  If you answer their questions honestly then their quote for your car will be accurate. I tried Carvana first and they lowballed me. I tried private sale and they low balled me. WhipFlip offered almost 2k more than both which was actually within Kelly Blue Book. The process was quick and easy. Id recommend it and would probably use the service again.

  This was to good to be true! It was AWESOME! I submitted the information on Friday and on Monday morning I had a check in hand and car picked up. $2000 more than CarMax $1000 more than Carvana and way better customer service because they come to you and they provide several calls, text and emails! This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. Again, still in shock with the outstanding customer service! I hope this service stays around because this is the only way to sale a car!

  WhipFlip allowed me to send pictures in addition to a summary of my vehicle. This is an additional step that other online auto buyers didn't provide that helped get a more accurate understanding about of my car and thus a fair price on the car. Very easy to use and very quick turnaround.

  The process was very easy. I received the price they told me I would. Harley came out viewed the car and gave me a check on the spot. The tow truck came the next day and picked up the car. Very impressed with how quick it all happened

  Was very happy with my vehicle sale to Whipflip. I was waiting for the payment to be posted to leave a review as I was a little skeptical having never done a vehicle sale like this before, but my car loan is paid off and I'm impressed by how easy it was to sell my car! Would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to go through the private sale hassle. From start to finish - the process is super easy and the representative was very nice and accomodating.

  No complaints about the person who came out to inspect the car, the team also worked with me. Initial price was $2100 before I applied problems to my car.. After applying what was wrong with my car and taking pictures of my car and sending it in my initial buy price was at about $1191 and after the inspection they cut it down to $500 after which we had a conversation and agreed on $800. I understood there were things wrong with my car however I was honest about the condition of my car and so to get almost a $600 deduction was disappointing. HOWEVER, they worked with me and I understood why they wanted a deduction. So i appreciate that, I also wish they they could’ve picked the car up same day, but i understand because of the process of inspection. My advice: just beware when they come to inspect your car the value could be much different than what you initially got AFTER applying what was wrong with you car.

  Hi, upon looking at your account we noticed that the deductions that you are referring to were due to a stored code in your vehicles computer system. We strive to give the most accurate prices but that may change based on what we see on the driveway. Regarding your license plates, they were destroyed upon pickup.

  My son mentioned his friend had used Whipflip and was very satisfied and we should try it before we used the offer from Carmax. We were pleasantly surprised. The process was simple the agent was knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They came to the house and dropped off a check for the car and it was taken within 2 days as he said it would be. I’d certainly use them again!

  The process was very easy and quick once you agree to the offer to buy your vehicle. A couple of suggestions: First: stop your auto emails and texts from sending repeat messages numerous times. Second: It took the tow truck 5 days to pick up the vehicle which was somewhat inconvenient as we have to park in the street and we could not move it to make it easier for us to park our other vehicle. Would have been nice for it to have been picked up quicker. Even with those, I still give 5 stars.

  The process was very simple. I got the most competitive price for my vehicle out of about 5 other years offers. Evander arrived at my home for the appointment on time and with a text to let me know he was in route. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and was seamless. Would recommend!   Whipflip's offer was excellent. The app is great, however I did ask 2 questions through the app and did not get a response. Biggest complaint is the payoff quote I got from VW had fine print stating "this is not a valid dealer payoff". As a result someone had to phone VW credit to get official payoff information. The rep had to go to another appointment while someone from whipflip was on hold and then return once he got approval. This could be avoided if you asked for the payoff through the app, rather then receiving it on site. (Which is what your biggest competitor does)

  Selling my car to this company was the easiest thing ever. The representative who came to my home and inspected my car was awesome. I had such a nice time speaking with him and he truly seemed to enjoy his job. He is from a military family as am I so it was like meeting an old friend. I have a tendency to buy and sell vehicles more than most people. I’m a bit obsessed with the cars from my youth such as mustangs and Challengers and I look forward to working with WhipFlip again. I was sad to hear the Challenger go and I could certainly hear it when the transport truck came to fetch it the next evening. My kids ran outside to watch them drive away with what looked like a dozen or so beautiful cars on their transport vehicle. But though I was sad to watch it leave I look forward to my new racer. The representative paid me with a Wells Fargo check. In NC that’s really great. There was no hold on the check. I dealt with another company as of late who asked me to hold the check and then my bank placed a hold on the check. When I deposited the check from WhipFlip and the teller said “No Hold” I was soooo happy!!! I would definitely recommend this company.

