  Easy to order and delivery is quick . Love the bike just not sure bout the headlight it has 4 red hook up for blinkers and 2 yellow for the headlight. But 2 the red ones won't hook up they have the same end .

  Unbeatable price! It seemed too good to be true but Wellbots is definitely “for the people”. Secure and fast shipping with FedEx. Product brand new in manufacturing packaging with all accessories. Charged up the DELTA 2 Max battery via AC and downloaded the app with no issues. Easy warranty setup. This purchase really provided increased comfort and safety for my family so I’m grateful Wellbots could offer this product and experience. Definitely will be back!

  The battery box arrived with a rather damp/wet corner, but in one piece, no holes, tears other other issues. Normal shipping marks. [have not opened for inspection yet]. Inverter box was dry with similar shipping marks. FedEx seemed confused about when they would make the deliver and where it was at times. I am happy.

  Price was excellent courtesy of CNET Cheapskate email. The ONLY glitch was the Ebike arrived 2-days early and we were 5 minutes from not being home to receive it. I'm sure the driver would have just left the giant box with an obvious bike in it on our doorstep ready to be stolen. He had already carried it up to the front walk just as we opened the garage door. Wellbots would do well to offer an adult signature required option for pricey items.

  When I ordered and throughout the waiting period, the items I ordered were said to be in stock but half of the bundles was not. What was supposed to be 3-5 day shipping turned into almost a month of waiting. I didn't get tracking notifications until I asked about them because half the bundle showed up at my delivery address without notice one day and the other half of the bundle took weeks to get. Support gave me several discounts on the item for inconveniences and some additional wellbots credits but this was my first lychee with wellbots and it had me checking my email feverishly every day.

  All good except for two minor issues: 1. Tracking was all over the place. It did arrive fairly fast but tracking did not match at all. 2. The bike battery is not officially Engwe. Doesn't have the logo on it and it's 624Wh, not 750Wh. Looks like one you'd buy on Alibaba. Not sure if this really matters or not but figured I'd point it out.

  We have ordered several high-ticket items from Wellbots. We did have to return one item that our installer discovered we couldn't use. Although there was some hesitation they ultimately agreed to the return without charging a restocking fee. That speaks volumes when we have such a generous return option via Amazon.   Shipping was through FedEx and was pretty quick, bike was very well packaged and mostly put together. We just had to do the front tire, the handle bars, the headlight, back seat and the basket. FYI the basket was delivered separately by UPS about an hour later. I'm not sure why but don't panick if it's not with the bike....it's coming lol Anyways the bike is awesome! My daughter loves it : ) I'll come leave a other review if anything goes wrong but so far so good. We've had it about a week now Oh and the battery seems to last a long time

  Good experience with wellbots love the product just not a fan on them using FedEx I didn't understand why the generator stayed at the FedEx warehouse for several days but I think that's FedExs fault not wellbots. Also I wasn't told the solar panels would be shipped separate but all was good.

  My delivery came by FedX and they claimed that they attempted to deliver 2 times while I was waiting at home for the delivery (they needed a signature). Not entirely Welbots' fault but I do not have this problem with EcoFlow.

  Like another recent review I read, I also had a substantial order with Wellbots.com, and while I was also unfamiliar with Wellbots reputation, Wellbots provided the best online pricing and was verified to me by the manufacture as an authorized reseller. Anyway, I was extremely nervous after payment, awaiting for delivery, and within 10 days my full order arrived to my satisfaction. Even though the Wellbots CEO "marketing" email turned out to be a farce, with not responding back as promised in his email, I am pleased with Wellbots customer service, turnaround time, and safe delivery of my order. I would recommend Wellbots to another in the future. Thanks.

  I sent a cancellation request within an hour of ordering something. I got back repeated emails from support staff asking me questions (Oder number, why did I cancel, etc). These did nothing as the package was shipped anyway (two days after I’d initially ordered and cancelled the product). One of the support persons said I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee. When I complained he said to just refuse the delivery. Luckily I was home when fedex rang so I could do so. I got notified that the fedex package was delivered back. One week later the charge is still on my credit card. So I had to dispute the charge through my credit card because there is no customer service with this service!

  I took a leap on a company I didn't know much about and dropped some significant budget on a whole home backup system. After I hit go I thought for a moment, what did I just do. I didn't really know wellbots at all and typically very guarded with my online orders. I did a search on BBB to check and the ratings are good, online reviews say legit so I went for it. I called Ecoflow as well to see if they would match this price and they said no! Often deals too good to be true are and I was sweating it a bit but Wellbots came through in spades and delivered everything I ordered. In addition to the great savings their customer service was responsive as the order came in parts so I wanted to confirm what was coming next and they let me know. The items were shipped in the original manufacturers box which for me was fine being in a rural spot. We also had to be present to receive it b/c of the type of order but something to be aware of if you have porch pirates. Overall I can say this is a great company who delivered on a very expensive, heavy, and large order which I can say is not as common as I'd like when ordering items online. The company also had links to tax savings and all kinds of information. Overall this has been an awesome experience and will do it again!
