    We have used Watson's for years. Love their product line, customer service and now delivery of our products. The online process was a little tough to find everything I wanted without searching for the exact item. Once I did though I found everything.

    I had issues placing my order online and couldn’t get any help even with a chat live person it took me 45 mins to place my order, it wouldn’t let me place my order to pick up in store and nor would it let me use my Watsons credit card instead I had to use my checking account , I even sent an email asking for help and didn’t get a response from Watson s and I had asked questions during pool school and no one responded either so I hope and pray pool school next season Will be in person at the stores at least I’n person you ask questions you definitely get the answers you need , thanks Robin

    The in store experience, last year was so much easier and more convenient. We were unable to use the store that is closest to us because it would not show up as an option for in store pickup, therefore we now have to drive out of our way to pick up pool supplies. It took us a good hour to figure out that we had to put the store address as the shipping address in order to be able to do in store pickup. I feel like if that were noted on the flyer or website the purchase process would have been a lot easier. We are happy with the discounted prices, however the online buying process is not for us.

    It would be nice if you added a feature to be able to use Watson's Gift cards at the checkout. I chatted with a rep and was told they could not accept gift cards on my online purchase. With most shopping online it would make since to permit customers to use them online.

    I tried to order my pool supplies multiple times online. I could only go so far and not complete my order. I chatted with someone to help me. He told me to call my nearest store to order. I did as instructed. The man that answered my phone call said if he dispatched me to a cashier it would take a long time for her to pick up. I asked if I could order through him and that wasn’t a go either. He did give a little help in telling me to go through my entire cart and start eliminating an item one at a time. This was to show me what was out of stock and would help my process. Why oh why can’t Watson’s just say that when I click on the item. It seems strange to me to be the one told to do that.

    Both in store and online, Watson’s has always gone out of their way to help me. Excellent customer service. This our 3rd summer with our Watson’s pool and their unending patience with my newbie questions has been a blessing. They are genuinely passionate about what they do!

    I like watsons but the online ordering had issues. It couldn’t find my account so had to start over to set up and then couldn’t check out due to no submit button and tried several times to finally get it. Love to be in person next time.

    It makes absolutely no sense that when you make an order online that you cannot pick up your paid for products at your local store. When you live in NKY which If im not mistaken carries a decent quantity of sales for the Watson's company and make an online order you have to drive all the way to Sharonville to pick up your order. This is absoultley ridiculious.................And not to mention the same products I just ordered are in stock and available at my local Florence store. Even making a call to the store when I spoke to the associate they agreed it made no sense and they understood what a total inconvenience this was for customers. I was also informed that they have had numerous complaints about this policy. I like the store but someone in administration has to realize this is a ridiculous policy. Sorry for the neg review.

    Free local delivery was not available and if it was I wouldn't have sent the review that you all received. I was told any and all purchases had to be picked up at the Sharonville location. Also it should be noted that DELIVERY is not free as you have to pay a 10.00 handling fee which translates into not FREE....... People should be able to ORDER ONLINE and go to their nearest local WATSON'S store and pick up your products. Please feel free to comment on why this is not an option. Your lack luster response totally lacks answering the original question how a customer in Northern Ky can place an order and have to drive right past their local WATSONS all the way up in Ohio to retrieve their products.........ANSWER THAT QUESTION PLEASE???????????????
