  A shining example of how retailers should be From my initial email enquiries (which were responded to quickly and succinctly) to the order and delivery of my Canon eos r6 mk ii mirrorless and rf24-105mm lens , Willoughby's Cameras have set the bar high when it comes to customer queries and online business transactions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase camera equipment. Will be purchasing from them again soon (initially a Profoto A10 light and then a Nikon SB-80DX Speedlight ).   Buying a Used lens I needed a macro lens and Willoughby's Camera had a Canon 100mm EF lens that fitted the bill. Easy to use website, great honest descriptions, good prices, very quick service. Fourth time I have used Willoughby's Camera and each time I have received excellent items No hassle with payment and reasonable postage costs. Very well packaged and sent by recorded mail.   5d mark iv with the Canon 100mm L IS EF lens I ordered the 5d mark iv kit was in superb 'as new' condition as described. I shoot mainly Macro, this is a winning combination. The whole process of ordering up to delivery was super smooth. I would certainly choose Willoughby's Camera again and recommend the service to any photographer.

  Excellent Quality - Reasonable Price I've been looking for a D850, battery grip and a Nikon 200-500mm zoom for sports photography, Willoughby's had the best $$$ OFFER! I have to say the Willoughby's customer service is truly World class. Easy to order and fantastic open and prompt communication on every stage of the delivery process from NY to Arkansas. Which only took 5 days. The goods arrived well protected and in first class condition thanks also to DHL couriers. Couldn't be happier with the quality products Willoughby's photo sells. The shipping is fast and everything is packaged well for shipment.

  Such an easy shopping experience Bought a Sony a7S III and Atomos Ninja V monitor from Willoughby's Camera. Excellent experience all round. Great customer service in terms of answering some of my questions around the differences with the raw recording monitors. Rapid order processing and being able to track the delivery throughout meant I got back home 5 days before the product arrived, which was perfectly executed.

  Great lens, great purchasing experience So far I have been very happy with this purchase. Venus Optics Laowa 24mm f/14 lens has preformed as advertised. Amazing!! I also am very pleased with purchasing through Willoughby's Camera they had the lens I was looking for in stock and shipped right away.   Sony 200-600mm Pre ordered this lens without reservation as all my previous Sony lens are great products and far exceed third party lenses. This lens "hunts" to focus and even in bright daylight requires a very high ISO. Even higher the my 100-400 with 1.4 extender. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Very impressed, My old DSLR camera burnt out leaving me with no option than to update, my sister recommended willoughbys.com, quite a range to choose from and I am really happy, I ordered the Canon EOS R6 on Thursday evening and it was with me by midday Monday, easy to set up and use. I've only had the camera 4 days or so and still have some more in depth testing to do but so far I've regrets about making the switch to mirrorless

  USED Panasonic GH5 Great service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right camera for me. Delivery was fast considering I needed to for making video for my Youtube channel.   Defiantly would have given a 5* if it wasn't for the online chat they have, there's a large delay in the feedback which makes you talk over each other ,think its a new system apparently but defiantly needs changing! Besides that, the guys at Willoughby's Camera, especially Silvio, after a few minutes in the early order process, he sent a comprehensive response and I explained a few hiccups, despite being in the tech team, he basically took care of my entire order and expedited it in numerous ways. Defiantly a guy to ask for if you give Willoughby's Camera a call. Top rated chap.

  Canon r6 Mark II Bought this camera the other day direct from the lovely guys at Willoughby's Camera. Canon is in my opinion the brand leader. A beautifully designed camera, light, robust and cost effective to boot. Despite the current global supply chain difficulties, the Willoughby's team still manage to roll out prompt and excellent customer service. I ordered a new printer as ours had broken after a few years, first time using the site but was kept up to date with tracking delivery etc. The printer arrived well packaged & was such a good price, with delivery included. I noticed there wasn’t a USB cable in the box, it wasn’t a problem for me, as luckily I kept the old one from the previous printer, but it may be for people who are buying it for the first time.

  I initially ordered the wrong lens. Called Willoughby's camera and the problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes with the correct lens on the way. The lens was recommended by a friend who shot our wedding and we have not been disappointed.   Next day delivery is amazing. The website is easy to negotiate, good info and payment straight forward. My new Canon EOS R6 camera replaces my old DSLR and the moon photos came out extremely sharp. I was very pleased with the results. I have not tried any video yet. No problem with battery life or any overheating. I need to do more testing in order to give the camera a full evaluation but so far I am happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend Willoughby's camera for any camera needs!!

  Quick delivery but poor checkout experience Order fulfilled quickly via next day courier. However, changing the delivery method from standard to next day delivery during checkout resulted in a duplicate charge which is still showing as a 'on-progress' in my bank account (reducing the available balance) 8 days later despite querying this with Willoughby's Camera on phone on 12th Jan and via email yesterday. I expect this will drop off eventually but this shouldn't have occurred in the first place and Willoughby's Camera seem unconcerned by it.

  Excellent Camera - Excellent Service Willoughby's Cameras answered my query as what would be a good camera meeting my criteria, and once ordered, it was sent and arrived quickly.   Happy with Fuji xpro3 but disappointed with delivery time In general I am happy with the xpro3 I ordered, with the one exception of it being a bit nosier than I had expected considering I ordered it brand new. My main disappointment was with how Willoughby's handled the delivery of my order. I paid for a 2-3 day delivery, but they shipped it using the cheapest FedEx International Economy option which had a best case delivery window of 3-5 days. In other words they made no attempt to get me my order in the delivery window I paid for. It ended up taking six days for my order to arrive.

  PTZOptics IR Remote Control for PTZ Recently purchased a PTZOptics 20x conferencing camera for 20x via cat6 for live stream at church from Willoughby's which does not come with a remote so I also ordered the PTZOptics IR remote control. This is a very well made product and Willoughby's shipped it immediately they are the best. As always,Willoughby's delivered the remote in just a couple days and was well packaged for protection during shipping.

  Camera shops like this are few and far between and they certainly keep the family owned feel to the shop, I simply don't go anywhere else.   Great Electronics Store - Fast Shipping, Quality Products We have ordered several things from Willoughby's camera over the years. We first ordered a Sony a7C which worked great and was delivered on time. In January we ordered a tripod. The tripod was inexpensive but it worked great.   I bought a Leica Q2 Reporter. And I can't stop talking about it. Store has unbelievable selection of products. The images coming out of the Q2 are incredibly satisfying.   A first call shop for your photography needs i have always enjoyed shopping online with Willoughby's Cameras. Their website is easy to navigate and to search for products. They are are a mine of information about their products and photography generally, example in their articles and tutorials.. Their customer service is excellent and in the past they have readily resolved any problems with orders that I have had. The quality looks and feels great.I've purchased the 5D MkIII, as well as the 7D MkII and used them with my EF 500mm f/4L IS II and my EF 1.4x and 2.0x TC-III. I've been using B&H for years to buy my gear. Great gear, fair prices and super fast shipping. Why I will always buy my gear from them.   Sadly the wrong lens was sent out the first time... In the end I received the lens I had ordered. Disappointingly the process took a week longer than expected as the first parcel to arrive contained the wrong lens. The sales team did their bit though and corrected the situation without fuss, but it delayed delivery by a week. A shame really as my experience in selecting the lens, getting advice on it and sorting out the purchase was excellent and if the lens had arrived “right first time” this would have been a 5 star rating.
