  I was hoping to learn more detail how to take care of our new pool! It would help If there were some step by step instruction on care and maintenance for new pool owners! The pool school had some helpful hints but it was confusing when they discussed so many different chemicals!

  The customer service is amazing and I love Watson’s but the website needs some serious work. I’ve had issues ordering online for Pool School the last 2 years ! It needs descriptions of products and have things show out of stock so when you check out you don’t have issues. I had everything in my cart and couldn’t check out so I did a LIVE chat and they told me I had something in my cart out of stock. Then I had to call the store to find out what in my cart one by one was out of stock. Very long and stressful ordeal. Please work on this!! Love the store and our pool though :)

  I have been shopping at Watson's since they first opened in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have always been happy with their service. The pool school is a great time to buy the bulk of my chemicals for the season while saving money. They have a great service department and usually have what I need to keep y pool functioning all year. I would recommend this store for all of your pool needs.

  Made a purchase with my personal information. After purchase I rcvd email stating they would "text in 1-2 days" when my order is ready. The phone number I gave during check out was my home phone which is not capable of sending or receiving text messages. The check out should specify what phone number is needed and why. So, I had to spend additional time calling Watson's only receive busy signals, then contacted someone through online chat. Bottom line is that this wasted my time and your customer service representatives time unnecessarily.

  The Watsons website is super dated. It is hard to navigate, hard to find items you are looking to purchase, and very hard to understand what is available for purchase and shipping online vs purchase and pickup vs only available for in person pickup. The constant need to ensure you are “shopping your local store” is frustrating. For the premium in person experience you expect and receive with Watson’s, I would expect the same through a virtual (online or native app) experience. Looking forward to the day your virtual offering is as premier as your in person offering.
