  When I placed an online order for pickup on 9/26, it stated that I would be contacted in 1 to 2 days when the order was filled. By Friday I hadn't received anything so I called to confirm since online showed complete. I could only get a voicemail box. I left message with no callback. I called in today and again voicemail box. I checked spm and junk email folders and confirmed with store proper email address. I am just going to send my husband in and hope it's actually there at this point.

  The store manager that our family talks to for advice, sales, etc. is one of the BEST there is!!! He takes pride in helping customers and it SHOWS!!!   Hands down worst customer service!! So disappointing because it used to be great. I called Dayton whipp rd store prior to making a 30 minute drive to make sure the part I needed was in stock. Spoke with Cameron and she confirmed it was and said it’s $8. I get to the store and ask Cameron for the part she walks around the area and says we’re out sorry. I said what should I do thinking maybe she’d order one and have it shipped to me maybe, no she rolls her eyes and gets Brandon, he asks what I need the part for and while I’m explaining, another employee walks over to the wall and grabs a whole bag of the part and hands me one. Upon checkout I explain I had done a survey after pool school and was supposed to receive a $10 coupon and I wondered how and when I would get the coupon. Cashier said he would honor it but have to note my account so I don’t “try this again” what!!?? I said I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and wouldn’t try to get ya for ten bucks! After that he charges me $18.99 for the part that Cameron told me was $8. So much for the coupon. These people must hate their job because they are so rude to customers like me who have spent tons of our hard earned money in their store. I’ve had friends and family share with me similar experiences that they’ve had. I don’t know what’s happened for this company to have declined so tragically but it’s beyond sad. Also, I cannot even start to tell you what a waste of space the Springfield store is, also very terrible customer service there.

  Watson's online Pool School sale is so easy to order annual pool supplies and always has great deals! You just enter your order online, you receive a text a few days later, and stop by and pick it up. It's the only way I shop before opening my pool!

  I was caught off guard by this year’s text message when my order was ready. The message stated that my order may be canceled if I didn’t pick it up in three days. I would have paid for delivery if I realized that-as I have to plan ahead in my schedule to drive the hour it takes to get there.

  Pool chemicals have gotten so expensive, its nice for a store to run specials right when you need them. I couldn't add the "liquid" products I wanted to my cart but the customer Rep assured me I could get them for the sale price once I get to the store.

  TBH frustrating at first i had everything in my cart and came back the next day to finish and it wouldn't let me proceed because it was out of an item. A few hours later i came back and then the item was back in stock again. i got my order placed but frustrating having to log in a few times to do so.

  for the simple start up things that I needed, the website/list was too long. if things could be sorted better, as in chlorine products, lounge chairs/floats, etc, that would make things easier. I didn't have a lot of time when I did it, but spent a lot of time scrolling thru floats and other products I wasn't interested in.
