  I ordered @ease bullfrog cartridges for my hot tub during the pandemic when all the other stores were closed. So thankful they were open and offered free shipping. Because of them it saved me from draining my hot tub because I could not purchase the chemicals anywhere else online since all my local pool and hot tub stores were closed in my area. They fulfilled my order very quickly and got it to me in no time. I will be purchasing more hot tub chemicals from the here shortly! Thet have an excellent webpage! Thumbs up to Watson for letting me keep my hot tub running during the pandemic!

  Easy to navigate website. Best prices I've found on spa chemicals. Periodic coupons are always awesome! Basically covers shipping but they beat everybody's prices on Frog products for Bullfrog spas. Shipping has always been speedy. Will not hesitate to buy from Watson's again.

  We originally bought our pool from Watson's in GR when it first opened. We were actually their first pool customer. Since then, we go back for chemicals every year and other pool related items as needed. The staff has always been very helpful and if someone does not know an answer for anything, they find out for me. I would highly recommend Watson's for anyone lookin for a full service pool supplier.

I greatly appreciated the home delivery offered this year being available at no charge for the customers out in Franklin County for pool chemicals etc. for the summer swimming season. I hope they continue to provide this service, I will definitely use it if it is offered. I think Watson's could gain a lot of chemical customers out here if they would advertise the free home delivery to our county. The free delivery will allow me to keep buying my chemicals from Watson's in St. Louis and I will spread the word to friends and others in our community.

  We love the products we have purchased. We got our hot tub and our pool from Watson’s. The customer service is lacking at times. When we got our pool we got no instructions on how to open the pool because the installers lost all the manuals so we on our own to figure out what to do.

  Good service every time. Had a few issues on the products I ordered online this year. One was the Spring/Fall Phos free bottle i ordered and sent me the regular weekly small bottle Phos free. I called and they it should act the same if I pour the whole small weekly bottle in my pool like I would have the Spring/Fall bottle and then continue on with the weekly Phos free maintenance. The other issue was I didn't receive the Aqua smarte closing kit when I did the pre-order due to being on backorder. I was able to pick it up at store this fall with no problems since I had the receipt.

  Your website is horrible. Half the items don't have descriptions, and it is very inconsistent. Most of the time it says contact store for pricing. Get with the times. Pool School is good, otherwise, pricing during the season is much higher than just ordering from Amazon.

  Ordering and pickup during pool school was super easy. If there is anything I would change, it would be to have more signs/directions on pick up. There were several cars that went to the wrong door of the warehouse trying to pick up our order. The pickup line wasn’t far from us but we couldn’t see it from where we were at and there was no directions or signs. Once we found the correct location the pick up was seamless and the workers were fantastic!

  What a great experience from a company! I love the quality of their product and attempted to order on line on a Sunday! I was having difficulty and sent a chat message.
