    The actual car selling experience was very easy and organized. I sent WhipFlip information about my car, they came back with an offer, we agreed upon a price, their agent came to my house, showing up on time and well prepared. She inspected the car, sent some information and photos to her management, they confirmed the intent to buy the car. The agent then printed me a check right then and there. Three days later (including a weekend) their truck showed up and took the car. Or at least I hope it was their truck cuz the car is now gone. They told me I didn't need to be there for pick up and they were right. The only reason I don't give a 5th star is there was still a little "let me talk to my manager" about the price. Happened both over the phone and when the agent arrived. However, we ultimately settled on the same price we'd settled on over the phone so I can't complain much. There was just a touch of used car dealer that I could have dealt without but then again, they are a used car dealer. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell a car with a minimum of hassle.

    Excellent overall experience. You may want to revise the customer-generated car evaluation form: my vehicle had a tear in the driver seat and some clear coat peeling — 2 minor cosmetic issues. The phone rep named Matt claimed I should have evaluated my vehicle in “Rough” condition. The vehicle was not in rough condition. Ultimately my vehicle sold slightly less than was estimated due to sone unseen rust. Again, overall everything went well. But the evaluation form needs more options.

    It was easy and hassle free. But the offer the originally gave me wasn’t what they wanted to pay. I had no check engine lights on and none were present on Dec. 26th, 2023 when I took it to the Ford Dealer to get serviced. But they “said” two codes about the cam shaft were cleared. I didn’t know anything about the codes nor did I clear them. They ask you if your ride is in fair condition or something to that effect or is it better than most. My truck was pretty clean for being 10 yrs old. I marked better than most. I had two little rust spots starting in a hard to even notice spot. But they said it wasn’t as I described it. SO, they took $3100 off of their original offer. Kind of shady if you ask me. But they still paid. It’s all good, honestly. One other thing they parked it across the street for two days. I said they could leave my plates on it while it sat there as long as the tow truck driver took my plates off and put them on my porch. But the driver failed to do that. Instead of having plates with a hood registration for the next 9 months. Now when I buy a truck new plates and registration will be required. That kind of ticks me off. All and all I’d probably do it again. This time I wouldn’t let them use my plates while it sat on the road.

    Hello, thank you for choosing WhipFlip to sell your vehicle. Regarding the condition of your vehicle, the exterior was very clean. However, the rust spots that you mentioned were also under the rocker panels as well. The vehicle may not have had any lights on the dashboard but the vehicles computer showed that there are issues with the timing chains. This was the camshaft codes that showed up when plugging in the OBD scanner into the vehicle. I hope that this gives you a better understanding of the deducts on the driveway. We were able to confirm that we do have the plate at the lot. It's been removed from the Vehicle and set aside. We will try to ship the plate to you as soon as possible. Hope that this helps.

    Hello, Thank You for choosing WhipFlip to purchase your Lincoln MKZ. Looking at your account, you did mention some defects that your vehicle had. However, upon our inspection we saw more damage to the vehicle than what was previously disclosed. Additionally, the vehicle had 6000 more miles than you disclosed, had dash lights when we were told there weren't any, and also had codes that were stored in the vehicles computer.     I decided to sell my 2014 Mercedes GL450 to WhipFlip. Safiyah was my rep and was awesome. She came out, inspected the car and took it for a test drive. With 15 minutes, I had the check in my hand for the agreed upon amount from the original offer. Super easy, great communication extremely happy. I’ve never sold a car before so the only thing to take note of is that the car is not removed same day. It’s picked up a few days later. They take the key and title but if you’re looking to have the car removed same day it’s probably not going to happen. I simply put it in the street in front of my house so no issues there. Highly recommend WhipFlip. They are legitimate and the process couldn’t have been easier.

    We were very pleased with the WhipFlip process. Our only complaint was that the actual visit took so long. We just weren’t prepared for designating over 2 hours of our day to the process.

    High bid online gets me to continue with the process. Once the agent is onsite you pick through the car. The lack of knowledge and experience in vehicle mechanics drives the price down. Having to send videos to a boss sitting in an office to make decisions of something he can't fully see in person. Only person benefitting is whip flip. I've been a mechanic for 20 years and you can never get a full picture or understanding of something through a video. Would rather deal with tire kickers of facebook

    Hello. Looking through your appointment, it seems as if the deducts that you were given were due to the some discrepancies that were found during the inspection. When the Car concierge assessed the vehicle, the check engine light was on and there as damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed. In addition, there was also an engine tick that the Concierge heard while at the appointment. I hope this gives you a better understanding of the deducts and our process.
