    Ordered wrong item, i wanted bigger more expensive i tem. I reached out to Wellbots on the same day of the order by phone. I was old to email Wellbots support, i did that immediately. Return email i received said they would try to cancel the order. The day after the order i sent a follow up email. They sent a response saying they wrre unable to stop delivery,, and i should refuse delivery of the item. I called fedex to ask if signature required. It was not. The item hadn't even been picked up yet. I changed the delivery to be shipped to the local fedex location for pickup which if not picked up after 5 business days constitutited refusal of delivery per recommedation of the fedex customer support and will be shipped back to sender. We shall see how this goes. Update to follow. Overall it seems they are drop shipping and lack control of their inventory.

    Great pricing on Ecoflow Delta Pro System! They beat Costco pricing on a 3 battery system and also gave 2% extra points that could be used for future orders. Shipping was a little slow (but not the fault of Wellbots as it comes directly from Ecoflow and they were backordered a few days). Will definitely buy again!

    Saved me a 100 bucks or so instead of bying from Ecoflow I was hoping for a seamless experience but instead I had to go though Ecoflow to replace the extra battery when the screen didn't work. Welbots did not offer to send a replacmnent. Still waiting on my new replacment battery from Ecoflow.

    I ordered the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra with extra battery and smart home panel. Everything arrived on time and no shipping damage. It was easy to assemble, will have the smart home panel installed at a later date. I have used the Pro Ultra by itself just to see how it would work wth a few things like the TV, sound bar, lights and even recharged one of my small EcoFlow power stations (1024 WH). After one day of use I still had plenty of power available. I curently have 2 battery pack (12k WH) and plan on adding 3 more additional batteries over time to get the full 30k watt hours of power. Once I have the Smart Home Panel installed I will be able to charge from the grid, by my gas generator or solar panels.

    Made this large purchase on June 24, 2024 based on the fact that I was told that product was in stock. It was a gift for my Grandson and led to believe that delivery (200 miles away from whse.) would arrive in just a few days. Product (Electric Bike) was NOT in stock and had not even cleared customs. Bike was eventually delivered in early July. It was the wrong color. Normally, all these things would not bother me but I feel I was not told the truth from the beginning about delivery and am very apprehensive about making another purchase.     Will never order from this company again. Their return policy is very vague and misleading. There is a list of products that cannot be returned, and the item I ordered was not on the list. I knew that there was a possibility that I would need to return the item (I need to try it on for size), and when I tried to return it, they told me that I couldn't receive a refund for it (only an exchange). Also, they are very slow to respond.

    Wellbots did an amazing job this time. I made this same purchase a few months ago and there was some damage done to the solar panel frames. Everything still worked properly, so there was no need to return them. This time the shipping was VERY fast, and the solar panels were in great condition. Wellbots really stepped up their game this time! I appreciate the care taken to ensure the panels weren’t damaged. I may have found a new favorite company to order from. GOOD JOB!!

    I have been trying for an entire month to get a refund on a defective BOOX Palma device. They keep asking me for more information. Pictures, videos, serial number - anything to stall. It is not an expensive device. I just want a refund so I can buy another BOOX device now that I have learned most BOOX Palma devices suffer from the same flaws. That absolutely will not give me the information I need to return the device and/or get the refund. I am paying interest on the Affirm Financing already because IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH that they have been giving me the runaround. It's really bad. Don't go anywhere near this company.

    Horrible shopping experience. My wife ordered a Dreame L20 Ultra robot vac for Fathers Day. Not long after it shipped we got notice it was delayed due to poor packaging. Then we received another notice that the shipper asked for the shipment t back. I can only imagine this means it was damaged. I have reached out to Wellbots about ten times and have gotten nowhere. I finally disputed the charge and will shout from the rooftop to stay far far away for this joke of a company.

    The experience began in a pleasant way - a discounted golf ranger for a reasonable price is what attracted me. But then it went downhill from there. The customer service rep reached out letting me know the color I requested in the item was no longer in stock despite the website saying that it was. So I agreed to get it in another color, and then I found the item on the manufacturers website in the color I wanted and for a better price. I wrote back to ask for a return slip, and they (despite having made the first mistake to list an incorrectly stocked item) said that it falls under buyer to ship back - cost me $15 to ship back. Never shopping here again - read the fine print yall! I haven’t paid for a return ever - worst policy. Don’t shop here.

    I had a great experience purchasing. There was an issue with the product that I originally ordered at a very discounted price. I thought my order would be canceled but instead they offered another product. The other product was also at a very significant discount than other providers. They provided outstanding customer service and follow-ups. I received the product quickly. I was still skeptical about using the product, Pat.     This company was very easy to work with. They were gracious and refunded some money when the color I had ordered became out of stock between the ordering and shipping process. They did not need to refund, but I was impressed that they did that. Paul was the correspondent in all our communications and was very helpful. I had some trouble with the tracking info and Paul solved that issue. I felt the whole process was easy, understandable, and satisfactory.

    One of the jet pods pro arrived defective. I have contacted Wellbots by phone and by email the day after the items arrived. I sent a video recording of the defective merchandise as they requested but no response. I called and emailed them several times but no response. I finally spoke to someone on the phone and was told that I will be receiving a return label but i haven't received anything from them. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with how they handle business.

    I received the cooler quickly. Wellbots did not include the battery because of a safety issue. The battery is being replaced by a new design that is expected to ship in the next few weeks. I need the battery for my usage so I will not unbox the cooler and test it until the new design battery is delivered.

    Unhappy that Acopower cooler did not come with the battery. I understand there is an issue with the battery but they could have sent the battery with a warning. As it stands - we will have to wait at least a month to get the “improved” battery. We cannot use the cooler for what we intended rendering it basically useless to us until we do get a battery. Not happy.
