. I photographed some snow landscapes later and the performance is exceptional. I am personally very pleased with it and is now my go to lens for Sony a6600. I cannot recommend Willoughby's camera highly enough. Absolutely delighted with the purchase. Will be a returning customer. ,

  The Rokinon 12mm f/2 lens was back ordered everywhere and could not be found. I asked to be notified when the lens was available, I received a email from Willoughby's camera when it was in and was able to place my order for the lens right away and it arrived as expected, the fastest shipping I've ever experienced!

  Very impressed with the service from Willoughby's Camera. I had a couple of Canon lenses which I no longer use and submitted them in part exchange for some Olympus kit. They assessed the state of my lenses and gave me a fair price; The Olympus kit is now being used regularly!

  After finding a Fujifilm XF 35mm f/2 lens cheaper than anywhere else i was obviously skeptical, but after doing a bit of research on Willoughby's camera i found they had a proper address and Google checkout so i decided to go ahead with the purchase.   Great service! After reading positive reviews about Willoughby's Camera I contacted them regarding a Canon lens I wanted to purchase. They offered the best price including tracked delivery through UPS. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. James kept me informed of the progress of the order.   Three times I have returned packages and have had to wait weeks for a refund, the last refund took 10 days!!!!!!!! Each time you have to continually phone or e-mail. I will never buy from this company again and would advise others to avoid them too.

  Great experience as a new customer ordered a DJI Mini 3 drone and paid extra for 2 day shipping to Seattle. I needed the drone for a Video recording event 3 days away. Willoughby's delivered right on time. The tracking feature on the website allowed me to see where the package was at all times, and came in two days, The build quality, ease of flight, built-in maneuvers, and quality of output can't be beat at this price. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase and vendor.

  Fantastic shopping experience! After doing a ton of research on the DSLR camera systems I finally pulled the trigger and decided to buy the Canon EOS Rebel T8i. I use it for real estate photography and it has been an amazing camera. I'm still learning about it and how to use all the ins and outs of it, but as my first dslr camera I am in love with it and I can't wait for the Holidays that are coming up to create more memories. I would definitely order from Willoughby's camera again! Great place!

  I bought my DSLR camera from Willoughby's camera a week ago, and it already arrived. I thought it would take two weeks for delivery, considering it was coming from New York but they sent it faster than estimated. I couldn't be happier with everything. The camera is larger and more heavy than before, but it's very sturdy. It's truly a pro-level camera. The prices are very competitive with all the other stores that sell camera equipment, I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again

  I have ordered multiple items off their website. The delivery is extremely quick- they always dispatch your order within 24 hours.   I purchased a camera and other equipment off this company but I never got a confirmation email or any tracking information. I hadn’t received my items so I called them and was told that the package was damaged in transit and that my items were stolen. I could have bought the same camera direct from Nikon for about $80 more, money possibly well spent.

  Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 Lens Bought this for my Sony a7 II and it works like a dream. Takes beautiful pictures, very fast focus and optics. For the money, the best one out there. Willoughby's camera had the best price and had it to me the very next day. Terrific service.

  I honestly cannot fault Willoughby's camera, They're brilliant! I have used them over the past years and every time they keep me updated on my order, let me track it and provide excellent customer service. I find their site easy to use and I love that they let you know what time your order will be delivered so you don't have to wait round all day.   Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 - I love this lens! It was a must have for my photography business. I am a wedding and portrait photographer and the lens has been wonderful for larger groups of people. And also for smaller groups in tight places. Couldn't live without it now that I have it! Thanks so much Willoughby's. You guys rock!

  Shame on Willoughby's Cameras!!! Received Gray Market Product!!! Very disappointed. I received an Australia and New Zealand grey market battery grip instead of the USA version with the 1 year warranty as I ordered. I live in Texas. I am returning for a refund as I do not want to risk getting another grey market unit.

  Willoughby's Cameras' is Amazing! I was originally going to order the FTZ II Mount Adapter straight from Nikon, but they were all on backorder and they estimated it could take up to 16 weeks. So I instead ordered it from Willoughby's Cameras'. It was my first order from Willoughby's Cameras', and they did amazing. Product was exactly as pictured, fast shipping and delivery.   AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G Willoughby's Cameras' never fails me in everything i need, from my Nikon D610 to my lenses. This one is excellent, affordable price and work perfect for me.   Why go any where else for photo supplies These Canon ink cartridges are a bit expensive but work great on my big Canon photo printer, year after yea What sets Willoughby's Camera apart is their pricing. Always in the customers best interest. I've never had a problem with the Ink I buy from you. I buy from Willoughby's Camera because of the reduced price and it is Original Canon Ink.   Kase 4-In-1 UV & ND Clip-In Filter Set They have good glass and the image is altered only as it should be, no color cast from the ND. I'm not yet sure whether I'll keep them or not. It does make for easy removal and seamless glass changed for video outdoors, but I can see myself losing one in the field easily.
