  I thought was to good to be true but I am very happy with Daniel service he is excellent professional and I got my check on the spot the amount they told me on the quote didn't change the money was in my bank with in two days I hardly recommend it, They come to hour door..

  Clarence came to inspect my car and he was so great to work with. The overall process was so fast and easy. The final price I got paid was the exact same as the quote I got after putting more information about my car’s condition. The inspection was so easy, Clarence took a quick look at the car and took it for a short test drive. He made this experience great as he told me exactly what he was doing and he was very friendly. I received the check immediately, and they actually came to pick up the car about three hours later. If you need to get rid of a car, I couldn’t recommend this more.

  Such an easy and painless process. Give all the details on the car, take a few pictures, and got a quote in <10 minutes. The representative arrived at our house for the scheduled appointment, took the car on a test drive, inspected it, and paid us on the spot for the full price quoted online. Rapid, Fair, Friendly!! Who could ask for anything more?? Other national car sites/dealers were neither accommodating nor fair. Thank you WhipFlip!! We're telling all our friends about you!!

  Amazing and honest company. So hard to come by great people in business anymore. I couldn't have a more faster and painless experience in selling my car. In addition, Whip Flip was the highest offer by a large number compared to Carvana and dealership trades. Whip flip is where it's at guys! Roger the CEO (whom I spoke with on the phone) was so kind and reassuring. Brandon came out to assess my vehicle and I felt like when he left my house, I didn't just sell them my car, I gained a friend. Great conversation, very polite and professional but fun!!!   Just completed a sale with Nick D.M. out of Pittsburgh.   Con artist! Gave me a quote of $5100 showed up put a code reader on and pulled all the codes the were in the history! Said that a code that was thrown 3 years ago for a cam shaft positioning sensor and a recent code for a cylinder 4 misfire (bad coil over due to buying cheap ones) meant the cam was going bad. Offered $2200. Luckily I know my car and asked the guy to leave. Just beware and ask a lot of questions. When in doubt have them meet you at your auto repair shop with your mechanic.Update: Owner replied below defending their actions. In no way am I upset or offended. I will reiterate that the codes they pulled for the cam shaft were 3 years old for a bad cam shaft position sensor and the recent was a bad coil (both replaced and have no recurring issues). I have the report from VW from just 2 months prior that it was serviced and a wheel bearing and speed sensor was replaced. Vw seen nor heard nothing wrong. Please just beware when selling to them.

  Where is the 'that was easy button'? Unlike all other things in life, I picked the exact day/time, they showed up on time, ran thru thru the inspection and check was printed on the spot and in my hand within 12 minutes for $1800 over my lease buyout price. I had a random thought on Monday that I was bored with my current car, and a few pics and 12 mins later, the car is gone and I just picked up a great new car.   I just had my appointment with Stephanie. She arrived on time, and was amazingly personable. She took the time to explain to me the whole process from start to finish. She even gave me a general idea of where my car could be headed in the future. She made an experience I was super nervous about seamless and friendly. Please let her know her time and compassion was appreciated.I also wanted to say the customer service leading up to the sale was great, I repeatedly chatted in with random questions about the process and was never once met with anything besides professional and courteous service. I will recommend this service to family and friends!

  My experience was truly amazing! I have been trying get rid of my car but every where I went they were low balling me below the KBB value. I found Whip Flip on Google checked them out gave my info they contacted me the same day came out appraised my car and gave me way above what others were quoting me. Jess was amazing I love her she explained the process walked me through it all and we laughed I cried cause I was letting my baby go but overall it was an excellent experience best I had dealing with any car.   I was starting to get tired of getting a quote then I go there and they change what they quoted me. Well Whipflip was not like that at all. They stood by their quote and so easy. I got to stay at my house. They came to me and when everything checked out I asked what is my quote now and to my surprise it was exactly what they offered online. I would recommend them to anyone that doesn't want to run around. They made it very easy and the gentleman that came out was very thorough and he explained everything he was going to do to check my car out and it took no time at all and at the end of it he printed me a check. Great place to do business with!

  This is not the first car I have sold, and was getting beat up by various dealers. Whip Flip contacted me and I expected the usual antics of car dealers. Well, three days later my car is in there hands and the bank check is in my account! I am amazed at the ease and professionalism of this outfit.
