  I deducted one start due to delivery delay and almost more because once I started calling, I felt like I did not get a real answer. I was told the product was sold out and delayed even though it showed in stock on the website the entire time. I was told it would be shipped out the Wednesday after my order was supposed to be shipped out and it wasn't. Other than that issue everything was great. It was easy to order and I love the product now that I have it!

  Pretty impressive product. I am normally pretty skeptical of buying things online. My husband and I really wanted to try this product since we have a beagle that sheds a lot. This was a lifesaver. Highly recommend this product. It really does work!!!

  Works great on incline, cleans sides of pool, does not do steps, comes to side to be retrieved. I'm 70 is a little heavy but I manage to retrieve it from pool. Cleans up easy. Plenty of line never tangles. Not sure why it's not mentioned on best pool cleaners because I think it would rate # 1 in its price range. Only have had it for less than a month it picks up leaves and dust that looks like mud with no problem

  Overall, I am happy with my first experience shopping with Wellbots. They contacted me to let me know that the order I placed was on back order, and while it took longer than I had originally anticipated, the competitive pricing made it worth the wait. I am happy to shop with wellbots in the future. Simply because it’s nice to see another company in a space dominated by the “the other guy” and I’m happy to give my business to smaller vendors when I can.

  I was looking to purchase a sea scooter and ran across this website and they had a great deal on there sea scooters. I eventually bought two of them. Actually talked to one of their sales reps and she was was great. Answered all my questions. I will certainly use them again and would recommend that anyone looking for electric devices give them a call. Nice to call and actually have someone answer who is willing to help with your needs.

  A partial order of two each Delta Pro's and two solar panels arrived to my surprise after only three days. I used the GOOD rating because my order has yet to be completed and I wasn't being kept informed as to the status of my remaining items in my order. But every item received were in great shape, no damage at all. I plan in the future to add to the foundation that I started with and I found zero reasons not to use WellBots to do so!

  I ordered a power supply at the beginning of March. due to my failure to properly explain the power unit's light were not properly lighting up, Wellbots lost a week pursuing a claim with the manufacturer to exchange my unit. Wellbots got a bit of a run around and is still getting it from the manufacturer as they have not sent me a new unit yet. Wellbots, has been wonderful to deal with and put up with my lack of patience more than once. It is a wonderful company and one I recommend. They did give me an option to receive a refund, but I want to power supply to run my pool vacuum and they have been in my corner every step of the way.

  I recieved the pet vac very quickly and used it to cut my Australian shepard. Worked very well and mzde minimal mess. Could have used a bigger one since I had to dump the clippings quite offten be ause of long thick coat. But it did the job and I really like it. Brushed my short haird dog and also was quite pleased.   I did received my order on time every things was fine but the charging cable was not sent I'm not sure why for that reason I have not yet use my product where by I informed the sale representative my intention of using the units off grid over sea in west Africa and that was very dispointing
