  I received the wrong transfer switch. I believe this was drop-shipped from the manufacturer of the transfer switch so this may not be completely a wellbots.com issue. Customer support was quick to reply to my email but the issue is still not resolved.

  My order came fairly quick. There was a small hiccup regarding the tracking number. I emailed Wellbots and my order arrived 24 hours after my email. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere on the internet. They are a reliable company with great customer service.

  We saved up money over time to give our 10 yr old the best Christmas ever. Ordered over a half a grand scooter in Nov received it in very bad condition with alot of needed repairs . We figured we'd try fixing most problems ourselves so still had his Christmas but we needed rear axle and bolts that were stripped. Factory defective with extreamly over tight rusted chain and lots of other problems as well that we believed we could have fixed. Shouldn't have to fix anything on a brand new scooter but we got nowhere with calling them during phone business hrs. Even left voicemail for a manager to please call. Never received a call. Just dealt with rude care less support@wellbots ava . Terrible service. Sons Christmas gift is a no go now. Have to open paypal case this evening to get this junk returned and our refund. Never again wellbots. Terrible experience.

  The shopping experience was perfect, as was the customer service. The only problem is the delays in the delivery of the product. Sometimes there are delays along the way at the time of delivery and certain products are sent in parts and that increases the delivery time of everything at the same time.

  Item never received, has been stuck for weeks in limbo with fedex saying it was loaded on their truck but not arrived with them. Wellbots support have made no progress after multiple calls and are saying they need to receive the item back to their warehouse before they issue a refund. Not good enough! If the item was lost then it will never get back to their warehouse and I still won't have received the item or a refund. It should not be such a chore to try to get a refund for something I never received.

  I had wanted to add an extra battery to my Ecoflow Delta 2 Max. After researching various vendors of Ecoflow products I found Wellbots. Reviews were great and I took the dive to buy the extra battery from Wellbots. The correspondence was extremely good as well as the shipping. It was promptly shipped and received in perfect condition. There pricing was great as well and I highly recommend this company to you.

  After I placed my order, Wellbots gave me a tracking number in TEN days, however they did not give the package to the shipper for three more days. So THIRTEEN days to actually ship the order. The order arrived 17 days after I ordered it. They provided basic communication about my order. I did not try to reach their customer service.

  Pricing for the product that I received was the best I had found. There could be some improvement regarding delivery notifications. My product come in 2 separate shipments on 2 different days. I received a delivery notification the evening before and both required someone to be present to sign for the packages. This is a major inconvenience and could be difficult for some to accommodate. On a side note my packages were delivered by Fed Ex, which in our area is the worst carrier to work with.

  These Solar Panels are everything you'd expect from a high quality set of foldable portable solar panels. Love the built in gauge that insures you set them up with the exact proper alignment to the sun to achieve maximum efficiency. (its important if you want to get the most power you can out of them) Comes with the solar industry standard hookups (mc4) so they can be used with just about any solar generator on the market or tied into a solar charge controller to charge raw LiFeP04 batteries if thats what you need. I've owned and own quite a few different brand solar panels and these are as good or better than any I've ever owned. Depending on the sun and time of the year, I can get as much as 360-380 watts out of two 200 watt panels which is fantastic

  This was my first ever purchase on the Wellbots site, so I have only this purchase to go by. I saw an advertisement somewhere that I could get $400 of the price of this solar generator, and followed the link to the Wellbots site. I had never heard of Wellbots before this. I had already researched all of the Black Friday deals on Amazon and Bluetti sites, and was ready to purchase the generator there for about $700. The Wellbots price after applying the $400 discount was $500. I expected some sort of problem as I typed in the discount code during checkout, but was pleasantly surprised that the transaction went through without a fuss. That's $200 savings over the best Black Friday deal I could find anywhere else! How often does that happen? Shipping, delivery, and tracking all were excellent. The only thing that could have been easier was finding and printing the invoice of the transaction for my records.
