  I love shopping through Willoughby's camera! The first time I visited you last year was to buy an upgrade camera for my birthday. I bought my canon 90d on amazon but heard so much about you in the photography world that I had to come. I was prepared to spend a lot more but your sales person recommended a lens (the Tamron 18/400mm) and it hasn't come off my camera since June of 2019. I also bought my Canon T7 Rebel at that time. I always have people asking me what camera and lens I use and take great pride in selling the canon/Tamron name. Thank you for always being so honest, helpful and affordable.

  Good experience, very fast delivery (but not so cheap like other seller). Unfortunately the packaging was not enough, only a layer of air pockets (burst during the journey), box lens in contact with the external stress.

  Great Product Descriptions, reviews and good pricing. I needed some filter accessories for my Nikon lenses and was not sure what to get. The product descriptions at Willoughby's camera are much more detailed than those found elsewhere. They helped me pick just the right accessories I needed for my filters and lenses.

  Customer services is excellent! Stress free purchase :) Ordered a Sigma fp L and EVF11 last week from Willoughbys.com and I have received the camera today without any trouble. The experience has been brilliant as the customer services r very responsive. Special thanks to Rachel Goodwin, who has been there and help me update my order the whole time while I’m waiting for my product. Will definitely use their service again!

  Although item showed as in stock, after ordering it I was told the delivery date was going to be longer than anticipated due to item not in stock. This should not happen, but fortunately I wasn't in a big hurry for the item. In the end the item did turn up earlier than than the new expected date. Delivery by DHL was good with an allocated delivery time slot and a day before notification.

  Highly Recommended We have just sold some camera equipment to Willoughby's camera and have been very impressed with the service and the amount offered was very reasonable.   DJI mini 3 pro, long wait Apart from waiting three months for delivery everything was good. Don't know why it took so long though as other companies had then in stock quite regularly with next day delivery. Also dates for delivery kept constantly changing.

  Best Camera store in person or on the internet I have been looking at the Ricoh GR IIIx camera for sometime now, and just happen to see it at Willoughby's camera and just could not resist. but the real help in buying it was the help when i called a couple of time to get all of my questions answered.   I had waited patiently for my order after a month, and the camera was delivered. Unfortunately it was sent to a wrong address. customer service said that they will chase it but nothing happened. One of the staff is arrogant and not very helpful.

  Absolutely no complaints! My first purchase several years ago was a nice-looking camera bag for a DSLR I was taking on a trip. Since then, I've purchased a new mirrorless camera, a used lens, a point-and-shoot waterproof camera and I've had no complaints. I've never had dealings with the customer service, but I've made returns without issue. Their prices are better than anywhere else, and I appreciate the customer reviews.

  Willoughby's camera is the best place to buy photo, audio and computer gear. I've done business with them for many years and have only had to return two items, one of which was my fault for not noticing that I was buying a lens with a mount for my Canon camera. In both cases, the returns were handled with no questions asked. they also have the best prices going, for both merchandise and shipping.

  The order was paid for next day delivery the driver delivered the product then took it away and I had to wait till the Monday this meant I could not use my camera for a whole weekend which was not ideal. I understand this is the fault of the Courier but I don't understand why he delivered it took the photo that I have proof of and then took it away and then it got re delivered on the Monday

  Wow! Willoughby's Cameras!!! I read all the reviews, re-read them again as Willoughby's cameras had a significant difference in price to the main camera dealers online. I'm very happy with my purchase, ordered on the 27th Nov, received acknowledgement email, and then emails all the way through delivery. I was advised that I could expedite my order and I received my order 6 working days with UPS delivery. Good customer service.

  Canon RF 800mm f/11 and ET-101 lens hood I've bought several lenses and cameras from Willoughby's Camera over the last few years and every time, the experience has been spot on.   What a fantastic find. I bought a Benro 70mm Arca-Swiss Plate for 10% less than the manufacturer's Store. Super friendly and responsive customer service and quick shipping.   I received a Nikon NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4 les from Willoughby's camera as part of my purchase of a Nikon D750. The image quality was okay, but I found a lot of distortion at 24mm. I can honestly say for the cost it is the most disappointing thing I’ve ever ordered. I’ve emailed, rung and reached out online for a refund. Nobody is answering! I’d never order from them again. I want a full refund and communication from the company.

  I have purchased Canon products of all kinds. many binoculars over the past 25 years, and all have been top notch. my wife dropped her 8 year old monarchs and we sent them to Nikon to be repaired. we got them back repaired, aligned, and cleaned, for free. you cant beat that. 5 star all the way!

  Late delivery, poor communication Product arrived 10 days after the end of the estimated delivery date window. No automated updates on delivery schedule, every time I checked the tracking number provided for the delivery partner, it said they hadn't received the parcel from Willoughby's Cameras. Delivered randomly with no notice, thankfully we were in. The order and delivery process was quite unnerving and I was convinced that I had paid a lot of money and would never receive the item. The product itself is as ordered and is good so far

  Excellent customer service - I needed to cancel my item and whereas most companies would let you receive the item and make you pay to send it back, the customer service team at Willoughby's Cameras actually rediverted and refunded the parcel almost straight away.   Over the past year I have made the move to upgrade my digital photography equipment. In addition to my Nikon D7000 and Nikon 18-200 mm lens combination (which I LOVE!), I decided I wanted to add a full frame sensor Nikon body. I chose the D610 and added the 70-200 f/2.8, 16-35 f/4, and 28-300 f/3.5-5.6 lenses. Now I am adding the Sigma 150-500 f/5-6.3. Willoughby's has provided thorough information including very valuable reviews on all products. In addition, I have been able to take advantage of two very helpful rebate offers that were available when I purchased two lenses. Shipments have been on time as indicated at order time and packaging of my items has been excellent. I can always depend on Willoughby's camera

  Delivery was faster or as stated, so that's great. However, one of the cameras did not have a charger. A charger is the next most important component after the camera. Therefore, when it is not provided, it has to be made as prominent as possible, ie written in bold. That was not the case for the camera. Disappointing. Customer services contacted for the matter was great. Thank you

  I love Willoughby's camera. They have a great selection of high quality products and their prices are usually very competitive. They are also honest and stand behind their products. For example, if a product does not have a US warranty, they tell you. If they say a used lens is in excellent condition, it is. They are the only photo store I will buy from online. And I absolutely love their store - if you get a chance, go!

