  My order was received quickly. However that didn't compensate for the fact that I ordered the p-2500 model (as stated on my invoice) and received a model p-620 instead. I will keep the p-620 and make due. Also, the machine advertises that it will shampoo carpets, however, it does not advertise that you must purchase the shampoo-brush heads separately. Please be careful and considerate of what you are ordering to be sure it is what you are looking for.

  The product is great. Ordered over Black Friday. They were bogged down from orders and I even mistakenly received a back order email about the product but it had already shipped. Solid communication, pretty speedy service considering I’m sure they were inundated with orders

  1/3 of the order showed up relatively timely but poorly packaged and damaged. Have 2 ignored (over a week as of writing) emails to customer service. Did get a reply from a Facebook message I sent. Tho it's been over a week and 5 requests and still not tracking number for the missing items. The main unit loses connection very frequently. Most likely will cancel the order and get them to send a return shipping label.

  I ordered pixel buds and they stayed in a shipped" status without actually being shipped for a long time. After multiple contacts with support where they claimed to be working on it, after 2 months they just refunded my order with no explanation. I will never order from wellbots again.

  You had the best Black Friday price, but when the delivery failed to meet what was expected I started to get concerned that you were not a reputable company. Then the product itself came in a box different than one I ordered from a local big box store. That gave me a second pause. It appears to be the same model, though I have not installed it, yet.

  I ordered item on a Friday evening and saw a lower price and decided to cancel my order or see if a price match could be done. Apparently, well that's not open on the weekends. When Monday came, I did not hear from anybody. And, the order was getting ready to be shipped. It took multiple phone calls before I could get a price match processed. It shouldn't be this hard.

  I had never heard of Wellbots.com before this year when it came up on a deals website for an item I had been looking for. The deal on Wellbots was at least 10% less than others and the shipping was fast and free. So this is not like the China based sites that get you great prices if you are willing to wait weeks for the item to arrive. I’ll be shopping at Wellbots for other items in the future.

  I recently purchased an Olight Perun 2 flashlight/headlamp. Received it quickly. I predominantly use the Perun 2 as a headlamp, which I does beautifully, but it’s so much more. It has a detachable clip to clip on your shirt, coat, pocket or belt & it also has a powerful magnet on the butt end & can be used as a work light.

  I ordered an electric canner. I loved that it came undamaged on time. Email notifications were timely and accurate. Mostly i liked the price. I saved money compared to Amazo and of course compared to list price, whatever that means these days. I haven't used the canner. But i did inspect it. It's a Christmas present to me. 😁

  The EcoFlow product sold by Wellbotts is a very good brand. I had no problem ordering the system I was interested in. The support team is great, answering all questions you might have. I recommend Wellbot for all your solar products!
