  The two 160 watt Ecoflow solar panels i ordered arrived promptly, packed very well from the factory, and performed exactly as promised and expected. They daisy-chain very easily and fold up nicely. I'll be ordering more shortly... Great company to buy from! This is my 5th order through them for various Ecoflow products and they've never disappointed... J 👍😁👍

  First time ordering something this expensive on wellbots. It's a site I've never heard of. I called the company and also chatted online with them. Googled around and also talked to two separate people and two separate (what seems to be geniune and friendly) responses with making me feel worry free enough to give wellbots a chance. I was not disappointed.

  The site was easy to use. I had a coupon code that worked no problem. My generator was delivered in a week. There was a delay shipping the solar panels because of hurricane Helene but I was notified and they were still delivered within 3 weeks or less of the original order.

  The transaction was fine. The product was exactly what I ordered. The price was good. The only issues I have are that I had paid for expedited shipping and was told that the product would be here by 10/17. When it didn't ship out, I was told it was because Wellbots was closed for Columbus Day but my order would arrive on 10/18. On 10/16 I received tracking info for a UPS ground shipment with an ETA of 10/22. I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping cost and received it quickly. My issue came with the explanation I received at that point that expedited shipping of drones was not something they could do due to warranty. That makes no since and doesn't explain why 2 other people had told me it would arrive as expected. On 10/22, I received the drone and it had shipped from DSLRPros instead of Wellbots. While this isn't uncommon or even an issue really, it does pose serious questions as to the integrity of Wellbots. I most likely will not be purchasing from them again because of this.

  I was not familiar with this website. I ordered an expensive golf watch. I did not receive a shipping notice when my credit card had been charged. I sent the support address an email inquiring about my order. I did get an answer and did eventually get a shipping email. Received the watch in good condition, but did have to sign for the delivery.

  The item I ordered was a dual voltage hub. Upon opening it I noticed that there were loose parry’s inside rattling around. I immediately contacted customers service and explained that it’s not a good idea to use this as it could start on fire. It’s been almost two weeks since contacting the support team with no reply as to what they can do for replacement.

  Your return practice is very poor. I have never had to go through steps like the before. The major problem is that I was sent the wrong item.   We ordered EcoFlow River 2 Pro through Wellbots , and they made sure that the solar generator and its solar panel were shipped properly. Actually, the items just happened to arrive at our home in Upstate South Carolina just prior to our losing power after Hurricane Helene. Timing was everything in our case.

  Item arrived as described and works so far. Packaging was really well done. Appreciated a generic box was used in shipping rather than letting anyone know what was in the box. Only issue I had was that delivery requires an in person signature. I wasn't given an option to select a delivery date and not forewarned.

  The robot I ordered came right on time. Somehow one of the wheel sprocket got broke in shipment. I reached out to return the item and they were quick to respond and help me resolve the problem. Rather than ship the unit back and wait for another unit I agreed to accept a partial refund instead. I was able to get an old sprocket off of my old unit to get my new unit running and wait for a new sprocket to be shipped to fix my other unit. Stan was easy to work with and quick to respond and fix the issue. Hopefully I will get the new plastic sprocket soon. Love my robot! Charlie S.

  I had never heard of Wellbots but saw they were an official EcoFlow distributor and had a great price on the Delta Pro Ultra inverter and battery, and even threw in a $200 cart for free. I chatted with them to make sure it was in stock and they answered promptly. Went ahead with the order and it was quick and easy, and the items were with FedEx very quickly considering how heavy they were. Communication was great throughout. Very pleased and would recommend again.

  I was very unhappy when it came time to fill out my warranty information. There is no serial number on the Delta 2 that I just bought. There is a model number. Cannot complete my warranty information to the to the company to cover my unit if I have a Delta 2 problem needing repaired.
