  I was annoyed it took over 2 weeks for my order to ship - but then I found out NOBODY had the pixel buds 2 in stock - in fact, Wellbots actually shipped BEFORE the google store would have - so I'm happy with them!

  I only received the one collar when I originally ordered 4. I run 4 dogs at a time so I couldn't try the collar out until I got the other 4. It was days later when I was informed of this problem. Wellsbots need to keep better track of what they have available to sell.

  Really good store, I purchased here for the first time, 2 weeks before the black friday, I received a promotion email around black friday, the item I purchased have a lower price, I email their customer support for a price match and they honored it.

  Made this purchase over the phone as I also needed a price adjustment. The entire experience was great. The CSR was also quite informative about the muti purpose battery that also happens to be an exact fit for the compartment. Purchased both.

  My first time ordering from Wellbots. It went smoothly, the communication could have been better, granted it's holiday season, so I'll shh. My only gripe is the return policy, completely understand and am behind the 10% restocking fee, but i believe that charge should take into effect only if the item has been opened and used. I ended up returning this unused Pixel Watch 3, as I got one gifted by my husband. But tis what it tis. Still a decent experience.

  Two of the wheels on the original stand cracked at the mounting. Probably due to moving the unit a few times with the weight of the batteries. Wellbots took care of this with no questions just needed to send a pic of the damage. New stand arrived a week later. These guys stand behind the product and great customer service. I've purchased a number of items and every time their customer service team is professional/knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

  I recently purchased a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 from this site. I was able to easily order them and got them for $60 off. However, they didn't send a tracking number until the product arrived, which made me worry about the status of the package. But all was good in the end, and I received them two days earlier than expected.

  I recently purchased an Engwe L20 2.0 from Welbots, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The price was $100 cheaper than even the manufacturer's site, which was an amazing deal. On top of that, shipping was free and incredibly fast via FedEx, with no tax added. I'm not sure how Welbots manages to offer such great deals, but they certainly delivered.

  Wellbots marketing is elaborate with multiple incentives but only delivers on half of them... *promocodes:one worked, one didn't. Website Banner-Ad:American Express$100back (both are still saying it will come from the other party... or American Express said I would have had to enroll for this on the Am-Exp site prior to purchasing) The solar generator's specifications were sketchy/incomplete so I had two incompatibility issues and a unit control problem get discovered afterward. I got an unsolicited nice email from Wellbot's top guy but when I replied as directed, it was a bad email address. They did come through in shipping the products but it was odd that it sat labeled supposedly in Fed Ex's hands for about a week. I think Wellbots claims that items are in stock but with all the deals and packages, they are not easily managed by them filling orders by a warehouse in California (where my stuff came from)

  Previous orders went very smooth. This order ended up being delayed from the original promised ship date. It was not an emergency so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. I’m not sure why the website gave a ship date for something that wasn’t in stock.

  Wellbots shipped my order as expected and were clear with shipping details, I do wish you had the option to pick up at UPS instead of delivery as these were left on my doorstep and are pretty obvious leaning against the rail.
