  I received my Canon EOS R6 Mark II camera in exactly 4 days from the time I placed the order from Willoughby's camera. Amazing. Everything went exactly as they said it would. I have purchased other items from Willoughby's and have always been very pleased with the process and this one is no different. I am looking forward to learning to use the camera to it's fullest and I am confident that Willoughby's can assist me with whatever I may require as I complete this kit.

  I ordered a Sony a7S III camera which showed next day delivery. Normally most suppliers advise you on completion of your order how you will be updated about delivery. This did not happen. I had to phone to find out and was told that it would probably be on Monday. I did eventually receive an email a few hours before it was delivered. Personally I did not think that this was as good as it could be. Everything else was fine.

  First time at the store and loved it!!! I like to experiment with different films sometimes, but I always come back to Kodak Portra 400 for more serious work. Willoughby's Cameras also has the best shipping and customer service from an online shop that I've dealt with as well.

  Very happy with this store! I've rented many different lenses a few times from my local shop before ultimately buying it from Willoughby's Cameras. When the sony 10-18 oss lens was on sale, I did not hesitate to purchase it. I'm very pleased with my purchasing decision. I've had my lens for about two weeks now. sony is a great and reliable brand, and I am looking to buy more sony lenses in the future.

  5-star review I bought this Leica SL2-S camera, I'm very pleased with it in every aspect! I received it flawlessly via DHL. I recently took it to Chicago and the quality was heads and shoulders above every brand in the market! An amazing combo, love it and it's good with videos and photography. However, it's double the price. I'd say if you're on a budget, this is a good alternative.

  Wonderful Camera, Beautiful Service!! Got a lens that cost $ as a kit with my OM-D EM-5 it is a great bargain. Now to Willoughby's Cameras as usual the service was great, shipping was fast and well packed. Plus a week after I bought my OM-D EM-5 elite Willoughby's Cameras offered a free tripod one call and my free tripod was on the way no questions asked.   Awesome camera, fast shipping Hi, I bought a Fujifilm X-E4 camera for street photography, I had read some great reviews about it, I had also read great reviews about Willoughbys.com, so I ordered the XE4. Willoughby's Cameras shipped the same day and it arrived a few days later (I chose regular shipping), the packaging was excellent, very professional.   The lens took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was shipped to a wrong address. FedEx would not change the address unless authorized by Willoughby's camera. The first person I spoke to at Willoughby's was rude and condescending. Finally a manager came on the the line and understood the issue.

  I have great experience through buying process and researching process with their customer service when I have lots of questions regarding the specs of the camera and which one is best for my budget. I researched online and bought in store. They have a pretty hard policy on returning merchandise when I first returned the camera as it was not functioning well enough for me.

  Satisfied customer I purchased this Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G as a gift. I don't have first hand knowledge of the lens's quality but I am told it is working great.   Excellent camera Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII is an excellent choice for its photo quality, ease of use, portability. I had an RX100 iv before ordering this latest version and am very pleased with the new one. Can't go wrong with this camera. Easy to handle and not more bulky backpack with all the stuff.
