  Website easy to use and place an order. I used the standard delivery but was pleasantly surprised when my Canon EOS R6 Mark II camera turned up within two days! The camera was exactly what I ordered and it's pretty much what I expected. It's great and a step up from the DSLR i was using.

  I ordered a Fuji GFX 50S II camera that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, when I contacted Willoughby's camera Emporium I spoke to a very nice lady who placed the order for me, she was very helpful and my order arrived a few days later, all in order and well packed.   Excellent service and very knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone. I ordered my Canon EOS R8 camera. They were considerably cheaper than anywhere else so I rang them to make sure it was in stock. Super helpful staff, the order arrived very quickly and was delivered in a given one hour time slot which was also excellent. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The camera arrived well within the advised timescale via FedEx in excellent condition, with the other accessories being as described and genuine.   Excellent dependable service I recently purchased a camera lens from Willoughby's Cameras. The price of the lens was considerably lower than other online merchants. Following purchase, I was contacted by Willoughby's Cameras informing me that the lens was out of stock. I was offered the choice of a refund or to wait. I decided to wait, and the order was completed and the lens delivered within a week. The lens was delivered by DHL and I was able to track the package to delivery. I will definitely be using Willoughby's Cameras again

  A reliable 5-star photography equipment dealer. First of all, the products are brand new, in the official box with accessories, everything as described.   Great Service I emailed Willoughby's a few times asking for an update on delivery - they would reply within hours. Very good overall experience The lens was delivered to AZ in aprox 8-9 days. The return was in an NY warehouse and the refund took another 4 days. Very good overall experience.

  The prices with willoughby's cameras are very competitive and the best thing is that you can contact them by phone and speak to photographers, which is much better than online chat. The goods arrived within the time specified and I’m happy with what I purchased. I’ve used this company twice.
