  As rare as Hens teeth..... There seems to have been a worldwide shortage of many things over the past few months including the Nikon's D6 sports camera which I needed for my back up - I often check Willoughby’s website for Nikon authentic gear & noticed they had one in stock - I snapped it up & it was with me the next day! The ‘email when back in stock’ function on Willoughby’s Cameras website worked a treat - the Proaim Pro Vibration Isolator for Camera Gimbals had been out of stock so it was great to get notification when it became available.   Thought I should leave a brief comment. I ordered some Canon binoculars on Wednesday 4 October. I knew that they would not hold stock so expected a slight delay. Received them on Friday 13 October. Very pleased with service, although I agree that they need to work on their communication strategy. They should provide Customers with delivery estimates that are accurate and an email address to respond to.

  Great Service The best online purchase I have had over the last couple of years.   Birthday gift purchase I wanted to give a pair of binoculars to my daughter for a Birthday present.   I have made several purchases from Willoughby's Cameras over the years and have found them helpful and polite both on the phone and in person in their shop in Willoughby's. My most recent purchase was a Panasonic GH5 Mark II. I was after a new one but the staff member pointed out that they also had a used one if I wanted to save some money. The money I saved I put towards a nicer lens for it which was fantastic. I regularly recommend them to friends and family. Prices are very good, comparable to many online only stores and I personally like the fact that you can go into the shop and try something out or compare products which you obviously cannot do as easily when shopping online.

  Willoughby's Cameras Emporium (WCE) had no problem price matching a Nikon marine pair of binoculars I had seen elsewhere at a lower price. Very courteous and professional service, they even sent me a text detailing the delivery driver's name and which hour he would be dropping off. I've ordered from WCE before and enjoyed the same high level treatment. Thoroughly recommended.

  Five Star Product and Service Bought a used "as new" lens from Willoughby's Cameras at a price only little higher than Amazon auctions, but with a 6-month shop warranty. The free delivery was outstandingly fast and trackable right to my door. 100% satisfied, and I don't normally say that!Will certainly use again.

  FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE Outstanding, personal customer service is becoming increasingly rare in this day and age. Having worked in retail for 10 years, my customer service expectations are definitely higher than most. Willoughby's Cameras Emporium, not only met these expectations, but easily exceeded them. I won't hesitate to buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. First class service from a first class company. This is how photographic retail should be done!

  Online Purchase I ordered a Ikelite underwater housing & received email immediately confirming order & further emails after 3 days that order would be delivered within 48hrs & it arrived next day. $10 cheaper than other companies including delivery & I'm very satisfied by service. Only contact seems to be by phone however & website did not say if in stock, though it states that they keep little stock. Worth waiting a couple of days to save money.

  FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. QUALITY PRODUCTS. I contacted Willoughby's Cameras Emporium (WCE) to purchase a new medium-format DSLR camera as I wanted to take up photography again, they advised on best options for the camera I had chosen, offered me alternative choice to consider and then designed a package that suited my needs. I had a really easy and helpful experience with the sales team, I would highly recommend WCE to anyone.

  Purchased a Celestron Inspire 100AZ telescope as the price was a lot lower than anywhere else I could find including Amazon. I placed the order on Monday 30th Oct. and it was delivered on Tuesday 31st. I did phone the store to make sure the item was in stock and the guy I spoke to couldnt be anymore helpful and courteous. I have not used Willoughby's Cameras before but wouldnt hesitate to use them again or indeed recommend them.

  I contacted Willoughby's Cameras Emporium by phone as they clearly state on there web site that it is advised to contact the store to be certain of availability, the sales Representative who greeted me was very helpful. Although the item was out of stock he took my details and contacted me back a few minutes later saying stock would be arriving in two days and that I would receive the item DHL's Special delivery the following day. He was true to his word. On a whole I was more then impressed and also found WCE very knowledgeable as the sales rep informed me that old Canon lenses (EF, RF and M mounts) would also work on a digital body, I would not have known this unless the rep had told me.

  Ordered a Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2x Ultra Macro APO lens yesterday after ringing to check still available, as I was in conversation with the shop, it was removed from the shelf, so that they made sure it would be available when I ordered on the net. Arrived with the postman this morning, a genuine lens, they told me what would happen and it did, delighted and saved a lot of money, the only drawback to me was, it was so well packaged it took me nearly 10 minutes to get into the lens, but well worth the wait.

  Purchased new Nikkors 600mm F4 lens with free filter. Free filter did not arrive with lens so had to call the shop. Was told they had run out of the filters and should be in in next 6 days. Would have been easy for them to let me know this without me having to phone them. Will see if 'free' item arrives and will repost either way.

  The best camera I've ever owned. I was in need of a better than average Point&Shoot camera. I'd read reviews all over the web and in photography magazines. I was limited as to the amount of money I could spend on my new purchase. Over and over, in my research, the Canon PowerShot SX50 HS kept coming up. I read dozens upon dozens of reviews on this camera and made my decision to purchase it. Willoughby's Cameras Emporium (WCE) was having a special price with NO tax and NO shipping. I would rate the camera by itself as 5/5 when comparing it to other point n' shoots in its catagory. Very pleased with it so far.

  Second one in 10 years The EOS 6D Mark II is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't believe to find quality like this for such a price. Willoughby's is the best place for this. Its professionals offer very good advice and I was sure that I am getting what I need.

  An Easy 5 Star Review I did a lot of research before I made the Nikon D7100 purchase. I photograph sports. (Lacrosse, Soccer, competitive horse back, etc).   High Quality, Reasonable Price I live in the new Middle Ground Between DSLR & New Mirrorless camera bodies.   Willoughby's camera was particularly very helpful with my purchase. The manufacturer was slow in making their delivery but Willoughby's communicated faithfully until I received my Sony 70-200mm F/2.8 lens. Packaging was excellent for the lens, and it was in perfect condition when I unwrapped and removed bubble wrap inside.

  Based off of previews reviews After reading many reviews and watching some YouTube reviews, this lens is exactly what I expected. Also want to give 5 stars to Willoughby's Cameras they are the best! I had a video shoot the day after I was shopping for this lens. Local photo shops did not have it and I knew I wanted it. I ordered it at 3pm. I got an email at 5pm saying it was shipped. Received it the next day around noon! (Only paid like $19 for shipping) very very pleased with that.
