  I have been using Willoughby's camera for over 17 years and have never been disappointed with there customer service. I usually buy through the online store, and recently i went to NYC and visited their super store a couple of times. The have a great business and they usually offer great products, new releases and very good prices. I recommend them to all of my friends that are amateur and professional photographers.

  First purchase, very satisfied Willoughby's camera has a huge selection of items very easy to find by category. I was shopping for a tripod but I wanted a video tripod instead of a camera tripod. Willoughby's has tripods organized by purpose. The customer reviews is what sold me on purchasing my two fluid head tripods. Checkout was simple and I got immediate order confirmation.

  Shopping Experience I purchased a Nikon Z6 II and asked for advise from the sales representative on a tripod and backpack case. The sales representative provided the 2 references so I ordered them both. So far I'm very pleased with the quality of service and products.   Poor Packaging This would have been 4 stars if it wasn't for the packaging that was used to ship the lenses to me. They were cardboard boxes, completely wrapped in sticky tape to effectively make them more sturdy & waterproof. Other companies I've used have provided proper hard cases and I suspect Lenses for Hire have gone down a different route in order to save on costs. Please consider investing in hard cases!

  Ordering the camera was fine, really friendly staff and very prompt response but returning on returning the courier company they use was awful. I waited all day for them to collect and after calling them three times they said the collection would have to be made the next day, there was no explanation for this. I would probably not use them again because of this.

  So happy with my purchase. Recently got into photography in and decided to upgrade to a better camera. I did a lot of research online prior to purchasing and Willoughby's camera definitely had the best price for the camera and accessories. Website was easy to use, Shipping was insanely fast and everything arrived fine. I haven't had a ton of time to play around with my new Panasonic Lumix G7, as my current project is tied to a different camera, but so far it's already proven more valuable than the price tag. The video is unbelievable and the photos have been coming out crisp with accurate colors. Overall happy with my camera, buying from Willoughby's was a very good experience.

  Excellent Service with a Backorder Product after an 8 month wait my lens arrived and what fantastic service from Willoughby's Cameras. Always answers emails with helpful replies when i asked where i was on the waiting list and a very nice person called me to say it was in and would arrive tomorrow which it did.   Canon XA40 camcorder & accessories. I found the website very useful and easy to navigate. I purchased my Camcorder with several accessories (extra battery and charger, carrying case, micro SD card, and Mini Tripod). I found the tab listing all the accessories and options very useful in helping me decide features and price. Overall It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to all. You can't beat Free next day shipping and no tax. I would order from Willoughby's camera anytime for more equipment. Highly recommended.

  Quick Response on sony a7c camera parts I dropped my a7c camera and after phoning and leaving messages to see if it was repairable I gave up and sent photos of the damage. This prompted immediate action, a call from them and when I ordered the parts they arrived very quickly. So a faultless and helpful service but do so via email initially!

  I had an issue with a product that I had purchased from Willoughby's Cameras. The company responded to my email quickly and arranged for a courier to collect from me at my convenience. Communication was brilliant throughout and the product was returned to me the following day having rectified the issue. (I'm embarrassed to say but I think the issue was due to my lack of technical knowledge). Still, the customer service (I dealt with Jimmy) was above and beyond. I can't recommend highly enough.

  I've had the 160-600 Sport for a few years, I started checking out the Sigma 60-600 Sport lens, So I bought my own from Willoughby's camera this month and it was everything I was hoping for. It is a great lens and thanks to Willoughby's for getting the lens shipped to me within a couple of days, Always great service. No problems recommending them at all.

  Superb Customer Service The ordering and purchase process is very straightforward. Being an existing customer, my details were already stored. There was a slight issue, in that although none of the items in my order were shown as out of stock, one was, and it delayed dispatch. However, it was only because I had contacted Willoughby's Cameras to query the non-movement of the order update page, that this came to light. Given that there was no estimated stock date for this item, I wondered how long I would have been waiting. Customer services could not have been more helpful. The order was split and the bulk of it dispatched. Given the delay, this was also escalated to Saturday delivery. The outstanding battery will follow in due course. Problems happen - it's how you deal with them that separates companies from each other

  Great company to deal with!! I used Willoughby's cameras through eBay to buy a slightly used (less than 1,000 shutter) Canon 5d mark iv. The service was great, even when after a month or so the mother board packed up. Through no fault of Willoughby's cameras I must add. In fact they organized a swift repair for the camera which has not missed a beat since! Great service and great company!

