  I placed the order on Thursday night, received confirmation immediately and a further email confirming order dispatched on Saturday for delivery Monday. Very impressed to receive an email on Monday morning giving me a one hour delivery window later in day and courier (Ups) arrived at that time.   Delivery was quick with no damage or scuffs to the packaging. The Canon EOS R8 was well packaged and worked perfectly straight out of the box with a 24-50mm lens. All in all, it's a fantastic kit at a very nice price for a camera that's very easy to carry and use to get great results.

  Excellent communication The order was easy to follow due to the wonderful and timely email updates. The Nikon Z7 II camera arrived in the hour window that they said it would and the order process was uncomplicated. They packaged it sufficiently so it wouldn’t get damaged during shipping, and the camera was spotless and performs exactly as expected from such a high quality product, I have already been recommending this company to my family.

  Better than a Local Canadian Store!!! I wish WCE had a store in my city, but they have things set up so that it is the next best thing. Great variety of products. Sale prices are fantastic.   This should be 5 stars for reliability but 2 stars for shipping ethics. I try to always order several items at a time but still get multiple boxes, sometimes on the same day. To make matters worse, the boxing is ridiculously extravagant for small items. This is inefficient, expensive.

  I ordered and received my Canon EOS R8 camera in excellent condition and it seems to be just that, according to it's function in the 2weeks I have had it. I first took the camera to the mountains and took some beautiful pictures of the lake and surrounding pine trees that came out even better than I expected.   I bought my Sony a7R IIIA from Willoughby's camera last week during the black friday sale. shipping was really quick with couple bonus gifts and well packed box. The packaging was awesome and it came when they said it would. Upon opening the box, I took some test shots and the autofocus did a great job.

  Great value!!! The price of this Olympus EM10 at Willoughby's Cameras is excellent and much cheaper than another major online retailer. I'm a freelance photographer shooting for a magazine. Willoughby's Cameras also packs their shipments very well. And the price can't be beat. I'm happy with the purchase. Everything is perfect from the description! Willoughby's Cameras does it again!   Excellent product. Nikon D750, with 15-30mm f2.8 Tamron lens, I works as expected perfectly. Excellent shopping experience with Willoughby's Cameras'. We in Australia do suffer greatly due to unfavorable exchange rate. An outstanding value!
