  Ill change my review when I get my stolen personalized plate returned. Had to park the car on the street so they could pick up at a later date. So I left my tag on it. They took the car and the tag. Also- they tried to low ball me after looking at the car due to a normal routine maintenance reminder light for a tire rotation was on. Dont let them do this- tell them to get off your lawn. Otherwise, other than speaking with aprox 7 different employees some of them texting me at the same time to call them all at once, it wound up being a fair and smooth transaction - so far.

  Awesome place to sell your vehicle to!! Extremely professional, love how they went over everything, when you get quoted do keep in mind final price may change once they completed with final lookover/test drive. Our changed a bit but i was still satisfied with results. my bank did place 5 day hold on the check which they usually do if checks are from third party place, which ok just waiting for 9/04/24 for it to clear. if it clears i definitely wont have any issues. They were fast to schedule the concierge to come out, they came next day 8/28 went over my car checked it inside and out made sure it wasn't re painted, etc. took for test drive, process took maybe 20 min tope from time he got here to time we had our check. Does take 2-3 says for them to come pick up vehicle after you agree to fully sell and accept payment. Which just waiting on bank to clear it and since it was yesterday waiting on them to pick up car. Great great company, defiantly recommend them. Point to note be honest and upfront about your car and you will receive the best service.

  Alexander and Rodger were amazing. Alexander was with me at my car and was very personable. We negotiated and got exactly what I wanted without any hassle. I scheduled the visit the day before and Alexander was early. They followed their word about when the car would be taken after I signed the papers. They were even early in their time frame to settle the payoff for my loan. Honestly, I used Carvana before they gave me hassle, I'm only using whipflip now. Thank you Alexander!

  Matt Santos found me on facebook marketplace place and messaged me about whipflip. Referred me to one of the team members Sara and then she set up a meeting with Roger who guided me through the whole selling and buying process. It was very simple. Within less than a week my car was signed off and picked up and check handed to me . I recommend this company if you’re trying to sell your car with a quick and easy , no hassle process.   I never heard of WhipFlip, so I researched them and also discovered they were approved by the Better Business Bureo which was a big plus, also read customer reviews and decided to give them a try. I did all my homework up front as to what my cars value was and had a number in mind, I filled out the information sheet on line as required and sent pics as well, within less than a hour I received call from one of their representatives, the call only took a few minutes and the rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable, we discussed the car and and what was involved to sell, I was asked for a ball park number of what I expected to get for my car, and was told it would be re viewed and they would get back to me within a few minutes I got a call back e accepting the offer, a rep was scheduled for the following day to preform inspection, all was a to be, all paper work was signed and a check was in hand as well the car was picked up the same day. Best experience selling a vehicle I ecer had a only took less then 48 hours from enquiring to being sold.

  BEST PLACE TO SELL YOUR CAR EVER!!!!!!!!! I have owned 9 cars in my life and either traded or sold them privately and every time was a complete hassle. My cars have always been garage kept and are quite expensive and continued to get lowballed or potenially scammed. Along came WhipFlip and I cannot tell you how seamless the process is. Sold my car in minutes, check in hand within the hour and the remaining loan balance was paid 3 days later. Their customer service from start to finish was 10 starts. Great company and will certainly refer all to them. This is where you go to sell.

  I received a star service all around! I enjoyed the keep up every other month to see how I was feeling even after buying the care Whip flip bought, the man that came out was a really nice knowledgeable person telling me I had a great car. But it needed to go with my cancer and afterwards heart surgery just did me out. I bought my car outright but had to make decision. There they were there made check right away.   Mark at customer service was great, hard to get a hold of at times, but he explained the process in terms customer can understand. The inspector that came out, was great he was personable and he also explained what he had to do to get the customer a good price on the car. All-in-all it was a great experience.