  Great prices on quality products!!!! I looked all over the web for a Manfrotto tripod and could not find it anywhere for less than $144.   Upgraded my Canon eos rebel t7 camera, by trading in my original one bought from you ,only been used 3 times, in mint condition, for a used 5d mark iv, firstly disappointed with the price given for my trade in, and also with staff who didn't really seem bothered with my custom, and wasn't really interested in my views and questions I put to them, offering no advice to the questions I asked of them, I expected a better shopping experience that I was given, with better customer service.

  What a great company to deal with. Purchased something last Friday and on the Saturday the item reduced in price by $190 at another company and willoughby's cameras offered me $190 refund to my card or a $200 voucher to spend at their shop.   Total lack of communications and customer care. I seem to having the same problem as everybody else. Emails are not answered, so I have no idea whether the item has been dispatched. The website stated 3 to 5 days delivery and that was over two weeks ago. I would suggest that you shop elsewhere.

  Good service and great camera quality Order arrived quickly and the wireless camera gives great quality video. Easy to set up the camera and download the app using the printed instructions provided, but the text might be a little small for some people. I needed some further information regarding memory cards and my email was answered quickly. This was good customer service, but it might be more helpful to add this information to the product page in the first place.

  Tamron SP 70-300 F4/5.6 DI USD A-Mount Lens Ordered online on a Saturday in anticipation of it arriving within 5 days.After having some delivery issues, it eventually arrived 2 weeks later. However, the customer service was great, was kept informed where my order was. My calls were answered promptly or missed calls were returned quickly. The lens is in great condition and produces stunning results. Fortunately, it arrived earlier a couple of days for my shoot!

  Every week I call, they are looking into it whether it’s lost or received! I do not care! I want my money back or a refund! It’s a $1600 memory card! Willoughby's CS are useless and will NOT do anything until warehouse has spoke to them but they have NEVER REPLIED TO CS to confirm! Shouldn’t matter! They can see it’s been collected by DPD! Not impressed and still no further forward! Gonna claim refund through my bank

  Exceptional! I was gonna order from another company, but the website was down for maintenance. So I went with Willoughby's Cameras instead. Item arrived in 3 days, and the box was in perfect condition. Customer support was very polite and helpful. they helped me get the camcorder up and running as I was having issues.   I've been ordering from Willoughby's camera for well over 10 years. Orders are easy, whether by phone or on the web, and prices are competitive, and sometimes better than other large retailers.   Beware not a Nikon authorized US company or US spec products Order process okay and delivery was within expected timescales. Have only given 3 stars because I had no idea I was buying a non-US spec Nikon Z9 and from a non-Nikon authorized company. I would not have purchased from Willoughby's camera if I had known. I found it in the small print when I went to see if I had grounds to return the product. I just hope it doesn't go wrong…

  My Nikon D610 died after many years of use and I really wanted a D7500 instead of the D800. Willoughby's camera had a new in the box one still. Very happy with it, very nice sharp pictures, easy to use since it's virtually the same as the D610. No complaints at all. I'm very happy with Willoughby's and the buying experience.

  I have been purchasing from Willoughby's camera since 1998. I use them exclusively for all my photography needs, I have been researching upgrading my old Nikon D90 and 18-200 lens for quite some time.   I've been a customer for years. I have always been able to trust them to have quality name brand products (Leica, Nikon, Canon) for the lowest prices and fast reliable and usually free shipping. Their return policy is also very good. One time I returned a camera not because of any defect or problem but simply because it was not what I had expected it to be. I simply called and told them that I wanted to return the item and they explained how and where to send the camera for a full refund.

  Best customer service ever. Recently I purchased another lens, a Nikon 24-70 but too late I realized it was a Canon lens and it had shipped before I could stop it.
