  WhipFlip made it very easy to sell my car. The whole deal took less than an hour during the poring rain and tornado watch. Adam knew his stuff and was very efficient. I like the fact that I was dealing with a company, not dealing with the guy off the street.

  Don’t go here to sell your car they’ll cancel mid appointment change the website and won’t return your calls. They only want to jip you for your price & look for loop holes to decrease your quote that’s not how you conduct business.

  At a time when not everyone delivers what they promise, it's reassuring to know that this company does. Leonardo came to my home at the appointed time, was very professional in explaining his examination of the car, and in about half an hour all the details were completed and he handed me a check. The car was picked up less than five hours later. I've already told friends who are looking to sell to get in touch with these guys.

  It was an amazing experience selling my car to WhipFlip. Special thanks to Roger Clappe who went above and beyond to work with me.   I can't think of a better way to sell an older car. Far better than trying to self navigate Ebay or Craigslist. Without any kicking the tires or haggling I was able to complete the sale and get paid on the spot. The vehicle was out of my driveway the same day. Thank you!

  I had the best experience with WhipFlip. Someone (Roger) came out to my apartment, looked at the car quickly, made great conversation and finished the transaction within minutes.   Such an easy process! My household has sold two cars to WhipFlip this year (one in June, another today) and both times it was a quick and pleasant experience. The prices were fair, and honestly higher than we were expecting, and it was all extremely convenient. After receiving the initial quote, I had a five-minute phone conversation confirming some details and we scheduled the sale for a few days later. The day of the sale, the buyer arrived on time and was extremely professional, and the whole transaction took less than 30 minutes. I don’t have any more cars to sell - but if I did, I’d be selling them to WhipFlip!

  Update:Appreciate the excellent customer service. Owner reached out to help clear up the discrepancy and I appreciate the level of personal detail that he went into.Seems legit except they tried to pull a fast one. On the page where it says do not click ok if you do not agree with this price, or do not have “xyz” documents, I clicked ok because I agreed with the price and had the necessary documents. Subsequently, on the confirmation page the price was now magically $1500 lower. When I called they said it was entered wrong, but I have the email confirmation stating otherwise. Seemed a little shady. Beware and make sure to look at the details.

  I highly recommend WhipFlip to everyone in need of selling or junking a vehicle!! I made a call and it was the Founder/Owner of the company with whom I was able to complete a timely sale for what started as one, ended with three vehicles being sold and picked up the very next day!!!The car concierge was Jared...and they don't get any better then this guy!!   Though the rep seems very professional and nice still, Stay away from this company unless you want to be low balled. The owner will try and get over on you. Initial quote for sell appears to be just under kbb but then they low ball you once they see your car in person. Stay away. I do not recommend this company!

  For at least a week, I dealt with at least 3 other companies that gave me great pricing. These companies advertise convenience but what they don't emphasize is the hassle and time it takes and in my particular situation it just took too long. The problem was either the back and forth with what documentation was required or having the ability to get the car to their facility--which I did not have the ability to drive my car. This is not the case with WHIPFLIP.COM and I actually "stumbled" on to them out of frustration while checking out another company. Boy, am I glad I did.Everything was done in one day. I got a price quoted over the phone and Rodger showed up, checked out the car and actually gave me more than the quote! He cut me a check and I never left my apartment complex!No exaggeration-- hands down--WHIPFLIP.COM is amazing!   I highly recommend WhipFlip if you are selling your car. The whole process was smooth and effortless from beginning to end. I went to the WhipFlip website, took a few pictures of my car, I received an estimate online right away, someone came to my house the next day to assess my car, and I had a check in my hand within 20 minutes of him being there. The gentleman that came to my house was professional and kind. I received an offer that was higher than any other place I called.   Used Whipflip today to help my grandma sale her Jeep she can no longer drive. Quick & easy process. They offered the highest offer compared to other places and stuck to the offer given online.   I think ordering takeout last night was more complicated than WhipFlip. Roger got me out of my 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road (upgraded tires, rims, grill, detailing) for a couple thousand over my payoff.   It's not just when things go perfectly well that companies show their mettle. It's when things don't. Here's the story of how Whipflip turned what would have been a 1 star review into a 5 star. Like some others who put up reviews for them, I have to say I was skeptical, but they won me over.I had an appointment scheduled, and concierge didn't show up (apparently there was a scheduling problem that day). After an hour of back and forth, I was increasingly frustrated and ready to go to another agency. However, the Whipflip contact I was communicating with was persistent and handled my frustration well. They caught me just before I was about to sell my car to another party and rescheduled a meeting within the next hour.The concierge Leonardo who came to my location was friendly and professional. Clearly knew what he was doing and didn't try to pull any bait-and-switch methods on me. I received a little bit less than the initial offer, but it was for a fair reason and still higher than what I would have received from major competitors. They recovered well from the initial glitch, and my actual experience was very pleasant. They issued a check which I cashed without a hitch, and the car was taken the next day.

