  I really appreciate all of the help Watsons Cincinnati has given me even though I am not local. They went out of their way to help me use a gift card and be able to get the spa chemicals I need.   When I placed an online order for pickup on 9/26, it stated that I would be contacted in 1 to 2 days when the order was filled. By Friday I hadn't received anything so I called to confirm since online showed complete. I could only get a voicemail box. I left message with no callback. I called in today and again voicemail box. I checked spm and junk email folders and confirmed with store proper email address. I am just going to send my husband in and hope it's actually there at this point.

  Never had issues until today when I tried to show that I received a email for $15 off was told they don’t do that anymore and won’t honor it . We spend enough money at the location not a good way to treat your customers

  The store manager that our family talks to for advice, sales, etc. is one of the BEST there is!!! He takes pride in helping customers and it SHOWS!!! We sold us our spa and pool and we couldn't have asked for better service!!! Thanks so much for hiring such a great store manager...Kevin from the Florence, KY store is AWESOME!!!!

  Love Watson . The pool school ordering was a great deal but I got an email that said I would be able to pick up in 2-3 days called told it was ready then went to pick up 45 miles away to be told you will get an email when ready. I’m sure just a tech error but was confusing

  I ordered one item and received something totally different. Took two weeks to get me the right item I ordered. Besides having the wrong item dropped off and having to wait two weeks for the correct item I am happy about my experience and would give a three star.

  The problem I have is the website on shipping is a little deceiving. Do you think you’re getting it shipped to your house but it is actually shipped to a store I live an hour away so it is very inconvenient. You need to have the option of being shipped to the home

  Hands down worst customer service!! So disappointing because it used to be great. I called Dayton whipp rd store prior to making a 30 minute drive to make sure the part I needed was in stock. Spoke with Cameron and she confirmed it was and said it’s $8. I get to the store and ask Cameron for the part she walks around the area and says we’re out sorry. I said what should I do thinking maybe she’d order one and have it shipped to me maybe, no she rolls her eyes and gets Brandon, he asks what I need the part for and while I’m explaining, another employee walks over to the wall and grabs a whole bag of the part and hands me one. Upon checkout I explain I had done a survey after pool school and was supposed to receive a $10 coupon and I wondered how and when I would get the coupon. Cashier said he would honor it but have to note my account so I don’t “try this again” what!!?? I said I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and wouldn’t try to get ya for ten bucks! After that he charges me $18.99 for the part that Cameron told me was $8. So much for the coupon. These people must hate their job because they are so rude to customers like me who have spent tons of our hard earned money in their store. I’ve had friends and family share with me similar experiences that they’ve had. I don’t know what’s happened for this company to have declined so tragically but it’s beyond sad. Also, I cannot even start to tell you what a waste of space the Springfield store is, also very terrible customer service there.