  Despite some difficulties at first trying to connect with someone over the phone, the process was very simple and straightforward; the representative who came to the house was very clear about the steps he needed to take to evaluate the car for the final offer and was very friendly.   The transaction was wonderful however there is at this minute the jeep still in the street in front of my house. It is blocking the Mail service access and trash pick up I was told it would be gone in three days that was last Tuesday and today is Saturday, Other than that issue the service was grand, I do pray that the Jeep is removed soon if there is a problem please advise.

  Whipflip was a new concept to me and at first seemed too good to be true! I can tell you from my experience that this was the most fair, straightforward and FAST vehicle transaction I have ever seen!   Agreed to terms of the sale of my car on 5/10/24 with an immediate e-mail from WhipFlip rep confirming the details. When the car was checked out in-person on 5/13/24 and upon completing the paperwork, my check was $99.00 less for a "transaction fee'. At no time, either written or verbal was it stated there was any type of add-on fee. On their website if you search under FAQ's, it only states "A transaction fee up to &99.00 MAY APPLY to cover standard DMV fees or titling and transferas well as supporting....." Where is the full disclosure on the confirming e-mail of the deal? And at no time was it discussed during our phone negotiations. I have sent e-mails and called WhipFlip over the past 24 hours with no courtesy response requesting a refund of the $99.00.

  Very easy process. Great communication. I thought I got a good deal. The only two things I would change is charging the $99 service fee out of the agreed price and the option of wiring the funds directly into a bank account. I deposited my check on Monday and didn’t have funds released until Saturday. I was using part of the money to purchase another vehicle. So I had no car for the week. I would definitely use this service again.

  This was the first time I independently sold a vehicle. I was nervous about the process. I received an initial review and offer online before Nick showed up to see the car in person. The initial offer and the actual offer given by Nick and WhipFlip was what I wanted. Nick was very professional when doing the review and test drive. The document process was easy too.   Was more than fair. And didn’t hit me with a 80% less than it was worth offer. I did have a deduction based on what looked at a scratch. I informed them it was just the pollen. And offered to retake the photo. They didn’t need me too and just took off the deduction. Understanding, quality, and respectful service! And when they showed up they didn’t low ball me. They gave me the true value.

  When I first received my offer I was a little skeptical because other places had been offering a lot less. They sent someone to my house did a very thorough check of the car and did an amazing job explaining everything and answering all my questions. Nick and Adam offered a great price and I sold it on the spot. I will never sell a car another way again.

  Easy transaction. Adam and Jared were friendly. But intial offer was not granted they offered less . If I was not moving across I would turned it down . They will low ball you even with a running vehicle the parts alone was worth more then I got . All in all if you want to just trash a vehicle for few hundred dollars call them . It would be better to sell privately though .

  We literally finalized the deal to sell our car to Whipflip within 10 minutes! Then we scheduled to have them to come to our home the next day. Sam was the local representative who came to our home. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The car was sold within half an hour after he came.   Trevor from customer service was very helpful walking me throttle steps necessary to sell my car. He would send me reminders of when my appointment was scheduled and answer any questions. The customer service rep who came to look at the car was very friendly and thorough with the paperwork. I had a pleasant experience overall. I would use Whip flip again and recommend them to my friends.

  It was a positive experience from talking with the agents about the selling price of my car to scheduling the date for the concierge to look over my car and give me my check. It was hard sometimes to get a response to my texts and emails when trying to ask a question. The foreign gentleman who came to pick up the car was angry because he had to park up the road from our driveway due to our gate being closed the evening he came. We did not receive a call from anyone telling us he would be coming that evening otherwise we would have left the gate open. All in all a good experience.

  I can’t believe how easy and efficient this service was. Booked my appointment quickly online, filled out any information needed and I was done!   Very quick and easy, a fair assessment but keep in mind the $100 processing fee from the offer and that they will take at least a few hundred dollars off when meeting in person unless vehicle is pristine, even if you put in everything correctly. Still the best offer out of all the internet car buyers that handle everything for you