  Buying a new car at the dealer and they low-balled us on our trade in. A friend had recommended WhipFlip and so we walked outside, took a few pics, literally within minutes we had a quote for almost a $1,000 more than the dealer offered! It so so satisfying to walk back into the dealer and they them thanks, but no thanks, we will be selling to WhipFlip. And we're so glad we did - everything was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

  This was the easiest and most profitable way to sell my car. Another service was also willing to buy my car online, but didn't even get close to the offer I got from WhipFlip and I would have to bring my car to their closest location. WhipFlip is the way to go and they couldn't be nicer!

  Thank you Whipflip! It’s tough enough to take calls and messages during work but even worse when people agree to meet to test drive the car, and then don’t show. Not only did Whipflip show up when I asked them to, they did the whole deal within 15 minutes and actually honored the exact upfront price they originally gave me online.   Dents and Scratches!I honestly didn't know what to expect because my 2015 Kia Minivan had a few substantial cosmetic damages, but I knew it was still a really good car with no accidents or mechanical problems. I couldn't upload the pictures to the system so I had to just wait and see what would happen when the evaluator arrived.Well, Leonardo came and like many people have said, he was more than fair. Yes, I had deductions from the original offer, but in the end the transaction was smooth and painless. After all, they do have to re-sell the car, so you can't get the maximum price, but their fairness and professionalism makes you want to sell your car to them! The last thing I wanted to do was weed through scammers and cheapskates on Offerup or Facebook just to sell my car. They cut me a check on the spot, and it cashed quickly in my account.Thank you for making my life a lot easier WhipFlip!!!

  Nick from the Pittsburgh office was absolutely incredible. I was helping my mother, who can't get out anymore, sell her car and we chose Whip Flip because I saw the reviews and was impressed. Selling a car isn't easy, especially and older car. But Nick made the process easier than ordering food. He was also very accommodating to my mom not being able to move much. He also gave us a very fair price on the car. Also, we did this last minute, and Whip Flip had us scheduled in less that 4 hours from when we started on the site. Thank you again Nick!

  I tried listing on facebook and almost got scammed out of my car. I had a loan on the car which I knew was going to be a tough sell. tried searching for someone that could buy it with a loan and whipflip popped up. I was happy they were well over KBB and my full payoff. I tried them out and am very happy i did. the site was very easy and took a few photos and got an offer asap and it is what they paid. I liked that they stick to what they say, handle everything, and bought my car when I wanted them to at my house. Didnt have to lif a finger. Very cool company and am sending my mother over to them to buy her car next week.

  Nick gets a fantastic! This was my 1st experience of selling a car through the internet and WhipFlip did a great job. I spent time with Camille on an online chat before proceeding and was quite pleased with the offer they provided and scheduled a meeting for the next day.Nick called and showed up on time, praised the great condition of the car, took a short drive, and found everything to be exactly as described with Camille. Took a little over an hour, signed the title and other documents and they printed a check right then.They have notary credentials so no need to find a notary.The whole process was very professional and easy to do.

  Whip flip is great. I was very hesitant at first not hearing about whipflip, but I took the change and Jared came out and within 20-30 minutes I got a check I was happy with! Jared was great. Everything was great, and smooth as it could ever be. If you ever want to sell your car I promise you, go through whipflip before trading it in at a dealership.

  I've dealt with Jared and Greg, and by far the most informative and the quickest process done by this company. They answer any questions you have and the quote online was what I was given in person. (Obviously not lying about your vehicle will help tremendously) The whole process from the online quote to the inspection of the vehicle was done in 20 minutes with a check in hand in an additional 5 minutes. Most honest and straight forward car business I've dealt with.
