  Although this order was only for an adapter, I have purchased 2 Ecoflow Delta Pros, a Ecoflow Delta 2 Max with spare battery, Ecoflow Smart Generator, and finally the Wave 2 heatpump all from Wellbots. Their prices are the lowest I’ve found, shipping was fast, and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Wellbots.

  I have been purchasing from Wellbots.com for 3 months now. They are now my go-to to purchase whatever they have. Even cheaper than Amazon. I did have to return one damage item (damaged during delivery) and that was even smooth and seemless. Wellbots is my new supplier for the things that I can purchase from them.

  I took a leap on a company I didn't know much about and dropped some significant budget on a whole home backup system. After I hit go I thought for a moment, what did I just do. I didn't really know wellbots at all and typically very guarded with my online orders. I did a search on BBB to check and the ratings are good, online reviews say legit so I went for it. I called Ecoflow as well to see if they would match this price and they said no! Often deals too good to be true are and I was sweating it a bit but Wellbots came through in spades and delivered everything I ordered. In addition to the great savings their customer service was responsive as the order came in parts so I wanted to confirm what was coming next and they let me know. The items were shipped in the original manufacturers box which for me was fine being in a rural spot. We also had to be present to receive it b/c of the type of order but something to be aware of if you have porch pirates. Overall I can say this is a great company who delivered on a very expensive, heavy, and large order which I can say is not as common as I'd like when ordering items online. The company also had links to tax savings and all kinds of information. Overall this has been an awesome experience and will do it again!

  Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. AND a human answered the phone every time I called to confirm my purchases. Never heard of Wellbots before this purchase but will be telling all my buds about them. I have since made another purchase and will continue making them. Thank you Wellbots!

  I experienced never receiving the item I paid for, being sent a item of lesser value and quality, almost a month of back and forth trying to get them to take their item back. Had to file a claim against them for fraud with credit card company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service.

  Sometimes customer service is very fast to respond and sometimes not. But either way I was able to communicate with them and get my issue resolved. The issue was FedEx damaged my product and now Wellbots has to exchange it.

  Just got the order. Had to pick it up from my nieces house while traveling. So far so good. Tried to use it yesterday and it went from 64 to 85 in about three hours. We had the Bluetti attached to two 400 W panels. Still waiting on the extra battery.

  Web page was easy to navigate, very user friendly. The product came very quickly, only person complaining was the guy delivering it since both units are quite heavy. Customer service was excellent and I saved a ton of money buying from Wellbots. Would definitely recommend Wellbots to anyone else. Before I decided to purchase this product, I read some reviews and I want to say that the one star reviews I found not be true at all. I got excellent service from the company and my order arrived within a week.

  Communication was a bit slow between purchase and shipment. It wasn't indicated that there may be 2-3 days from purchase to shipment, as I've received through other online vendors. After a couple of attempts with customer service I did finally get a notice about when things were going to ship and then they arrived as expected.

  Very easy; however, US Bank declined my order and locked my card because it was a large amount to a seller that I had never bought from before. It took a long phone call to US Bank Customer Service and two-factor authentication to prove that I had placed the order. From there it was smooth sailing.

  This bike is all aluminum and weighs 145 lbs. this bike is heavy. The battery prob weighs 50lbs. The welds on the thing are phenomenal and it’s the perfect ride height, I’m 5’- 9” and it’s a little higher than my hip.

  wellbots' site was easy to navigate. The ordering process was simple and multiple options existed. I found Wellbots during a search for a floor clearer. I was skeptical of wellbots at first, given I was unfamiliar with them, and their pricing was SO much better than other online retailers.   As far as the watch I received great! Top notch! Getting it? Horrible. I waited a week to contact them bc I still didn’t have it. Wellbots advertise shipping within 3 days. They told me it was late bc I provided a PO Box and they can not ship to PO Boxes . Then I gave them a new address and they told me the watch was out of stock. Had to wait. Waited a month and guess where they sent it, the PO Box. Interesting. I feel lied to, excuses for not getting it sent when I was in stock then I had to wait. I would recommend the watch but order from a different company. One star is deserved bc they did give me $20 off but was that worth the hassle and my time?

  I ordered some Aqara p1 sensors. No one else seemed to have them. I ordered 5 from Wellbots and received them quicker than I thought. I wish I could say how well the product works, but I am probably 3 weeks from my move in date to comment. I will use this site again once we are settled into the new home.

  Great service and price. It was easy to order what I needed from Wellbots’ web site and they had the best price around. During the purchase process 2 things happened that Wellbots at the top of my list to order from. (1) I was provided great status on the processing and delivery of my item such as regular text if current status and target delivery date. (2) I had a minor product question for the online support team and attempted to start a chat session. After waiting for 2-3 minutes and before the support team could respond, life (kids, pets, spouse,…) needed my to handle an issue so I terminated the support session request. Before I could get back to the Wellbots web site, I got an email from the support team asking if I still needed help. I the email they actually provided a persons name and contact information that could help me. omg! That is not normal but should be. Great job Wellbots!!

  I was initially nervous to order an Apple product from Wellbots but the price was hard to beat on a new product so I decided to take a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly the product shipped and the consistent follow-up from their customer service regarding shipping updates. The product arrived within 5 days and was exactly as advertised. Works great! I have zero complaints! If you're a skeptic like me, give them a shot! :)
