  This is only the second item i have bought and both arrived within a week of ordering in excellent condition and packed well. My first order i had to pay via amazon pay and looked like i had ordered it twice by accident. I emailed customer services and they responded within minutes and assured me that my order had gone through as intended. I definitely will be ordering more items in the future from them and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

  Amazing service and excellent communication throughout the process. They made shipping from New York to Miami easy, affordable and super fast.   Willoughby's provided me with updates on their product availability and later on the expected delivery date.   After reading the excellent reviews online I decided to buy a Nikon Nikon D850 and a Tamron 24-70mm F2.8 G2 lens from Willoughby's Camera. The camera was delivered by UPS today and all is well. English user manual and three pin plug with the battery charger. I will certainly use them again in the future.

  It would have been 5 stars but for the fact the wrong lens was delivered initially, however the wrong one was picked up the next day and the correct camera delivered the day after. Mistakes happen and instashot certainly resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. An excellent service at an excellent price. Will definitely use again in the future

  Very quick shipping on the order, packing was really secure and safe. My Nikon Z7 II camera was an open box item but it was brand new, all accessories included.   Willoughby's photo is my go to store when I have any camera questions or want a new camera or lens. I recently bought a new Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 lens and it was shipped very fast, just in time.
