  Scam Site Awful, placed an order money was taken and then the problems all came forth. After a couple of days they sent a photo of the package with a 24hr delivery sticker. Two days later they sent a tracking number. Over a week later and the tracking information hasn't changed and the carrier still does not have the package. The customer service updates were not assuring and cheeky at best. Still waiting with no changes. Awful and will never use again.

  Overall I’m very pleased. The price was affordable, timely delivery & a product that meets my needs. The only reason for 4 stars is that the refurbished lens I ordered arrived dirty. I’ve never had to methodically clean a lens upon arrival like that.

  I placed an order late in the day last Tuesday and the box was already on my doorstep when I arrived home Wednesday at 3pm. The order took less than 10 hours to pack, ship and deliver to my home three states away. Amazing!

  I was having difficulty with my order being delivered by UPS. I called Customer Service and had a wonderful service representative, willing to ship me replacement order.   Overall good and speedy service, some minor issues Some minor issues, but overall I was pleased with my order; especially for the price. I ordered a Nikon D7500 camera bundle and was impressed with the number of things that came with it. Unfortunately, there was meant to be a AF-S DX 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G included which didn't arrive in the package. Also, there is a a Yongnuo YN568EX included with the bundle that is not compatible with the camera. Overall the service was very speedy. I ordered the package on Thursday night, had a confirmation call from their center in New York on Friday (odd for a company that seems to have a market base in the South) and had the camera kit in my hands on Monday morning via FedEx delivery. Not bad getting it to New England from New York in that time. I'm pretty sure that I would order from Willoughby's Camera again as their service was good and their prices were some of the best I could find.

  Quick Delivery & Outstanding Product I recently ordered two EN-EL15c rechargeable batteries for my Nikon cameras. Only third party batteries are available from my local camera stores, but Willoughby's Cameras had the Nikon product in stock and got them to me in only three days.   I ordered a tripod from Willoughby's camera online. They had the best price and their store is right next to my office. The tripod was available to be collected next day, I went in, checked it out and everything worked smoothly.   I purchased new lens covers . Prior to purchase I sent an email to confirm the size required. On receipt of my new lens covers I discovered they weren’t the correct size . I emailed Willoughby's Cameras and they immediately saw that the lens covers had been coded incorrectly. The correct lens covers was sent with no quibble. I was impressed with the customer service. And would use this company again .

  I bought a used NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S Lens from Willoughby's Cameras New York store for $596.00 which was described as excellent condition. Taking it home I discovered the lens hood was cracked which they did offer to replace, but then discovered the lens mount rubber seal was damaged so I returned it for a refund. Today16-1-2023 its back in the shop window. Any potential buyers in the Manhattan area beware this lens might not have been repaired. So glad I bought from B H instead.

  After purchasing a product I received it very quickly, unfortunately, it stopped working after three months. This happens sometimes, so I sent it back for repair, replacement or refund. It took a very long time for anything to happen, but after a few backwards and forwards emails Willoughby's Cameras did refund me, explaining they were having difficulty with many of their service centers due to current global issues. It took a bit of pestering but in the end, they helped in the best way they could.

With Christmas bank holidays it only took 2 weeks to arrive. It arrived safely and well packaged.   Great Camera arrived in 3 days I read the bad reviews and was nervous about buying, but as they still had 75% good reviews, I decided to brave it. I bought a stunning Pentax K-70 Camera, and it arrived 3 days after I ordered it. It came via DHL who were great at providing updates. I really can't fault the service at all, quick and easy.

  Best Price & Lightspeed Delivery I am a New York Photography Club member and a retired professional photographer.   I recently decided to swap all my DSLR cameras for a new Mirrorless Camera.   Great experience with Rachel at Willoughby's Cameras. before Christmas. I'd received nothing through in terms of confirmation and as it turned out I'd entered my e-mail in wrong! Call was answered in seconds, straight through to Rachel who had identified the issue and rectified it in a friendly and efficient manner in 2 minutes. Even followed up shortly after to update me on my tracking! All a couple of days before Christmas too, when no doubt they were busy.   I am very pleased with the service from Willoughby's camera and such a great service from start to finish, Everything that I have ordered has come quickly and is always in top condition. I have a Pentax and it's not always easy to find lenses but Willoughby's has great products for Pentax. I am now trying to get into portrait photography and will be ordering everything from Willoughby's! Furthermore, I do comparison shop and rarely is a price less.