  Excellent all round customer service! I have to be honest I was very apprehensive at first when ordering a camera lens from this website, as it did seem a little too good to be true. But lol and behold they really pulled out the stops! The initial delivery was extremely fast considering it came all the way from New York! After changing my mind I decided to return the product and was dealt with amazingly over email. I received a full refund in good time.   Excellent Service! I have used Willoughby's Cameras a few times in the past and have always been happy with their service. I ordered a new Nikon Camera along with a Nikkor lens and both were delivered exactly as arranged, within 48 hours ( it could have been "next day" but my schedule did not allow). The goods were well packaged to avoid potential damage in transit and both items were as described on the website. I would not hesitate to use Willoughby's again, nor hesitate to recommend them

  I have never had any issue with anything I have ever ordered from Willoughby's camera and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.   The full item listed was not sent. I got a partial item and not even the item I paid for. Until I get my lens covers and nose guard. Your team can not do the job properly. Your past has proved it and I don't expect you to correct this minor issue when you have the issue of stores cheating guest on your website.

  I was a bit reluctant to try them out and spend $4,440, but a friend highly recommended Willoughby's Cameras and I'm glad he did. Not only was the item well priced, but I saved on taxes as well. Customer service was exceptional and the phone arrived two weeks earlier than expected. The Sony a9 II was brand new, sealed and well packed. Excellent company, will definitely buy from them again

  Very fast service - the package arrived a day earlier than I expected. There is a small dent in the corner of the box (hence 4 stars) but I don’t think it will cause a problem to the drone inside. It is a Xmas present for my husband so I haven’t opened it.

  Very happy with my camera! After finding a great deal from this website for a Nikon camera I went for it, was a bit hesitant at first but received the camera after a week or two and I am very happy with it. Their customer service is also really good after sending a few emails about the whereabouts of my item they replied quickly and were very helpful. Will definitely consider ordering from them again.

  Shopping with Willoughby's camera online was a great experience. The drone I wanted was out of stock everywhere including on B&H. On their site, they provided an estimated arrival for their next shipment. I placed the order and was advised by email regarding the backorder. Nearly two weeks before the expected delivery date, I received an email to say the order was shipping and arrived on time and as advertised. I'll definitely be shopping with Willoughby's again.

  This was my first time buying a camera equipment and it was made so easy by using Willoughby's camera.   I buy a lot of items online and rarely write reviews. I just could not pass on this one. I bought a Nikon NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8 lens, ordered it Sunday night and had the lens on Tuesday morning. They beat all other online stores on the price plus awesome service! Definitely coming back.

  Fantastic service. Really easy to find what you are looking for on their website with a lot of choice. The lady I spoke was very helpful and explained everything to me as we went along. As promised, the lens arrived the very next day, incredibly well packaged and with everything needed. I will be using Willoughby's camera again.

  The delivery was perfect but the kit items were literally useless. The memory card didn't work. The quality of the battery and the charger was very bad and the bag was too small for the camera. I really expected more from Willoughby's camera

  Easy ordering system with good communications from the company. Delivery and pick up went to plan with no hiccups. camera was in very good condition. So far, I am blown by the speed and performance. I paired it with the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. Tested the video recording in low lighting, the focus is sharp and fast. I will be going back to Willoughby's camera for future purchases of camera equipment.

  Really great service from Willoughby's camera. Staff called a few days before the delivery date and they were particularly helpful. Had my tripod delivered a day early and It’s super easy to mount the camera on the tripod as well. Will definitely be using them again.

  I ordered a Nikon D7500 from Willoughby's camera as they said it was in stock and the price was right. After I placed the order and paid I got an e-mail that said It was on back order and delivery date was put back 2 weeks. I rang up and they put the delivery date back another month!

  I wish I could give more stars! I spoke with Jimmy and Greg throughout my order process and their customer service is impeccable. They were very prompt to reply to emails and with calling me when needs be. They sent out the lens I bought in plenty of time to ensure it was with me before the day I needed it. The lens was in beautiful condition and came extremely well packed - The communication was great too. I would highly recommend Willoughby's camera to anyone and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

  I've been wanting a DSLR camera for sometime now, and finally gave myself permission to pull the trigger on this purchase. So glad I did. The Camera has vastly surpassed my expectations.   I just got my Canon EOS Rebel T8i from Willoughby's. There is a large learning curve for me with all the features available on the camera but So far it has taken great picture's and performs great! Works well with my assortment of Canon Lenses with no disappointments so far. I will be recommending Willoughby's camera to any one in the market for a new camera.

  Advertised a gray European Nikon item which I bought online then they phoned me to advise that they would offer an extra warranty at that price or charge me an additional cost ($200) for a new item. I reluctantly paid the additional cost yet still only have an invoice for the original quoted price. Despite repeated requests for an accurate receipt / invoice I have not received an updated invoice nor receipt for the actual higher price paid. I also queried the model number as it seemed different to what I was seeing elsewhere. Turns out this may be because it is a Europen model but this was not advised when I queried the model number and would impact on the Warranty. I am posting to BBB.org regarding this purchase given the issues above and would advise you all to shop elsewhere.
