  Ordering my pool supplies were easy. However, I chose to pick up my order to save on shipping. Unfortunately, I could only pick up at certain stores. I wanted to pick up in Kettering but had to drive to Cincinnati instead. I was supposed to get a text message when ready, but I did not receive. I called twice without anyone answering, so I went to the warehouse 6 days later and my order was ready. Pick up was quick and effortless.

  Online experience is good, but the in-store employees are often not a pleasure to deal with. They only seem to ask if you need help after you're walking to the cashier with your items to get credit for a sale they didn't help with.

  Pool buying and installation experience was smooth and fast, sales people helpful. Feel like there could be improvement in the information given on how to operate your equipment, etc. Online videos are super basic, pool school is very focused on selling you stuff vs education, pool school sales are good though. Staff is always friendly and available, but the explanations I’ve received when I ask questions has been minimally helpful. I have learned more by just googling information. Overall great buying experience, but learn about pool ownership elsewhere :).

  Watson's website is barely functioning. I had to make a new account because my primary account is setup but password won't work. Password reset never sends reset email. Also, you keep promising discount coupons that never arrive. Going on 2 days and my order still isn't ready, even though I'm fairly sure the chemicals are in stock. Optional delivery is insanely expensive compared to delivery options at any other business I've seen.

  Everything went smooth with buying my pool and installation, everyone is always very friendly and available when I have called or came into the store. My only disappointment was that I was hoping for a little more knowledge in regards to my pool. I knew little to nothing about pools when I got mine, and I received no instruction on how to use my pool equipment or chemical's. When I did contact Watson's with questions about equipment operation or issues, I was told to call the manufacturer. I went off my equipment owner manuals and internet searches. Which is fine, but I guess I had higher expectations about what a pool store provided.

  They are great at testing your pool water and informing you what you need and the process. I've gone to their competitor years ago and they tested my water, suggested chemicals and nothing worked. My pool got worse. I took a new pool sample to Watson's and their chemical suggestions and process fixed my pool water.

  This would be five stars but we had some issues with our pickup order from warehouse. First we didn't know if was at the warehouse. there was small note in the email that said pickup at warehouse. It took over a week to get our order ready even though it stated it would be ready in 1-2 days. We showed up on the day 4 and it still was not ready. They said we would receive an email/text when it was ready. we still had to call and check on order on day 7. I do understand that it was after pool school and you may have had increased orders but i don't know if picking up at the warehouse is beneficial. Maybe let online orders just get picked up at store and customer can pull there own product... warehouse staff did not seem to happy to get our order. We have had great service at the Store.

  received the wrong spa product on delivery. Had to go to the store to pick up correct product. They did let me keep the wrong product for my inconvenience, which was a nice gesture but would have preferred the correct order upon delivery.

  Always loved watsons but this years pool school seemed like a disaster. I got two notifications that we had one and when we clicked on the link it wanted us to put a credit card number on file. Even when doing my claim order it kept kicking us out and on to another site. Called my local watsons and they said I had to have each sky number for them to help I finally went up to the store and none of the regular employee were at that location. If it weren't for the prices o would have gone to a competitor. I was able to finally get one order submitted on line but prefer the pool school in person

  I filled out this survey was told I would get a $15 coupon for next purchase. I got no such coupon. Don’t waste your time Watson’s Marketing is a sketchy group at best. I plan to voice these concerns much more publicly online throughout many social media sites.

  We bought our pool 15 years ago from Watson’s & went to our first pool school. We’ve used Aqua Smarte & Natural Chemistry products ever since. Our pool stays so clean & we’ve never had bad water when opening. It’s a great system from a great store! Thinking about a hot tub next.
