  We had a contract for you to purchase my car for $3,000. When your inspector arrived she reneged and renegotiated by offering $500 less because the interior of the car was in poor shape. But I disclose the poor shape of the interior BEFORE we entered into the agreement. You therefore should have asked for more information or never entered into the agreement in the first place.

  Initial visit to assess car and pay for it was excellent. Follow up has been terrible. The car has been sitting in my driveway for 5 days and they took the keys so I can't even move the car and it is blocking my garage.

  My experience with WhipFlip exceeded expectations! I was a bit skeptical at first but after comparing quotes to places like Carvana, CarMax, we buy any car, etc. WhipFlip quoted the highest and moved the fastest. The whole process was ridiculously easy and fast. The quote was almost instant, I was able to schedule an appointment the same or next day, and the appointment took 25 minutes max. I assumed they would try to lower the offer once they got here but they gave me the exact amount they quoted. I got the check on the spot, mobile deposited it, and it cleared my account the next morning. I was actually blown away by how easy and convenient this was. Definitely recommend!

  WhipFlip made selling our used car super easy. Gave details, took photos and the AI did the rest - then a quick inspection by a rep who gave a final offer and we were digitally signing papers and exchanging keys & title for a check. Seriously easy and you'd be a fool not to check them out if you have a vehicle that you are thinking about selling either because you no longer need it or it's time to move on.

  The overall experience works as described in the website. I loaded the photos and an updated quote was provided. On the appointed day the person showed up. After checking he mentioned that several of the exterior defect even though caught in the photo was not recognized by the tool. So they deducted much more that what was the final quote after loading photos. The check and papers were signed on the same day. The experience after that was a bit of a let down. They had no idea when the tow truck will arrive. It arrived after two days at 1240 am in the night for pickup, which led to home owners association complaints. Also the number plate was not removed. I had to have multiple calls with the agent, which was stressful, to finally retrieve the plate. Overall the process was convenient but they need to work out the problems in their process.

  Everything was easy. They don't disqualify you if your truck is lifted like other companies. Got my initial offer, set a date for them to look at it. He was awesome and did the inspection, then cut me a check which I immediately put in my account after he left. My truck was here for 2 days before they picked it up. Super easy and convenient process. Any questions I've had before, during, or after they did not disappoint! Definitely recommend!

  The selling experience started great when I got my sale price but then problems occurred. After accepting the sale price you have to take pictures through their methodology and this is where the problem lies. The original sale price is reduced by a variable amount adjusted by the pictures. My first run reduced my price by around 10% because of cosmetics. I knew this was ridiculous since my car was 1 year old and in PERFECT condition. I washed the car and ran it again- this time it reduced the price by 2%. I went with this and thought they might adjust the price back to original amount but the inspector doesn’t have the power to do this. He inspected the car and told me it’s in PERFECT condition- I still feel Whipflip should make good. Other than that the inspector was very nice and professional along with being on time. The car has been sold but is sitting in my driveway since Whipflip doesn’t take the car right away - it can be 1-3 days per the contract. I would use them again now that I know the process but the final price should be adjustable by the inspector rather than the AI looking at pictures.

  I loved the quick service. Yesterday I said to myself I should sell this car because we are not using it. Today it's sold and they came to me. My concierge Brandon was a very nice guy who led the whole process and I enjoyed talking with him. The whole time was quick and painless.   I initially submitted my info with pictures and got an offer at $7,900. After the offer period ended I got an email asking what price I’d be willing to sell for so I responded at $8,218 and they accepted. I followed up twice to see how to execute but no one ever responded. I tried submitting again unsure of the process and got back $7,400. I inquired and they said they could do $8,000. Day of inspection I got another communication asking what price I’d like to sell so I said $8,218 again but got a response saying they were holding at $8,000 and didn’t know why I was asking for more. During the inspection they wanted to reduce the amount offered considerably due to some damage reflected in the original pictures and I had to push to get the $8,000. In the end it worked out though.

  Nick was awesome. Showed up promptly at scheduled appointment time extremely professional. Whole appointment took about 45 minutes are so. They extensively go over your vehicle. They do not miss a single thing. Would have given 5 stars however the app kept having an error that was not on my end. Not submitting pictures altered the price by 600$. When I called and talked in person they would not alter the offer even though I text pictures over. That was that my fault and they tried to beat around the bush about it. The offer was still slightly higher than caravana and local dealerships so I did go with them. The only other thing I’m not wild about is that the vehicle is still sitting near my property and they send a tow truck out to get it in a few days. Seems risky on their part but whatever. Received check right on the spot extremely simple process. And again Nick was awesome very courteous and professional. He was on his hands and knees in my wet yard looking at every detail making sure nothing was missed. I would definitely recommend. Overall the process was great other than the app not functioning and altering my offer which wasn’t my fault.

  The women jordon who inspected my car was nice but I got.far less on.my car than expected..I only got 425 on a.car I put in over 4000 on the tires on the car are worth 425 alone my initial offer was 1162 then it dropped that much because I was I'n a accident but the car had no damage on it.What a rip off !!!!If I was not 4 payments behind on my house payment I would not have sold that car but I had to to get money up for it.What a shame .I just gave a wonderful car away .

  Well, they offered me $1975 then checked out the vehicle and offered me less than $1000 I said no then I get a text back with a offer of $1500 still much less than vehicle is worth instead of turning down that offer I accepted just to get the vehicle off the street because it was then uninsured. And as I am writing this review the vehicle is still sitting here a day later.

Regarding your concern of the payoff, you spoke with one of our representatives and were provided information that the payoff was sent to your bank within a couple of days of the purchase. In regards to the offer, you were provided with the best possible offer based on the condition of your vehicle. No deducts or price change was made on the driveway. We gave you the amount that was agreed upon when you booked the appointment. In fact, we left the appointment while you had "someone else look at the vehicle" and came back to purchase the car even though that is against our policy.   I wish I could give more than 5 stars.but it's an amazing experience with whipaflip team specially with Rashmi Daga and Stephanie.
