  Very poor customer service! They shipped us the wrong item, and instead of making it right immediately, they were going to make us wait til we sent back the wrong one (mind you, we live 2 hours out of the way from the nearest FedEx drop off) and then they’d ship out the new one. This was a heater that we were desperately needing for the cold weather, and couldn’t afford to wait two weeks for the turn around time. They made us out to be shady people and said because they had issues with others, they couldn’t correct their error until I sent the product back. It’s not the customers fault that they messed up our order and the fact they made it seem accusatory that we’d just keep the other item is completely unacceptable. They already had our money and it was their screw up. They should have corrected the problem immediately, as I had zero intention of keeping the wrong item and would have shipped it back as soon as I could get to a drop off location. Will not recommend or do business with Wellbots again.

  The order took a while to ship, in that time I found a better deal. I asked for the order to be canceled and didn't hear back from support until after it shipped because they don't work weekends. They did offer to price match the other deal so I wouldn't have to cancel the order. So overall I'm happy but shipping and support can be a little slow.

  Although it got off on a shaky start as to the delay in shipping, once the issues with US Customs were settled I received the bike very timely. Everything in the box was in great condition. I've already assembled it and am ready to ride! The Wellbots customer service people were very cooperative.

  After ordering a Wellbots blood pressure monitor I got it in about a week. It came in with a broken battery compartment end. They have said I’ll be getting a new one instead of refunding my money. That hasn’t happened as of yet. Right now with their poor response time and lack of urgency I wouldn’t recommend the company.

  Placed an order for a portable power station on 10/13/23. Scheduled delivery was on 10/24/23. The item never arrived. Contacted Wellbots on the 25th informing them that a business contacted me in a neighboring state saying that they received my order. Got a reply from Wellbots saying that the item is at a FedEx warehouse. Contacted Wellbots on 10/30/23 asking when I will receive the item I ordered. On not hearing back, I contacted them on the phone and was told to expect delivery on 11/1/23. Item never arrived. Instead I got an email saying "I'll keep you posted when I have further information". On 11/2/23, I emailed them asking to cancel my order and haven't hear from them with a confirmation that my order has been cancelled. As a result, I have been forced to take this up with my credit card company. Turning your problem into the customer's problem should not be an acceptable business practice.

  3 BUSINESS DAY(S) shipping is pretty unacceptable these days. Had I known that by placing an order on Friday the item wouldn't ship until the following week, I probably would have spent a few dollars more and purchased it elsewhere. I also recieved an "Your item has shipped" email with no tracking information attached. When I finally contacted someone in customer service about this email, they stated it was sent by mistake.

  I was sold an item that was out of stock, had to wait a month. Then it was shipped needing a 21 plus signature, usually reserved for Nicotine or Alcohol, so I had to take time out of work to be able to sign for the item. I will not be ordering with Wellbots again.

  This was my first and before I say anything else this will not be my last purchase from this company. The price I paid for my purchase was the lowest price to date for the Oukitel P5000 anywhere on the internet it was several hundreds of dollars even lower than the price found on Amazon. So much so that I have another one sitting in my shopping cart as I type this review. Also I f and when you ever visit their website you will be amazed at the amount of products that they carry the customer service is amazing as they do get back to you in a timely manner the only issue I can find is not even an issue and that is why I never shopped this site before. I am so pleased with my experience and this is the reason I am taking this opportunity to voice my opinion on how happy I am to discover Wellbots. I also want to give a shout out to “Alaska Prepper and Pinball Preparedness for always sharing their experiences with doing business with Wellbots as i am now a new and forever shopper of this company.

  When it's unfortunate to have an issue when you immediately receive your product, it's typically upsetting. Not with wellbots. I emailed and got a response soon after. replies were prompt and addressed my issue. within a matter of days, my issue was resolved. Shoutout to Stan for helping me out!

  Site was good shipping was quick however the packing was poorly done. 6 cameras in 1 box with only little bit of bubble wrap. Camera boxes were damaged from bouncing around inside the shipping box. Haven't tried all the cameras yet to see if they work. But have photos of packaging. Everything else was good

  Blundered into wellbots via search for electrostatic air filter - emphasis on electrostatic and wellbots advertised the one I bought as opposed to a lot of other sites that "advertised" but did NOT have an electrostatic type filter thanks to wellbots for posting correct info on advertisement and also LOWEST PRICE!

  The product received on 9/19 would not charge nor did it have any charge in it. Contacted support on 9/20 to request replacement. Support to contact warehouse for replacement. Finally, on 9/25 I asked for a refund. In 5 days, support did not have a response from the warehouse. That is poor customer service. Received refund notice on 9/27 and was notified I would receive a return shipping label. As of 10/2 I have not received the label. I will not be doing business with Wellbots in the future, nor will I recommend Wellbots to anyone.

  I now have 3 generators from Wellbots and I am very pleased with their performance. We were recently out of power for 22 hours and our generators kept our freezer, refrigerator, sump pump all functioning and we even had hot coffee in the morning. Very impressed and glad we have our generators. They are easy to set up and to recharge.

  I recently ordered 2 of the Delta 2 power stations with extra batteries to sit on top and 2 400 watt solar panels. They're awesome. They were at 90% when they arrived so we put them to use. Running 3 things on one and my whole living room on another. And I just plugged them in this morning to top off. That's like 5 days of lamps, laptops, T.V. and DVD player and still had plenty of power for other things. They charged up in like 50 minutes plugged into the wall. The Deltas are solid and sound. And the solar panels are very stout and not flimsy. This is quality stuff . I have other solar generators and panels I have used a long time and they are fine. I think for ease of use and quality the Deltas are a little better and less expensive. Plus not so blasted heavy to move around. Have a great day and Thanks.
