  The product came quickly, but I wasn't notified that it had shipped. I contacted Wellbots to complain that there had been no communication from them regarding when my product would ship, and then it arrived later that same day. 3 days later I was emailed with the tracking number and "your shipment is on the way". It did come in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered, but their communication was just not the best.

  I contacted customer service to inquire when I would receive my package since I ordered it on 12/24 and a week later had not been notified that it had been shipped yet but was told that it would be another week due to holidays. Two days later it showed up. I think there had been some miscommunication between shipping and customer service.

  Buying the X tool F1 was a breeze.5 stars for accuracy and responsiveness. Easy, quick sale. 1 star for after-sale support. I sent an email on DEC 22, 2023, and STILL NO RESPONSE. That's not how you treat customers paying thousands for expensive lasers. Very disappointed - just like any other company, they only care till they ring your credit card. After that - you are on your own if you have a problem - like I do with my laser. SUPPORT is the MOST IMPORTANT PART of any business - Wellbots is purely transactional and doesn't care to forge CUSTOMER relations for life. Otherwise, they would have responded to my plea for help in my email from Dec 22, 2023. Today is Jan 9, 2024, and still no response. I give 1 star because of the lack of support.

  Bought the air neo got it and it wasn't compatible with an android. it said that her phone was too new to be compatible. reached out to see if anything could be done never heard back from them and they sent me out another one when i can't even use the first one, wish they would of have communicated with me so we could get it resolved. just frustrating

  Excellent experience! Ordered two e-bikes that turned out to be out of stock. Received an email the next morning with an apology for the inconvenience and an offer to replace them with upgraded models. Was a no brainer and received them in a few days.   Love the new drone, except it arrived with no propellers packed in the box. I am emailing them right now and hopefully they will fix it quickly. The payload dropper is fine, but until we get the propellers for the drone, we really can't use anything.

  I'm so glad I bought from Wellbots, at the time I wanted to order an ebike for my wife, the price was the cheapest on the internet plus I used a coupon to get the final price way below others. And it had free shipping! I placed the order and in due time the box with the ebike arrived! Very satisfied and great to learn of Wellbots for my electronic gadgets.

  I received the bike box when I opened it up I found as used bike covered in dirt scratched up with the electric motor changed from what the bike was specd with and a broken battery very in happy I have a bike I paid full price for that is used broken and now I have to deal with no bike on Christmas

  Worked out well, but my first order was cancelled by the computer because of some error, yet I was not notified. After waiting and the order not arriving I inquired and found out it was rejected so I reordered and once it did come, it arrived earlier than projected, which was also a problem because the recipient was out of town so my order sat on the porch two days and could have been stolen by porch bandits which I worried about until I could get it retrieved. My experience wasn’t smooth.

  Product was shipped at time promised and well packaged. Customer service answered all questions before ordering. Easy to follow directions and instant operation achieving 100% power level within exactly 4 hours beginning with a 20% charge the 1500 comes with. This will solve our problems for an energy backup supply for our sump pump when the grid goes down. No problems with initial surge from the pump motor. Output was still rated at 100% after first use of our pump. We are very pleased with performance of this unit to keep other appliances working when power fails.

  Website is easy to navigate. I had absolutely no trouble finding exactly what I wanted very quickly. The only issue I had was when I received my confirmation email it said I had ordered a pool cleaner when I had actually ordered a heater. I reached out to customer service, but no one ever got back to me. Thankfully when my order arrived it was correct. I would definitely recommend Wellbots to a friend!!
