  I ordered a B300K and you sent the wrong item. I contacted (CS) Customer Service Rep. case 60635 and she was slow in responding to my request for a return label and return process. It finally replied to my request that I need to pay for return, I refused and did not hear anything. Contacted two other CS reps on follow-up. Nothing from Initial CS Rep. Decided to contact BlueTii CS directly. BlueTii CS rep. did a quick turn-around and mailed me the label. Like I said to Wellbot CS Rep. after she stated I need to pay return charges.... You company needs to get it's house in order. I will never do business with your company again. NOTE: Verified Reviews declined to post my review because personal names (first names only) were used.

  I have never done business with Wellbots before, but their Google rating and other reviews made me feel safe about placing this order. The process was simple and straightforward, with good notification of the status of my order. The product was exactly as expected and arrived promptly and in good condition.

  We decided to begin our Solar experience and as a first purchase decided to buy a Delta Pro w/ extra battery and a 400wt solar panel as a basic emergency b/u system.. This allows us to test and makedcissions on where and how to mount the system. Wellbots had the best prices anywhere, where happy to answer questions and then delivered in just a couple days. WE have it up and running and are thrilled !!! We plan on purchasing another matching system with our tax refund, and then purchasing the smart wall, solar panels and installation in the fall. Our final purchase at the end of the year will be two more batteries and the matching gas generator, We will be independant !!

  Very helpful customer service and very efficient. I received my batteries quickly as promised. mostI was informed of the package delivery throughout the process. I purchased most of my system from a different outfit. What a mistake. I paid more and have yet to receive it. I purchased it during the Black Friday sale, but have yet to receive it. All my future purchases will be through Wellbots.

  After researching vacuum robots/mops for weeks. I finally came to the conclusion to buy the eufy Omni x10 pro. Wellbots had the best price at the time by over $100. On top of that I got $20 for being a first time customer. I was a bit skeptical at first, given that it was a company I never purchased from. However, I received the vacuum quickly and it works great!

  Customer service was rude. My package was shipped out a week later (from your facility not FedEx) and came 3 days after Christmas. 1st customer service rep promised me my order (placed on 13th) would for sure get to my house by Monday the 23rd. It wasn’t shipped until end of day on 23rd. 2nd customer service rep was extremely short and rude when I called on the 20th saying she was leaving for the weekend and couldn’t do anything (she had 2 hours until closing). I’m a first time customer and won’t be returning.

  Our pool filter cracked and we were on the search for the same one. Wellbots was the best deal and the shipping was quick. I had my old address autosaved and I was able to contact them quickly and it was fixed by their team. I plan on purchasing more from this site. Highly recommend.

  As an e-commerce store..I was disappointed by my first experience. I felt like there were a gap in the process from ordering to shipping out the product. I spent 3 days looking for a communication that the product shipped but instead had to contact Wellbot on the shipment status before a FedEx tracking was created. After that, I had to call back in to see what was happening on my shipment. I expected Wellbot to notify me if there were going to be a delay on my order. Overall, I felt there was a lack of status transparency for my order and consideration for a good customer experience. I would consider buying only small price item in the future. For an expensive item ordered, I am not happy.

  Everything fast. I take one star because the item is ship in original box. Not like bluetti in shipping box prevent being demage. The unit is ok...but everybody now how much ups make demage of the package. But i dont think i will purchase anything else in the future because of that.

  This was my first order with Wellbots. They offered the Pixel Buds Pro 2 below Amazon and other providers. The offering was apparently very popular, as they had to backorder the product. But they kept me informed and offered refunding my money or other alternatives. The delivery was delayed one week, but wasn't an issue for me.

  The item I ordered didn’t have the color is stock and they didn’t email me to let me know. Then they couldn’t verify my address which has never happened to me before. I ordered on 11/24/24 and didn’t receive until 12/10/24. If you’re expecting quick delivery do not order.
