  I gave the company 4 stars because I had an issue with customer support but the COO of the company stepped in and resolved the problem. I am assuming their customer support issues have been resolved and will not be a problem in the future.

  There aren't enough stars to properly rate Wellbots customer service. I was having a slight issue getting my new bag on my EF 1300 and Hugo was fantastic in helping me figure it out.

  Found an item I wanted and was able to purchase with no problems as a new user. About a week after the order I received an email stating the item I purchased was not available. Why did it take so long to be notified of that? I was expecting my item to be delivered instead I was told it wasn't even available. The question was asked if a different color item would be acceptable. I replied that it was. Next week I log in to ask for an update. I was once again told it wasn't available and if another color item would be acceptable. I told them yes that's fine and that I had responded last week to this same question and never received a response. They confirmed that the order would ship. A couple hours later I got a response from the email from the previous week later finally responding to my message from last week. At this point I'm confused about what is being shipped. I got an email with tracking saying it was out for delivery and would be delivered that day. A little bit later I got an email that said my item just shipped and I should expect tracking info shortly. Overall, a giant cluster. Not very organized. Shouldn't have taken about a week to be notified that the item I ordered was available. Shouldn't had to do a follow up to find out the status of my order after being emailed about an issue with my order. Shouldn't have multiple email threads happening talking about the same order but in different stages of the order process. Most likely will not return to Wellbots for online purchases unless it is one of the last options. At least they seem credible and I did get my order. I only started thinking about contacting paypal to seek a refund before they started to get things moving in a positive direction.

I guess you could read my original post about how this all went down. I've wasted enough of my time with this company. Please don't tell me you all were responsive when I gave a description of how your company was not.

  Time from order to shipping was very fast and appropriate. All items came properly packaged. Cashback system was a very good bonus and they even refunded me the difference because the product went on sale 2 days after the purchase. (It did take some time but it was something they dint have to do)

  The Delta 2 battery I ordered works just fine as expected. The reason for the rating is that a part of the order (the wire that connects the solar panel and the battery) did not ship with the order and I needed to follow up twice to get the part delivered. I would normally attribute this as a simple packing error and would not make much of a fuss about it, but i've been reading reviews across the web that this is a common practice on this order and was quite disappointed to realize this.

  This was the first time I had heard of this website and ordered from them. It was pretty easy to order and shipping came super fast. The only downside was they used FedEx required signature which I was unaware of so it had to get delivered twice. But all in all I would order again.

  This is a great product to have, if you loose power for a few hours, or a few days, this unit will carry you through. charges up fast, and solar panels are a big help too. Don't hesitate and pick up one soon. I'm glad I did.

  Have received a wonderful bargain on combo including a solar battery and solar panels. Price on the battery alone was low, and the solar panels were essentially thrown in. FedEx had a few issues with delivery, but that was not the fault of wellbots. I would definitely buy from this company again, and plan to do so.

  Well it took almost 13 days and many emails b4 I even got a tracking number .. Then when my antenna arrived it was the wrong one took 2 or3 more days to get a reeturn label.. Now waiting for my tram 1498 b antenna to arrive.. Did want to put it up b4 the 20th as I went in for surgery on the 21st won't beable to get up on the roof to install this when.it for a while .. I should get a discount for all my trouble and inconvenience

  I am always very pleased with my orders from Wellbots, of which there have been quite a few. Customer service is always outstanding. On my last order, the item I requested was sold out, so Wellbots upgraded me at no additional charge and shipped the order out as soon as they heard back from me that I agreed with the change. Wellbots always communicates very well about the order being received, when an order is shipped out, and when I should be expecting delivery of my packages. I have never had an issue with any purchase from this vendor. Great service, great selection, and great prices. What more can I say?

  Awful communication. Product was supposed to be in stock. Site lied. A replacement was offered, but a week later nothing has shipped. Some shipping notices include tracking numbers, some don’t. Services tries, but you get different answers from different people. There’s mo sense of ownership or accountability.

  Worst company I’ve ever made a purchase from. I have yet to receive my order. In fact, it’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t shipped out yet. I’ve emailed the team 3 times and they only said they would let the shipping department know. I’ve not heard back from anyone with a date as to when I’d get this package. I tried to use the chat but that’s a huge waste of time, much like email as it took literally 3 days for them to respond via email and they just aren’t available when you chat with them. I tried to chat someone earlier today and it’s now been two hours since I’ve reached out and they have yet to reply to my chat. I am livid and have no idea what’s going on with my order.

  I learned about wellbots from Pinball Preparedness on YouTube. Pinball reviewed the Ecoflow Delta Pro solar generator. I purchased the generator as a gift for my mother in law. Two days ago she had a power outage for several hours. This solar generator ran her refrigerator and microwave oven until the power was restored.

  I tried to cancel an order within two hours of ordering and did not hear from them until two business days later. They said they'll try to cancel the order and update me but they never did. The item arrived eight days BEFORE I got an email for the tracking number. They are only contacting me AFTER I summited a review to Verified Reviews. Wellbots has horrible customer services!
