  Amazing for the price I bought this Panasonic G9 as an amazing Video & Still Camera. I recently filmed some close up work, shooting Food ( BBQ Ribs on a hot Grille ) for part of a restaurant commercial, the minimum focus distance was exactly what I needed.   Absolutely brilliant service from Jimmy and the team this afternoon after a secondhand camera I purchased malfunctioned before the expiry of the shop warranty. The incredible help trying to fix the issue and then doing everything in their power to rectify and resolve the transaction was simply brilliant.   Very good photography shop As always, the New York's Willoughby's Cameras Emporium is fantastic. The main guy, Greg is always very helpful, honest and gives excellent customer service.   I’ve never ordered from Willoughby's before so was hesitant at first. Ordered online, paid for quicker delivery. The lens was received exactly on time and was packaged well. Email confirmations and tracking were received as expected. I've taken about 100 pictures in 3 days, and the results have been fantastic! The pictures turned out sharp, clean and in great vivid natural colors.

  So far my experience has been amazing. My new Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS80 arrived almost a week earlier than predicted and it's been a great addition to my tool kit as a photographer especially, as the tracking is excellent and everything I was hoping for. The battery life is much longer than I anticipated too, which was my main concern for switching from DSLRs. Overall extremely happy.

  First time ordering from Willoughby's camera. I needed a Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 lens as mine had broken. Ordered online through Willoughby's camera.   First I struggled because the website kept demanding a phone number needed to be entered but no block was offered for a phone number. I finally gave up on using the PayPal account and decided to do it by credit card. Then it refused to use our UPS account for the shipping charges.

  I do a lot of Wildlife photography and wanted to upgrade to a really powerful Full frame camera. I did some online research and decided I wanted a Canon EOS R3 which I couldn’t find in the regular camera stores.   Best purchase I purchased this Canon's 100-400 MM L lens for my Canon 7D Mark II after reading some of the reviews here. It's pricey, but it's an investment for years and years to come.   Excellent product!! As always the people at Willoughby's Cameras are the best. I have been looking at wide angle lenses for a while and called Willoughby's Cameras for some shopping advise. The sales person pointed me to a refurbished lens when i related my budget concerns. The quality of this lens is first-rate.   Perfect, the item is exactly as described. I am a studio artist and needed the stand and backdrops to re-shoot all my slides. The stand is well constructed (all metal) and is easy to use and store.
