  After reviewing multiple sites, I decided that willoughbys.com gave the best deal for the price. Placing an order was as easy as can be. The website was precise with all the information that i needed to make my purchase decision. My order was well packaged and protected, which is becoming increasingly rare with some well-known online merchants. And last but not least, shipping and delivery were fast and smooth.

  Prompt delivery & good service Unlike some other stores, when it shows an item is in stock, it really is in stock and ready to be despatched.   Purchased a Sony 24-70mm lens lowest price I found on line. Very helpful in the shop when I had a query about my delivery. The only down side was DHL who delivered a day after they said it would be delivered. The lens was very well packed by Willoughby's Camera's. This is the second item purchased from the company and will definitely return.

  Great company Ordered an Canon RF24-70mm f2.8 L IS USM lens at a good price by Delivery was a bit slow and I’m not sure why the items aren’t posted out straight away but once posted it arrived next day and all communication was answered very quickly.   Reliable service and prompt delivery - Excellent! I was unable to get the Nikon NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 lens online, because it had been discontinued or may be simply unavailable. I have tried many other lenses subsequently, but none are better, so i rely totally on this website for my photographic supplies! I just hope that they have enough stock to last.

  I searched for a Nikon D3500 camera. Amazon were selling it for $528. Most places were similar but Willoughby's advertised at $400!! I thought this too good to be true so I telephoned and placed the order. The person at the end of the phone was great and the order was sent with no postage charge and arrived within a couple of days. Most impressed.

  After a quick google search I arrived at this website, browsed the stock and was pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of cameras and lenses i had not seen elsewhere. After selecting the Sony a6700 camera I wanted, making sure I couldn't get the same camera and quality elsewhere for cheaper, and placing an order i was immediately sent a confirmation email with the ability to track the parcel. My order arrived super speedy in excellent packaging within a couple of days, the quality of service and products and range of new stock will keep me coming back for more.

  Product was delivered within 2 days of purchase and that was using the no extra fees for delivery. Was kept up to date with delivery process. Product was as described. Only point that stopped me from giving 5 stars was that Product was not as mint as I expected. Ie grease on body, fingerprint on mirror etc.

  Willoughby's camera emporium have the best prices especially since they reduced prices and it is easy to get a further 5% discount. I found ordering on-line was straightforward. My last order was made in the evening and received immediate confirmation of the order and next morning confirmation of dispatch and it was delivered by FedEx two working days later.
