  Wellbots offered the best price at the time I was shopping for an Ecoflow Power Station. I ordered it on Thursday and FedEx delivered it on Sunday which impressed me. The Wellbots website said the ordered was "unfulfilled" and I did not know the item was shipped nor did I receive a tracking number until after it was delivered. Maybe it was the weekend? None the less, happy for the price and quick delivery.

  in the order it states $160 shipping for the product I ordered. A week later I was sent an email that to fulfill the order it will be an additonal $150. What they sent: Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to you concerning your Wellbots order xxxxxx. There is an additional shipping fee of $150 due to the size of the filter and the destination of the package. Can you please confirm that you accept this additional fee. Have a great day, Thanks & Best Wellbots Team I had no choice but to pay the additonal fee. When ordered the customer needs to put in the zip code for delivery. At that point the additional charge should be identified so I could have searched for other providers and compared costs. Be aware shipping my not be as stated in the order.

  Wellbots was very easy to purchase from. Items as advertised. FedEx however left little to be desired. Signature required so had to stay home and first day they said would arrive didn't show up at all. I would rather have them use later delivery date and actually show up.

  Didn't really have any issues. Everything was good. The only thing I could point out, if I had to, was that I ordered two sets of buds (different colors) and they both shipped separately. Would've been nice if they both shipped together in one package.

  It was made extremely difficult to get my package because they require a signature upon delivery. Most companies if they require this will allow the delivery company to hold the package at a facility unfortunately wellbots does not and would not contact FedEx to change the criteria.

  Other vendors even those as large as Samsung give you the ability to hold the package at the shipping facility so that it may be picked up with a signature. The requirement of the signature is not the issue it's the fact that you have an option selected that does not give the client the ability to hold the package at a facility to be signed for and picked up. FedEx stated all it would have taken was a phone call from someone in your shipping department and they would have removed the requirement I have run a shipping terminal through FedEx and it's as simple as changing the option when the shipping label is created that will only allow the package to go to the destination to be signed for rather than the FedEx shipping facility for pickup and signature

  I got a great price on the product I ordered. But, it did not ship until about 4 or 5 days after I ordered. And that was after I reached out to Wellbots to find out why it had not shipped yet. Once I reached out to them, Stan and Hugo both contacted the warehouse and the product was shipped the next day. It took about 2 weeks to receive it. The product came yesterday and it was new and in good condition. It seems to be working well. I ordered the Acopower Lion Cooler Pro 42 qt. solar powered portable refrigerator freezer. I would probably order from Wellbots again if I get a good deal.