  Price was low for what I expected to receive, but it was the highest offer around. Experience was quick, exceptional, and pain free. Process took 15 to 20 min. Check was printed on the spot and Car was picked up within 24hrs. The plus was Whip Flip concierge Stephanie Fanfera who showed up with a firm handshake and a beautiful smile. She explained the procedure in details and helped me emotionally let go (lol). After the Whip Flip deal was done, Stepanie spent a few more minutes making sure I removed all my personal items from the vehicle, she removed my license plate, and reminded me to call and cancel my insurance. Thanks Stephanie 👍🏼👍🏼

  I never leave reviews for anyone or anything however, in this instance, I was blown away by service, the professionalism and kindness that I received from the people at whip flip. A young lady named Jordan came to my home was on time very kind, very respectful and completely thorough. I have no children but if I had a girl I wish she was like Jordan. She really was that exceptional. I can’t say enough positive things I’m retired military and believe me when I tell you it’s very hard to make me happy. but happy I am!!!

  1,000 STARS!!!! A seemingly too good to be real experience was exactly as promised. Got over $1000 more than webuyanycar and they came to me an hour before I was set to go sell to webuyanycar and was finished in minutes. Didn’t have to leave the house.   First time dealing with WhipFlip. Their Rep. Nick showed up 2 minutes prior to our appointment time which is a great start. Nick was very professional and did a through job of inspecting my car's exterior, interior, engine then took it for a test drive around the neighborhood. Nick removed the license plate off of the car for me and informed me that the car will get pick up in 1-3 days. The overall process from start to finish took 58 minutes. A Great experience and I will choose to deal with WhipFlip again in the future.

  I had two cars to sell. Stephanie came out and had the process completed in about an hour. The amount I received was reduced after the diagnostic, not happy about that, but I was pleased to get checks on the spot and both vehicles were towed the next morning. I’ve sold 3 cars total through Whip Flip and would absolutely do business with them again in the future. Nothing’s worse than the hassle of trying to sell a car on your own!

  That's all fine and totally understandable but 42 minutes is unexpectedable time increased twice if traffic was a concern why not adjust a better leave time traffic is not excuse to be late first and foremost the time was automatically given 1030 with my consideration cause the appointment was for 10am correct concierge text me with the first intention to arrive at 1030 not 10am so if Stephanie had any consideration being on time the most reasonable time would been 10 15 to 1020 maximum you run your business how you guys do and I'll run mind the way business should be handled good day never again would I suggest or reference you guys thanks 😊

  AMAZING, PHENOMENAL, AS ADVERTISED EXPERIENCE!!! 50 STARS! I was extremely skeptical as selling a car shouldn't be this easy especially with a payoff over $48,00 and have not heard of them before. They beat Carmax and Carvana by over $2,000 and were in and out of my driveway in minutes. Check in hand, cleared, and my payoff was $0 by the end of the week. While there are plenty of services way to good to be true, WhipFlip is one that 100% stands behind everything they say. Recommending all to use this company. This is how a car should be sold in the modern day.

  I was not sure what to expect when I logged into WhipFlip. I was really surprised how simple the process was. Answering a few questions and a few photos and it was done. The concierge Stephanie came out filled out the paperwork and was done. We were very pleased with the process and the price we received. I would use WhipFlip again and recommend it to my friends.

  The WhipFlip experience was very professional, efficient and simple from the initial on-line interaction, to quote verification to final inspection and deal closure. We had 1 slight issue with deal closure and the WhipFlip team quickly solved the problem and enabled us to finalize the deal. I will surely deal with WhipFlip again and encourage anyone who has the need to sell a used car to try them out!

  This was the easiest fastest way I have ever dealt with selling a vehicle. Nick, my inspector was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My check cleared overnight and I was able to access the funds the next day . No issues at all. I highly recommend Whipflip !!!

  This was actually very seamless. They did change the offer and reduced it by $600 after they inspected the vehicle but who cares, time is money and these guys are quick. They also come to you and their check clears right away. Also make sure you are honest about the condition of your car, that way they give you an accurate estimate. If you have taken care of your vehicle they will stand by their offer.
