  Wellbots was cheaper than Anker's website. The backup battery arrived on a different day than the main unit. They were packed in sturdy foam and cardboard and arrived mostly charged.

  Everything was great. Once concern that I had was that my Pixel Buds arrived in a decent size box but they were just floating around in that box. The Pixel Buds box was very small compared to the box. The packing material was air pockets which is fine for a big item but my Pixel Buds were just bouncing around in that box since it could not sit on top of the air pockets. At that point, the packing material added no support or cushion to the tiny box inside the bigger box.

  I ordered a Delta Pro Ultra battery from wellbots because it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. It was so much cheaper I was concerned it might be a scam.   I ordered the AD5M one week or so before Christmas for my sons’s gift and received it the last week of January. I received an email 2 days before Christmas stating it would be 2-3 weeks late. They offered a spool of filament-their choice-to make it up. I had to send an email after 3 weeks to ask if it was coming still, and they said yes. It would be another couple of weeks. Received it, my son really likes it, but wasn’t happy about the wait.

  I ordered the BougeRV Solar Extension Cable with Extra Free Connectors. Only the cables got delivered. There were no connectors, forget about the Extra Free Connectors. I called support who asked me to email with a picture of what was delivered which I did. It's been 9 days after 3 follow ups, no clue when the connectors will be delivered. And, no response from the company. I made a couple of purchases so far and here is my taken on Wellbots. When you order something, you dont get to know an estimated date the order will ship. You just have guess and wait until the confirmation email from Wellbots tells you. Are we still in the 90s?

  I was not told that the shipping company would only do curbside delivery. The driver refused to drive his truck to my house and would not come back with a smaller truck. There is no way I could bring a 415 pound go cart to my house, so I had to refuse delivery. I now have three very disappointed boys.,

  My solar panel was never received.. It has been expedited for a week now and nothing has advanced with the new tracking number. I was informed that everything was Escalated. But still no product. Instead of immediately sending me a new order, they took it upon themselves to wait For the undelivable panel.which is very unprofessional.

  Order was shipped in its original box - no out carton - box was damaged. Order was delivered on Jan 4th - still waiting for return label. Need a replacement but they will not ship out the replacemet until I pay but they wont issue me a credit until its returned. Totally messed up -

  I have multiple EcoFlow products, including a full home backup with SHP2, 3 DPUs and 54 kWh of batteries. Despite all the "ecocredits" and sales/discounts on Ecoflow store, I still endup buying from Wellbots. Their prices are often if not always cheaper, they ship fast and you can even speak with a specialist for additional bundles and discounts. Highly recommended.
