  Mark at customer service was great, hard to get a hold of at times, but he explained the process in terms customer can understand. The inspector that came out, was great he was personable and he also explained what he had to do to get the customer a good price on the car. All-in-all it was a great experience.

  Despite some difficulties at first trying to connect with someone over the phone, the process was very simple and straightforward; the representative who came to the house was very clear about the steps he needed to take to evaluate the car for the final offer and was very friendly.   Using WhipFlip was a super smooth process! After confirming the offer, I was able to make a next day appointment to sell the car. Alexander came out and was very professional and thorough with the inspection - you could tell he really knew his stuff about cars. The car was sold on a Saturday and picked up the next day on Sunday. I would recommend using WhipFlip to others.

  Very good first experience with Whip Flip. I filled out my car info online, followed by a phone call and then an appointment. They were on time for the appointment, reviewed the car, cut the check and the car was pocked up the car the next day and I didn’t need to be there when the car was picked up. Very good experience.

  The transaction was wonderful however there is at this minute the jeep still in the street in front of my house. It is blocking the Mail service access and trash pick up I was told it would be gone in three days that was last Tuesday and today is Saturday, Other than that issue the service was grand, I do pray that the Jeep is removed soon if there is a problem please advise.

  Agreed to terms of the sale of my car on 5/10/24 with an immediate e-mail from WhipFlip rep confirming the details. When the car was checked out in-person on 5/13/24 and upon completing the paperwork, my check was $99.00 less for a "transaction fee'. At no time, either written or verbal was it stated there was any type of add-on fee. On their website if you search under FAQ's, it only states "A transaction fee up to &99.00 MAY APPLY to cover standard DMV fees or titling and transferas well as supporting....." Where is the full disclosure on the confirming e-mail of the deal? And at no time was it discussed during our phone negotiations. I have sent e-mails and called WhipFlip over the past 24 hours with no courtesy response requesting a refund of the $99.00.

  Very easy process. Great communication. I thought I got a good deal. The only two things I would change is charging the $99 service fee out of the agreed price and the option of wiring the funds directly into a bank account. I deposited my check on Monday and didn’t have funds released until Saturday. I was using part of the money to purchase another vehicle. So I had no car for the week. I would definitely use this service again.

  This was the first time I independently sold a vehicle. I was nervous about the process. I received an initial review and offer online before Nick showed up to see the car in person. The initial offer and the actual offer given by Nick and WhipFlip was what I wanted. Nick was very professional when doing the review and test drive. The document process was easy too.   Was more than fair. And didn’t hit me with a 80% less than it was worth offer. I did have a deduction based on what looked at a scratch. I informed them it was just the pollen. And offered to retake the photo. They didn’t need me too and just took off the deduction. Understanding, quality, and respectful service! And when they showed up they didn’t low ball me. They gave me the true value.

  We literally finalized the deal to sell our car to Whipflip within 10 minutes! Then we scheduled to have them to come to our home the next day. Sam was the local representative who came to our home. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The car was sold within half an hour after he came.   Easy transaction. Adam and Jared were friendly. But intial offer was not granted they offered less . If I was not moving across I would turned it down . They will low ball you even with a running vehicle the parts alone was worth more then I got . All in all if you want to just trash a vehicle for few hundred dollars call them . It would be better to sell privately though .

  When I first received my offer I was a little skeptical because other places had been offering a lot less. They sent someone to my house did a very thorough check of the car and did an amazing job explaining everything and answering all my questions.   It was a positive experience from talking with the agents about the selling price of my car to scheduling the date for the concierge to look over my car and give me my check. It was hard sometimes to get a response to my texts and emails when trying to ask a question. The foreign gentleman who came to pick up the car was angry because he had to park up the road from our driveway due to our gate being closed the evening he came. We did not receive a call from anyone telling us he would be coming that evening otherwise we would have left the gate open. All in all a good experience.

  Trevor from customer service was very helpful walking me throttle steps necessary to sell my car. He would send me reminders of when my appointment was scheduled and answer any questions. The customer service rep who came to look at the car was very friendly and thorough with the paperwork. I had a pleasant experience overall.   I can’t believe how easy and efficient this service was. Booked my appointment quickly online, filled out any information needed and I was done!   This was by far the best way to sell a used car. This process takes away the effort and anxiety of meeting with strangers for test drives, the low ball offers from said strangers and no paperwork! No ad to write, no going to get anything notarized, it is all handled by whip flip. I cannot recommend this enough! I wish had more cars to sell honestly 😀

  Most professional company of the 6 I contacted to sell the car. The person who came out to evaluate the vehicle was on time, very courteous and professional.   They were perfect from start to finish. Did exactly what they said and on time. On the flip side they got a beautiful 2008 porsche 911 turbo. But that how it should work both sides happy. I would use them again

  So fat I had a great experience with the company. They were polite. Showed up on time and did exactly what they they said they were going to do. Cut my check on the spot. Only issue I have is cashing my check. The check verification has been a problem and long process.

  This was an easy experience. The man came, inspected the car , took it for a drive and handed me a check. Today I received my license plates and a garage door opener in the mail which we left behind. This was a nice , honest surprise!

  Great company to sell your car. My only concern in initial estimate was around $500 more than final estimate by representative, so since I am moving to different state didn’t argue or haggle about the price.

  The actual car selling experience was very easy and organized. I sent WhipFlip information about my car, they came back with an offer, we agreed upon a price, their agent came to my house, showing up on time and well prepared. She inspected the car, sent some information and photos to her management, they confirmed the intent to buy the car. The agent then printed me a check right then and there. Three days later (including a weekend) their truck showed up and took the car. Or at least I hope it was their truck cuz the car is now gone. They told me I didn't need to be there for pick up and they were right. The only reason I don't give a 5th star is there was still a little "let me talk to my manager" about the price. Happened both over the phone and when the agent arrived. However, we ultimately settled on the same price we'd settled on over the phone so I can't complain much. There was just a touch of used car dealer that I could have dealt without but then again, they are a used car dealer. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell a car with a minimum of hassle.
