  At this time, I am waiting for my service to be resolved. I had ordered 3 jackery solar panels and in my shipment I only received 1 panel. So I had called and had updated Wellbots and they said that they would get back to me. They didn't ever get back to me so I called twice to resolve the situation. I was told they have to contact the warehouse for more information and get back to me. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I would just like the other 2 solar panels to be shipped to me.

  After taking about 1.5 months to get here, the generator finally arrived. Now I get things take longer to get to Hawaii, but you know what would have sped things up, if they ship items when they say they will. They said it would ship within three days and that it's in stock in their warehouse. The reality is that it took almost two weeks to ship from the manufacturer. When you don't stock items and you have to rely on a third party to ship them, you should make that known up front to people. They did not and they refused to cancel my order even though when I requested the cancellation I had not received any shipping notification. The package arrived damaged and is malfunctioning. Now I get to start the process of trying to ship this thing back to Texas from Hawaii and wait another couple months. Wellbots is on my list of companies I will never do business with again, that's for sure!

  Panels work great changing the power station, supplier is working to ship the 2 missing carrying cases with handles. Highly recommend. I use them daily at home to change my power station and not paying utilities for fans, and other electrical units to operate

  Would leave zero stars if I could. Aside from order confirmation email, no communication originating from seller in SIX weeks. Forced to bug them once a week only to get empty promises of follow up that never happened. After 5 weeks I do a chargeback and them miraculously I get a shipping notification. Mind you, I paid for fedex 2-day. This outfit knows nothing about customer service. BUYERS BEWARE!

  I was charged for an order that never arrived on time. In fact it has not arrived yet and it has been nearly a month. I am contacting the product manufacturer to express my purchasing experience. I will also social media blog the very unprofessional product service of Wellbots. I am done with them. That is really too bad because of all the products I need to purchase.   The order wasn’t shipped for just over a week, contrary to the “items shipped within two to three days”, they gave me a $30 discount because of it, but when I finally received my [damaged] Ecoflow dual fuel generator I promptly emailed Wellbots and have yet to receive a reply from them. Very dissatisfied.

  Still haven't received it after ordering it several weeks ago. Out of stock and now I can't receive it because they require a signature..... and I work. I can't miss work and wait at home to sign for a package. I shouldn't have to. So I bought this for a trip and I now have to buy it again from another company so I can go. Unfortunately, it's happening again with a solar panel I was stupid enough to order. No, I have not been able to enjoy my product, nor will I ever do business with Wellbot again

  I had the previous generation I sent it in for service 4 times with the track breaking. They kept sending it back it would break again. I just spent 800 on a new one because they said the new one was better. There's some round sponge things on the bottom that it rides on. It's made horribly broke literally the first time I use it one of the roung sponge things was sitting on the bottom of the pool. Won't ever buy another one.

  Good company. There was an issue with the availability of the Eco flow solar battery and panels. I got a email from the COO and manager explaining the situation. Even after that both items were received quickly. Phone support was also excellent.

  Pentair Intellichlor IC20 is a replacement for same SGR cell that went out. Salt generator installed easily on my existing line since I’m replacing with same. Just hand tighten as required and check for leaks. SG powered up and instantly started detecting my salt level in pool. After 48 hours I had to boost salt to 40% on the display to keep free chlorine level to 3 ppm. I hope I get the stated 10,000 hours/5 years out of this one as these SG’s are quite expensive.

  I ordered two engwe bikes. One is perfect, thank you! The other has been nothing but a headache. Upon unpacking bike and assembling it, the rear cargo carrier wouldn't attach to bike. Two out of four holes were horribly misaligned, long story short cargo carrier was bent. Oh well, I notified engwe of this situation with very little correspondence back. Upon getting it together and riding it, more and more problems occurred. Chain keeps falling off of middle sprocket by the rear axle. An odd humming/grinding and noise comes from rear axle, not the normal sounds that come from an e bike motor. The rear fender is also bent. I have to conclude that this bike was damaged upon arrival. In summary, I hope either wellbots or engwe will make this right and I will leave a good review, as the other bike seems just fine.
