  The item I received is a EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra whole-home Backup System. Box had small damage. Noticeable but nothing to alarming. Inverter will not turn on and does not work. Cost was over 4k. I now have a 4k headache and still waiting for a resolution after 2 weeks of emails.

  The price they had on the ecoflow battery was so low that I was concerned about wellbots legitimacy. Even after looking at reviews I still wasn't sure. Finally I went to the ecoflow website and found wellbots is indeed a authorized dealer. I am very happy with the purchase and speed of shipping. I plan to buy from wellbots again!

  The scooter came with a scratched shock absorber, I sent photos of it in the box scratched and to this day they haven't replaced the part, you pay a lot for something and receive it damaged.

  I bought the Fat Boy scooter from MotoTec, and it was great—until it wasn’t. Shortly after I got it, the motor started making a noise like the gears were skipping. The next day, the wheel completely locked up and wouldn’t turn at all. This all happened within the 9-day return window, yet here I am, two weeks later, still waiting for an exchange or a refund. Now, I have a $1,500 scooter just sitting there, taking up space and collecting dust. So I give you zero stars if could I would give you less.

  I was very disappointed during this whole process. I received no confirmation of when the item would be shipped and when the item would arrive. When I did receive the item, it was in an Amazon box. I searched the exact item on Amazon's website and discovered that I could have purchased these earbuds at 40% or 50% less. The earbuds are decent, but I still like the earbuds are not snug enough. Overall, I feel like a fool for not shopping smarter, lol!

  I placed the order. Received a text asking if it’s fraudulent or really me and I answered it. A week later I asked why it wasn’t shipped yet and they said I put “Dan” instead of “Daniel” and even though I said it’s real, and my cc was pending charges, it was flagged as fraud and never fulfilled. I had to redo my entire order and wait another week to receive it. Appreciate the fraud support, but it should know the name is essentially the same and/or if a customer replies it’s legit, process the order. Or at least call and talk to them, don’t wait for the customer to reach out to you!

  I have the Delta pro I need an adapter to make this work if it didn’t come with the adapter, it should say so, and it should be in the order Q to say that which unit you’re attaching this to know that it’s compatible with it and you have to have an adapter I now had to wait over a week and half to get an adapter from somebody else!!!

Order looks decent in the box, but the communication, price match and refund process is totally abysmal in my experience as a first time user of this platform.   Pricing was competitive, but I was disappointed by the amount of information available after placing my order. It took several days for any sort of status update.
