  Exemplary customer service received after buying a Manfrotto backpack in store and later found it was missing a detachable storage strap. I was kept updated regularly by email without once having to chase and have received the strap direct from the supplier after a few weeks.

  The delivery was on the day you said and that was great.The problem was that none of the leads fit on my tracking code and when i phone the gentleman he appeared not too know what to do. So i went on line to find where i could get the right leads. I found the right leads and deliverd 5 days later i am now up and running, the monitor is great just what i wanted.

  Affordable Products, ok shipping My product came a little later than I anticipated based on their estimate (it took 6 days not 3-4 business days which is only significant because I needed it by a certain date) but otherwise it was decent service and products are great. Also when buying film, pay attention to how many photos it advertises -- again, my own fault so that's just user error lol. Would buy again

  CFexpress SD Card Delivery took over a week and was a standard CfExpress card. I have to take some responsibility however my search was clearly for a CFExpress but I didn't check during the order process just assumed as that is what I had searched for. Luckily I had a camera it would work in.

  First class, rapid service. The lens was very clean and actually, better than I expected from the description. It was packed very well and shipped by FedEx in double-quick time. They do not appear to monitor their sales email account. That would have earned the fifth star in this review.

  Disappointed order I placed an order on Willoughby's Cameras web site for a RODE VideoMic GO II and was charged $2-95 shipping which was fair enough. When I went on eBay I found that they had an online shop where the same item was exactly the same price but with free postage do my question is why can they give free postage on eBay but not on their own site.

  I prefer to use Willoughby's Cameras as they are a local-to-me New York company, the service is good and they use FedEx for delivery so I get a timed slot. But unfortunately, unless they are running a special offer, their prices are often just a little higher than another well known mail order/on line company and, in my experience, their trade-in values are not competitive.

  Great kit at a great price! This is my t7 second Canon Rebel camera and they're great. And this kit is awesome and comes with everything you need: camera body, two lenses with lens caps, battery, battery charger and camera bag. AND at a great price! I saw the same kit on Amazon for $75 more so happily purchased it from Willoughby's Cameras.

  I purchased the Nikon Z7II with NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 just before Christmas. Very pleased with my camera . Excellent service, great equipment and fair prices.   Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 Willoughby's Cameras I haven't had a chance to use the lens properly yet, other than a couple of quick test shots, but its condition is as described and was delivered very quickly. I also received a free memory card which is a nice touch. I'm happy to recommend Willoughby's Cameras.

A small point which subsequently arose regarding the battery charger was swiftly and effectively resolved to my complete satisfaction.   First time I've had secondhand equipment but I wanted a Nikon D800 and found one at willoughby's camera's in like new condition with six months warranty.   Received my item OK but had paid for Canon care plan as well. Item arrived but no info on care plan. After several phone calls to Willoughby's no help so went straight to Canon USA who sorted it out with no fuss. No direct contact number for Willoughby's only web chat. Frustrating!

  Purchase was delivered exactly on time, I've used the camera for almost 3 days for different kind of photography work, and its super amazing and satisfying camera in terms of dynamic range, low light and everything.   Although the camera I wanted wasn't in stock when I telephoned he was able to tell me when stock was expected and when it could be delivered. There was also an email telling me my camera had been dispatched and would be with me next day. All this worked out perfectly and the price was a lot cheaper than most other stores.

  Purchased a couple of lenses from Willoughby's camera recently where a great selection of brands at competitive prices were available. All staff with whom I communicated were very friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to messages and emails. Will definitely look to Willoughby's again if I need large cameras. Delivery arrived as promised with tracking available too.

  I've just received my camera and accessories and so far am very pleased. I made my order on-line on Sunday, it was processed and dispatched on Friday and I received it by 11.30 on Tuesday. I can't ask for better than that!

  The 99% 'excellent ' score speaks for itself. Outstanding service, from pricing to delivery to follow up to check on your satisfaction. I ordered a Benro MSD46C SupaDupa Carbon Fiber Monopod (72"), cheaper than advertised, delivered the next day and with an extended 7 year warranty. What's to complain about?! I will be using Willoughby's Camera again, and can thoroughly recommend them.

  Good delivery of the William Optics Rotolock visual Willoughby's Camera gave a good service in delivering the William Optics Rotolock visual. This is a specialist device for telescopes so not widely available. I did try to buy from a international seller but they refuse sales to US buyers because of the customs and duties. Therefore had to pay the full RRP for this item.

  Swift delivery of nikon nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8 s lens priced at $2,100 compared to $2,468 at BH. Lens was in plain white box rather than Nikon branded box but came with Nikon warranty. Excellent packaging.

  Good communication via email easy ordering Ordering and deliver no problem. But they might check on the carrier because the package was delivered damaged despite a large label on the box requesting not to be delivered if damaged. The camera was well packed and did not sustain any damage and is working OK. I am pleased with the results.

  Great Value The reviews don't lie. This Sony 24-70 GM lens is fantastic for the price. The only thing that didn't thrill me was that the u.s. warranty is not valid in British Columbia and as a Canadian I wish I had known this before I purchased the Lens. Perhaps it's listed somewhere on the Willoughby's Cameras page but I could find it. Non the less it's built like a tank so hopefully I don't experience any issues.
