  I love Watsons! Miss pool school in person though. Sometimes online ordering especially during school pool can be a bit frustrating.. I had to call and place my order and the associate was very patient and helpful!

  our experience with questions over the phone was terrible! we have gotten our pool supplies with them since we bought our pool. person on the phone had to keep asking others our questions she kept saying i am not familiar with that. we went in last year to buy heater for our pool the guy helping us had no clue he also would go ask others our questions instead of someone coming over and helping us they just ignored us so we left! working in retail myself your customer service at this store has declined to where we will shop some place else along with our friends . the winter pool cover we were sold last year only lasted this winter poor quality and we were told this was primium like we wanted . so sad we really liked it there and were ready to get our outdoor furnature here this spring. very disapointed.

  The prices I find at Watson's are higher than my local pool supplier. I only buy the products that I can only get from Watson's from them. It is disappointing on how high their prices are. My local pool supplier's regular prices are cheaper than Watson's sale prices. :(

  Everything went well online, except when I went to checkout. There was one item in my cart that was not in stock at the location I wanted to pick up my items from. The program did not tell me which item it was and the program would not go any further in the process until i deleted that item.

  I love visiting in person and miss going to pool school. I know that Covid is the cause but you need to improve your online checkout. I would add things to the shopping cart and then they would disappear. I would finally get things in the shopping cart and try to check out and it was a cumbersome event. You need to stream line the check out. It would not allow me to get pass the shipping button. It really needs an overhaul. It isn't a pool school issue I have bought things at other periods and still the issue.
