  Notified the item had shipped. Then notified item not shipped due to battery issues and new shipment of batteries not available until July. Then received the cooler without the battery. Great discount didn’t want to cancel the order, however after receiving the cooler felt like I was no longer able to return. Seemed like a company decision to put the customer in this position..

  product was shipped without the battery, they told me they had a bad batch and shipped without but did not communicate this. after calling and talking to a rude rep i was told battery would ship in three weeks so they got paid for an incomplete order. let’s see when i will receive the battery until then i have a plastic box

  Hi Ivan, You put the wrong address when ordering and we shipped it before you contacted us to change it. We have been working hard with Fedex to solve the issue but it always takes some time to change the address once it has shipped. We still managed to redirect the shipment to the right address and the item was delivered (275277732667 with Fedex). Thanks and best, The Wellbots Team

  First os all, I put correct address but Fedex delayed delivery for a day. After I asked to redirect and you sent it to Californiia instead of Texas. By today I did not receive my product and you refuse to refund. You just stole $300 from me. Check you support system there is three emails threads. Oh my God, guys you even cannot figure out before responding to review comment. Where is my product of money? Can you answer?

  I was informed after the shipment was sent that the battery was not included and will be shipped a month later. Customer service apologized, but that doesn't help me since this was purchased for a camping trip. I am not able to use the product until at least a month later now.

  Did not receive package. Per FedEx, Wellbots failed to enter proper delivery address and tracking number. Multiple discrepancies with delivery information (wrong address, number of items incorrect, package size/weight incorrect for ordered products). After 48 hours, i have not received and update on a refund or replacement. This issue has still not been resolved by this company.

  I bought this device to replace another device that had gotten wet and stopped working. The replacement unit did not come with an electrical cord or the small plastic piece that holds the electrical cord to the device, so it is effectively useless. I have tried to contact customer service to either arrange a return or the shipment of the additional pieces, but they are unresponsive. Does not seem like a well run operation.

  My experience was fine until I learned that UPS will not deliver packages from Wellbots without an adult signature which is not something I can do because of work. UPS was not willing to change this delivery requirement or allow me to pick up the package from a UPS store unless I download their app which I don't want to do. They said I could contact Wellbots for delivery changes. The Wellbots agents I messaged with were bordering on rude, unhelpful and gave me information that conflicted with what UPS had told me, and offered me no resolution. So I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I don't know yet if I have been refunded, but I will not be doing business with this company again.

  Well it had my items in stock, which is great. However, they never notified me of any shipping at all! I truly thought they were a scam site that stole my money. Several e-mails, and phone calls provided no information at all. Shipping was very slow. When my items finally arrived, they were severely damaged. Good luck getting any replacements, or refunds. I need to purchase more of the exact same item, but I WILL NOT purchase from wellbots ever again.

  It took over a month to receive my full order. And I had originally tried to cancel within a couple days of ordering and had requested a refund but was told it was already on the way and to evaluate it, then return if needed. After finally receiving the total order after 5 weeks I figured that even if I wanted to return it the hassle would have been even more frustrating. But I will give credit where credit is due. I was given the items at a reduced price and have accumulated their discount points. I may or may not use them again. It depends on pricing and options available. But the company does try to satisfy it's customers. I rate them as average.

  Noah was a pleasure to work with. I was going to buy a solar generator through another company's big sale, and I did one last check for lowest price and found Wellbots.
